"Wow"
"Keep in mind I just had came here a week prior while reading this review"
"Came here with the family for my oldest son's birthday, and we had fun"
"It's just ok"
"Must say we returned for another birthday party visit and it was soooo much better"
Wow......where do I start? Let's begin with walking in and waiting for the "greeters " to stop hanging out and address us, I said we're interested in the advertised meal and game combo in which he hurriedly ushered us to the Game Kiosk and left us there saying this is way easier and walked away...... My friend waited behind us because the other kiosk was broken......then we went to stand in line to secure a table....again....after waiting for the 3 young girls to stop chatting with their backs to us, they finally turned around and I asked for a table. She said they don't have any tables available because they only have 2 servers.......mind you, ......... this is a SATURDAY NIGHT and also not our problem that they're short staffed. I asked how long and she said "I don't know, probably like, an hour or way longer.".... she then proceeded to explain how many tables her servers are stuck with,....again....I'm a paying customer, not my problem. We tried to play Air Hockey, the table took our money both times and that's all it did.....because it was broken My son went to two different games.....also broken. There was water or something all over the floor and staff literally walked around it! The one air Hockey table we were able to get to work was barely working and my son literally had to stand in the middle and push the puck to my opponent because it was barely vibrating. Since it was going to be impossible to be seated because of their HUGE wait at their empty and short staffed seating area, we asked an employee if we could just get a soda while we played games. He said we can "try" the bar or go back to the dining area (which remember is slammed) and just walked away..... This place is extremely undermanned, unmaintained, various broken games, dirty and unorganized and every single person we encountered as customers shirked every duty or opportunity to help us and was more focused on chatting with their friends or chucking a generic answer to us and making no concessions or ATTEMPT at any SEMBLANCE of customer service!!!!!! As angry as I am about wasting my time and money that I'll never get back and the dismissive, rude and clueless staff, my blame first lies on the owner and management, if you want to call it that! It is YOUR responsibility to hire capable and professional staff and train them to be accommodating, informative and helpful......this is a PUBLIC FAMILY PLACE! Customer service is a MUST! Secondly, it's the manager's duties to assure the establishment stays clean, well manned and the equipment is maintained and operable. This place is a disappointment on every level! Take pride in where you work and your responsibilities regardless of what job it is! Have some standards that aren't BARE MINIMUM ! ZERO STARS!!!

Keep in mind I just had came here a week prior while reading this review. I arrived a little late but my party was already seated and being served. It took a while for the waitress to come take our drink order, which was fine, but when she came she was VERY RUDE almost to the point of DISRESPECT. She came to us and said " My child has a birthday today and I'm not hurrying yall up but I kinda am. I wasn't shouldn't even have taken your table." She proceeded to take our order. 20 minutes passes and she comes back and says she has to retake our order because the system went down. She hadn't wrote down our orders on anything. She retook my order and another 30 minutes passes. Our food comes out and my order was wrong! She rang me up for a grilled chicken sandwich when clearly I asked for a crispy chicken twice!!! I ordered queso and chips as an appetizer. The chips were old and stale. When me and a few others complained about our food our server said that "she didn't have time to fix it and that it was the management's issue not hers!" The manager came and took a few dollars off our bill. I never got my replacement chips but my sandwich came out fine thankfully. Food wise this establishment is good when fresh but our server Joy wasn't very Joyful at all. I understand we all have personal things going on but in the end, you are paid to provide proper service and courtesy. They did neither on this day!

Came here with the family for my oldest son's birthday, and we had fun. If you want to do bowling or the laser tag be prepared to book your slot either before hand online is the best or do it as soon as you get there as there will most likely be a wait of up to an hour and a half. We got lucky the day we went as a bigger party event was wrapping up and not everyone attended, so they had a lot of extra arcade game playtime cards available and gave me and my family 4 of them which had 3 hours of unlimited arcade play. Some games you can't play with playtime cards and require the cards you buy credits with money with in order to play but the majority of them do work with playtime cards so that was awesome and would is definently the better deal. Oh, another thing to keep in mind is the playtime cards also don't earn tickets from the games you play. The game will say you earned tickets but the thing you scan the ticket to play will say your tickets aren't being counted or banked. So you won't be able to redeem the tickets you win from games on playtime cards but still I think they are well worth it. I have no clue how much they normally cost.

