I’m a client of Mahek salon since 5 years first n only salon i was goin’ until nw since I’m here in but i guess they lost a valuable client who’s not treated well and wasted almost 1.5 hr and that is how even after booking appointment i had to wait for 1.5 hr to get my turn in which i reached on time still after finishing up with the current client i was told to wait more n there were few clients who were helped but not the one who reached on time that too taking appointment well advance , The hair dresser who I usally deal with he is an amazing person with good skills but seems like he doesn’t know how to respect each other times and making them wait for hrs and also on that very day i’ve decided to change hair salon so i left without haircut n seems like there is no proper follow up taken for the reason of me leaving and not coming back again which clearly indicates hair salon doesn’t care much for their old clients n their customer service n experience also it seems like hair dresser possess attitude of not caring much for cx if they went away to another salon who might respect cx’s time and thinks if 1 client goes it’s not a big deal so i would say horrible experience n very disappointed and I would never recommend to go to this place where there is 0 respect for their own clients

I visited this place for the first time… as I recently moved to Etobicoke & were having hard time finding better salon…. Tried couple of places in area but was not that satisfied….But Mahek salon is a game changer… Komal did all of my work…. She was excellent in her work, super professional & makes you feel very comfortable throughout all of your work…. Customer service is 10/10… I came here for 4 things & ended up taking extra services as I liked Komal’s work…. She would be my regular go-to person whenever I need a salon visit… Indeed Recommended… On my inquiry, Komal also informed me about Mahek’s great boys’ & girls’ haircut services…. I am going to try that for sure next time & will bring my husband too… Hopefully, my husband would like it… So instead of going to 2 different places… I & my husband can go together to the same place…

Hello friends, I am usually not a fan of writing reviews, but today, I went to Mehak salon to do facial which was really impressive. My beautician who did my facial today was “SANA” - guys trust me, I have been doing facial since last 10 years and have not impressed by anyone. Sana was really amazing, the way she gave massage and cared my acne skin was so relaxing. The Back oil massage was the best. Each and every step of facial she really took time, cared my skin and the result was mind blowing! If anybody is looking for facial, I would suggest please look for SANA.

I went in and got balayage done. Very helpful consultation and service by Nikki. My hair never looked this healthy before. All in all a great experience with Nikki , she is very sweet and great at customer service. She stayed 45 mins past closing time to fix my hair. Even gave me blow dry and curls , the hair looked amazing . Next time my friend got a men’s haircut by Sameer. He is also amazing Great service! Always good service and great setup at Mahek Saloon. They make sure the clients are satisfied and taken care of. Highly recommend!! 5 stars!!

I got the Nanoplastia treatment done here. First things first, be sure to ask for VIKAS for the best experience. I don't trust anyone easily for my hair because I have this weird thing where I get confident when I am having a good hair day. I have had treatments done on my hair before but this was a new treatment for me. I was a little skeptical as to whether I want this done. But I am so so glad I did. My hair looks beautiful, feels amazing and it's all like a dream come true. So thank you Vikas for making me more confident about myself!!

I always get my hair done in this salon. The staff and owner are very nice. My hair was long and I went for trim just to refresh. Haircut was done by Shefali, since I had lots of split ends, she have asked my permission before she had to cut it shorter and I think that’s very professional - some hairstylists just do their thing without letting their clients know what they are about to do. I received a lot of compliments on my hair - it’s voluminous and got a great shape. Thank you so much Shefali for doing a great job.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service: The balayage was a joke. The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst service by mona . - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

I told him to do short hair from all. But gujju guy karan use trimmer from all over. Not properly from the top. He didn’t even cut my hair properly. You can see in the pictures strongly i told him i dont like my hair do shorter as much as you can. In the last he used blower to blow my hair. It looks ridiculous i have to go in another shop and have to cut it again. Another gujju guy moin is amazing last time i cut my hair with him. He did fantastic job. Strongly not recommend with karan.

I have been going to Mahek salon for last 2 years and have experienced the same experience and satisfaction from their service. I wanted to do something new with my look and they suggested me Highlights and colouring, I was afraid that it would damage my hair but they suggested me some products for haircare and eventually I decided to get it done and Vikas did my highlights and It turned out so beautiful couldn’t be more happy. I had faith that they could fulfill my desired request. Shefali was very pleasant and did an amazing job on my hair. I asked for layers and face framing layers. I have gone here the past three times now and they don’t disappoint! I go to Sameer and he does an amazing job with cutting my hair and beard. I have found a hard time finding a regular/consistent barber shop so I throughly enjoy coming here to cut my hair. Not happy with the service. After shaping my beard I have ended up in lot cuts in my neck and chin!!! Also I asked the person to just cut around head and not at the top, unfortunately he did end up cutting a lot of my hair at crown area!! Ps : I previously had good experience with another stylish in the salon but I am disappointed this time!!

I went today for an appt with Shefani. Not only did she give ne an amazing cut and style the head massage she gave me while washing my hair was heavenly. I highly recommend going and seeing her if your looking for a fantastic cut or just looking to relax.

Worst service! They are the scammers and unprofessional hairdressers as well. I went for the first time and they charged me 15-20$ more than the market price and the hair cut was also not at all good. I had to always wear the cap after that hair cut.
