I am not happy with the service I received from this company. I called them on Saturday, they told me to bring my car in at 9:00 am on Monday. I have my car towed there, give them the keys. They told me we will call you and let you know what’s wrong. Around 1:00 pm still no call. I call them and ask about the status. They said, someone will call you back. Someone calls and says, so what’s wrong with your car? I was like are you serious? That’s why my car has been sitting at your place for 4 hours so you can tell me. He said, to be honest I haven’t even looked at your car. I will call you back between 2:00 and 3:00 pm. It’s 4:00 pm, no call. I call them, the guys says we’re are going to flush your AC system and that should fix the problem. I ask, ok what is the cost and how long will it take? He said, we will have this done by noon tomorrow. He calls at noon the next day and says, your car is not done. Can we have this ready for you tomorrow at noon. I say, I had to borrow a car to get to work is there any way I can come at closing time and pick it up. He says, let me check with the mechanic to see if he can get it done. 5:30 pm (when they close) rolls around no call. I say to myself, I guess they couldn’t get it done, would have been nice to get a call though. Today, at noon still no phone call, so I call and ask if my car is ready. He says, oh it was done yesterday. I was like but no one called me. He said, oh well it’s ready. I get there pay and go to my car. The mat is filthy caked with dirt and mud. Also, my car spells like urine. I drive my car home and the AC barely gets cool more like lukewarm. I check my receipt and there’s no services listed just the cost. Honestly, I’m very unhappy with the service at this company there is a lack of communication. Amended: When I drove my car this morning the AC was cool. I didn’t take into account that the car had been sitting in direct sunlight for several hours and it was 115 degrees yesterday. My car is running well and the AC is cool. It still smells like urine when I turn the AC on so I don’t know what that is about. I amended my rating from 1 to 3. They called me a couple times today but I was working and couldn’t answer. However, I appreciate them reaching out. I won’t use this place again but I realize that my critique was harsher than necessary. They offered a very reasonable price for the work and everyone was kind there. They just need to work on communicating more effectively with the customers.

BEWARE!!!! I went in for a car that was a 2008 around 73xxx miles very decently priced. First thing noticed that the car wasn't cleaned on the inside and the sealing bumpers on the car doors and moon roof were falling off. I told this to Mina and they were fixed that day. Let me just say this, Mina is the best part about this place. She was helpful and only person that held a conversation. Back to the car, I ended up purchasing the car after said things were fixed. A day later my check engine light came. The day after that i realize the horn didn't work AT ALL, a light was broken and a handle for extra storage was broken. HOW DO YOU NOT CHECK THESE THINGS BEFORE SELLING A CAR!? So, I bring the car down on my day off which was 2 days later and spend 4 hours at the dealership and what do they do? Only clean the part that's causing the check engine light to come on and tell me, "we may need to replace it if it does it again" they don't fix the horn at all. So next day, 5 days after purchasing the car it completely stops when I'm commuting to work. I call the place to have it towed and Pierre says they will not pay for that. After explaining once again all the issues I've had and it hasn't even been a week with the car they won't pay for towing they FINALLY said they would. They have the car for the rest of the day and call me to tell me the gas gage was broken and that I was only out of gas. Again, isn't that something you check!? They keep it overnight since they don't have the part (shocking) and tell me the next day it's ready. Here's the doozie, I purchased the car with a loan through my bank and the check was being mailed to the dealership. I called them back to see when I could pick it up and they told me they wouldn't release the car to me until they had the check ALTHOUGH they had a "guaranteed check" letter from bank stating it was on its way. The owner then BLAMED ME for not putting gas in the car and that I could've avoided the situation. How was I suppose to know if the gas gage was broken!? I then asked to talk to Mina or Aalyiah and he said they weren't there even though Mina had JUST left me a voicemail 1 minute prior he then changed his story to oh she's with a customer. I ended up telling them to keep the car because even if it was all fixed I would not want them to have my business or money.