You have to be I think it was 48 inches tall to play laser tag but they also have bowling and a bunch of arcade games anyone can play. Along with some billiard tables.
It's just ok.... When this was latitude 360 it was better... It was more geared towards adults now it's more so geared to children every where you turn. It's a lil pricy$$ I ordered the lemon pepper with the bone out and OMFG those things were sooooo salty I could feel my blood pressure rise from the one bite I took. I had to send them back after it waiting 30 minutes to get them and being told they were only offering FRIED food only. The sitting area where you bowl is very tight another party showed up and it was very tight. I've posted photos of the area, the lemon pepper wings, the entire place. I'm not impressed. ****************4 years later Update********** So the response I got no one reached out that was just for it to appear as if they were concerned (lies) Anywho went back with a friend recently and nothing has changed the pretzel sticks they need to remove from the menu it's so much salt on it you will leave with high blood pressure. We literally had to wipe the salt off with a napkin just to be able to eat them. if your looking for a game spot to go to I would recommend Dave & Busters any day over this spot. Don't think about bowling the prices you will pay is beyond me
Must say we returned for another birthday party visit and it was soooo much better. Food, service, people and more make this a 4 1/2 ⭐ out of 5 ⭐. The only reason for the 1/2 ⭐ loss is the Pizza which is very light on sauce and cheese. We had several issues with our planned Birthday party. Our party arrived early and checked in with the desk and began the long process of getting shoe's for the children and adults 3 ⭐. Got to our 3 lanes and began to have fun when in the middle of a game and after only 40 minutes of our 1 hour time the Lanes shut down...why? Well it seems that they started the clock when we got our shoes as opposed to when we were ready to Bowl 2 ⭐ and 8 disappointed kids to boot. Ordered Wings, Pretzel's and Cheese Dip all were good but no napkins nor plates...had to go look for them 4 ⭐. Ordered pizza for the kids came out overcooked, burnt 1 ⭐. The good was we had 12 play cards and manager did add $10.00 to each card but it was a back and forth before it was settled 4 ⭐. This can be a fun experience with all the games etc. But not in our case.

Well my goal wasn’t to come to Main Event to spend my weekend, but my fourteen year old niece came into town. I had to be quick on my feet to figure a fun weekend, so I decided on Main Event. We went fairly early (around 3pm) to avoid any huge crowds. When we got there the line was pretty short and the place was not overcrowded which was nice. There was also a sign outside stating that everyone must have a mask on which was comforting. They had a pretty good deal for $19.99 to do unlimited bowling and laser tag. Even though we only did one round of bowling and laser tag, I believe if you’re trying to play the whole day the value of the unlimited pass is worth it. When we got our tickets, the estimated time for bowling was 45 minutes due to certain lanes being closed due to social distancing. We decided to get some food in the eating area, but our lane was ready within 15 minutes instead of the estimated 45 minutes which was a plus. I’ll say this is a preteen/young teen ideal fun time. I was happy my niece had fun. If you’re looking for a fun activity with the kiddos, this may be the place for you.
If i could give this place 0 stars i most definitely would. 1st problem when i get to my bowling lanes took me 30 mins to get a server to put a order in for drinks meaning my party didn’t get our drinks until we had been there for 45 mins. Unacceptable because it wasn’t even that busy so idk why it took that long. Secondly i booked two lanes for two hours and in the middle of one of my games my lanes shut down and we had only been there an hour. I had to walk all the way to the front to inform them i booked two hours. They extended my time only after i showed them my confirmation email. Next thing in the middle of another game all our balls got stuck at the end of the lanes and they were just spinning. Took 10 mins to get someone to fix it and some guy claimed they would extend my time instead of giving me a discount. They never extended my time.We also paid 220$ for two lanes for two hours kinda steep don’t you think. I will never go back to this establishment again. Horrible experience.