I was searching for a fusion energi in California (I live in California) and I saw several cars at good rates out here, I even got out of a contract with a dealership in so cal because the sales team was unethical & rude. I had talked to the owner at the start of my search, I told him I wanted to trade in my car. The deal wasn't going to work because the trade in value was too low (not just here, but everywhere) Fast forward 4 weeks, I call the owner again, I tell him in very interested, he remembered me from the initial conversation from weeks before. I tell him so cal dealers were horrible and that I was still very much interested in his car, but that I would not trade my car and just pay for the energi I was interested in... He said let's make a deal, he worked with me, Michelle then took over, she worked with my so cal bank, it was such a smooth transaction... They were so NICE and professional....the entire staff was just amazing! I show up ,the car was inspected and ready for me to bring it home, it was in immaculate shape. I was in and out in 40 min. 100 thumbs up for this place. I will do business again with them. I am in love with my car and crossing state lines for the purchase was well worth it... This is definitely the place to shop at !!! Thank you!!!

These people were incredible - I was in a fender-bender (I was hit in a parking lot - so no-fault), and they were recommended to me by the driver who hit me. They were kind and personable when I went in for an estimate, making me feel at ease with a company I had never heard of before. TJ looked at the car and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I agreed to pay for the damages to the other car, and that he would pay for mine. (The damage was too small to involve the insurance companies). I left my car there for the three days it took for them to get the paint done just right. When I picked up the car (it was ready early), it was perfect - you could not tell any damage had occurred. They had also detailed the car. Then, to my surprise, when I asked who to make the check out to cover the other car, they said "no worries, we'll work it out so that it's fair to you and the other driver". They gave a discount on my car such that his expenses paid for mine as well. It happened to be my birthday the day I picked it up, and this was a delightful birthday surprise for me! I will absolutely use Magic Auto for any body repair needs in the future!

I finally found an auto shop that helped me get my vehicle fixed instead of taking advantage of a customer that clearly waited way too long to bring their car into the shop. I knew my truck was in bad shape and I was right but instead of telling me everything was urgent and must be done today, they sat me down and went through each issue with me explaining what it was, how bad it was and how urgent it was. I ended up with 3 lists of repairs, "Now/Soon/Can wait a little bit". I've never had a mechanic honestly tell me that any of what I need isn't super critical and needed right now or else your car will blow up lol. Having a smaller Urgent list made the cost much more manage and relieve a lot of my stress. I walked out knowing what needed to be done that day and now have a plan of action for the rest of my repairs and what they will cost. I recommend Magic Auto to anyone that doesn't want to be ripped off and still recieve good work. Overall a great experience. Huge thank you to Shane for all your help and understanding!

Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. Purchased a vehicle from them and a couple of days later my vehicle shut off in the middle of traffic which almost caused a major accident and I had to sit on the side of the road with my children. The salesman and manager were extremely rude throughout the entire process of trying to get my vehicle fixed. I found a kill switch / tracker hidden inside of my vehicle and confronted the dealership , I asked them if they had the device in my vehicle and they lied and said they hadn’t. I paid for the vehicle in full and didn’t have it in my possession at all for about a month straight , they disrespectful and rude manager made the entire situation worse and he prolonged it. I tried trading the vehicle in and the manager wouldn’t even tell me where my vehicle was as at, even the dealers at the other dealership tried talking to him and he was rude to them as well. Save your money and don’t deal with this sketchy dealer!

I bought my first car from magic auto and I have to say that I had the MOsT wonderful experience with them , not only did they make the whole car buying process easy for me but even after they still had exceptionally GREAT customer service whenever I brought my car in for service (oil changes , etc) . I unfortunately totaled my car last December but I still receive frequent calls and updates on current deals and sales and still get the most extraordinary customer service from the employees there ! It’s hard to get customer service like this these days and I can confidently say that When I am ready to buy another vehicle I will be going back to this dealership because of it !! Serendipity! That explains my experience with the great people of Magic Auto Sales and Service in Phoenix. It all started when I stopped at the NAPA store on Buckeye Rd. with an air conditioner problem in my Honda. NAPA sent me around the corner to their authorized repair center, Magic Auto. That was one of the best referrals of my life. They repaired my car for a fraction of what the dealership wanted and did it the next day. I had driven past Magic Auto dozens of times and never given it a second glance. To me it was just another used car lot along the side of the road, How Wrong I Was. Since my first encounter with these fine folks, my wife and I have purchased a 2014 BMW from them, had my wife’s car repaired and referred my son and two friends to them. All are very happy with our experiences at Magic Auto.

I took my car in to the mechanic shop to get a couple of things worked on. The wait wasn’t long and I paid the exact price they quoted me a few weeks prior. The mechanic Eddie even brought me back to show me a few other things that my car needed work on, but did not push any extra services on me. He even showed me the old parts that he replaced out of my car to show me why exactly those parts were no longer good. A very honest guy, which I know is hard to come by when it comes to finding a good mechanic. The loud sound my car was making is now completely gone and it drives like its brand new. Inside the office, I was also helped by Shahin, who took my payment for the services, and was also extremely friendly! Overall great customer service I would definitely recommend magic auto sales (:

Magic Auto is definitely worth the visit. Each time that I had visited this family owned business, they were always available for me. Any questions or concerns that I would have, they certainly took care of them. So much so, that when I needed body care to my vehicle, (not realizing a week later it was going to be Christmas) Magic Auto went out of their way to take care of it before Christmas.This family owned business, isn’t like other used car dealerships where they simply do routine with you. At Magic Auto, they really care about their customers and they make sure they are truly satisfied with their service. I will continue my business with them and I will certainly be recommend them to others.

After going to a few nightmare dealerships, I almost gave up on buying a car until I found this place through the hospital I work at. They have a wide selection of different types of makes and models of extremely affordable cars that were in my price range. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me into buying a car. We were in and out of there with a brand new car within in 45ish minutes of test driving and filing our paperwork. I came here after my previous vehicle was totaled. I was terribly stressed because this was my first accident, I didn't get gap coverage on my previous vehicle and there was about a $1,300 difference left over on my previous loan after the settlement (Learn from me and always get gap coverage), and I was moving from Flagstaff back down to the valley. Michelle worked hard to get me the best rates, answer all of my questions, and she gave me really helpful advice. I've gone to official dealerships for test drives and I even purchased my previous vehicle through one, but I would recommend Magic Auto over them. There was no push, they're personal, and did more than just sell me a car.

They are genuinely nice people and value their warranty. Never tried to oversell other products apart from the car. I brought a car from them which has been giving me constant trouble(the car is still under toyota warranty). Even Toyota was unable to fix it. However, they have been patient enough with it and taken the car to the toyota dealer to fix it atleast 5 times. They also gave me a loaner when my car was being fixed. I am hoping my car will get repaired soon but overall they have been extremely helpful. Inspite of the troubles I have had with my car, I would still recommend this dealer as they have some pretty good deals and honour their warranty.

Mark the sales consultant was very accommodating and had the Ptius I was interested in right up front as I drove in. The car was clean and detailed beautifully inside, outside, and under the hood. He let me take it out for a drive and answered my questions about the vehicle to my satisfaction. The pricing was fair, I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't want extra. The qualifying process and document signing was smooth and Mark even asked on my behalf if the finance company could give me a better rate due to my good credit. I cannot say enough. Purchased a car from Magic Auto and, as does happen with used cars, I had some service lights come up shortly thereafter. In most cases, you are on your own at that point. Not the case with Magic Auto. Mark in sales as well as the service manager (dont have his name) went far and beyond to take the car back in and check it out in detail. Changed fluids, ran more scans, and kept working at it until the problem was found and rectified. No additional cost. Amazing service and super honest people. Highly recommend.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. They are liars and scammers. First they will treat you very well and if the car is missing something they will tell you not to worry because they'll replace it. They will not keep their word and sell you the car without fixing the issues it has. Second, once you have made it purchase their attitude changes and will not want to deal with you when you find issues. Do not buy the extended warranty because it's too good to be true. Read reviews online before dealing with these folks.

I was buying a car there yesterday and they (both Michelle & the owner Payman) were very nice and accommodating. The car we wanted had some issues that we wanted resolved and they nicely agreed to get the car into the condition that would allow us to move forward. They also let me take the car to my own trusted mechanic which allowed us to have confidence in our decision. They also fully disclosed any issues with the car. Deceptive sales practice. I did an app for a truck that was advertised. The guy called me and said they would be internally looking at my app and would get back to me. (Once they ran my credit it was clear my info was sold because I started getting tons of offers for loans) the guy calls me an hour later and says he submitted my info to 4 banks. If I wanted that I would have secured a loan first but they advertise in house financing. I told him that and he just speaks in circles. This place should not be trusted.

Honest people. I called about selling my car on consignment. The informed me that they do not sell cars on consignment and that I should sell it myself on Craigslist, Offer Up, Cars,com, etc. They informed me that they sold a car within two days of putting it for sale online. They also said that it was tax season and people were looking to buy cars.