Customer service is horrible. When we arrived we asked questions about our play options. The guy who we spoke with acted as if he didn't want to be bothered with answering our questions. I went to the bar to order food and a drink. I waited 20 minutes without recognition. There was another couple who was seated and waiting longer than me. Someone walked up after me and got David's (one of the bartenders) attention, he turned and looked and continued helping other people. He literally served everyone on the other side of the bar even the people who had just walked up! Even after he had served EVERYONE on the other side of the bar, he didn't acknowledge or ask us if we needed anything. Finally, one of the other waitresses told him we needed help. He came over, didn't apologize for the wait or anything. Customer service sucks. I didn't even order food because of it! Won't ever get my business again if I am visiting Jacksonville! Awful!

It used to be a great place when I went with my mom and some friends a few years ago but it's fallen apart since then. The VR setups have missing/damaged face pads, damaged/non-functional controllers, and not a single eye mask for the headsets. Some of the games didn't function but would still take your points. I got the points refunded but no one had shut down or attempted to fix the setups during my time being there. I noticed they had a lack of people at the bar too, only had one woman up there working hard. Staff was friendly though and so were the people. I didn't eat there this time but when I last did the food was decent but expensive. It's an okay area to take your kids but you'll probably have to recharge them every half hour or so if you have more than 3 in a party.

The arcade is okay, though some items don't work or are damaged. I don't recommend bringing them around the bar area since they serve alcohol there.
Server was rude and not accommodating. Food came out wrong and not good. Salad had weird black specks in it and was soggy. Received a double patty burger with only one patty. Server didn’t come to check on us until the bill was brought and said the burger was not a mistake and did not correct it. At that point it was cold and we ate it anyways so the kids could play. $70 for food that was just bad. Would have rather went to Burger King. The kids drinks didn’t come as advertised and refills for fountain drinks were difficult to receive. Highly disappointed. The bartender was great but pretty much all other staff members were cold and rude. We brought our kids out as a reward and the experience definitely didn’t feel like a reward. *in response, I did submit a form on your website that evening and still haven’t received a response

*Updated Review* I have gone to Main Event a few times as a guest of parties. Saturday I brought my sons and 4 of their friends there for a mini birthday gathering. Unfortunately I had the same idea as a lot of families and there weren't as many Unlimited passes available. Tim at guest services was so helpful and patient with our group. He was able to find a solution for us. He made my sons 13th birthday memorable and I really appreciate him taking the extra steps to help us. Never had that experience at any other Family fun center. My family enjoyed the wings, pizza and cheesy bread. We never felt rushed or ignored. We will definitely make Main Event our first choice in having a family outing. Thanks again to Tim and Saturday staff!

This place is a great family day spot, the bowling lanes are black light and they accommodate children well, the servers are quick to get to you, the amount of games you can play for the price in the arcade is a steal honestly and you get to pick prizes with your won tickets they have a pretty good selection. Only complaint it took them the entire 1hrs of our bowling lane time we reserved for them to get my food out and it wasn’t busy, it was early on a weekday probably a slow day for them, and it was burnt I mean like a rock but we didn’t complain we just finished enjoying our times, played tons of arcade games and went out to eat on the way home! I paid 120$ for 50$ in fun cards, and 1hr in the lane with unlimited arcade access. Which compared to what else is around that’s a steal for what you get!

Hello, my names Alexis and I’m writing this review from the inside of the restaurant. There’s absolutely no reason there should be one server running an entire dining room by themselves. I see serval employees and managers off to the side doing absolutely nothing . All while our server is running his self crazy back and forth trying to attend to all the customer. There’s at least 8 tables he’s attending too by himself. How as a company do you deliver quality customer service under these conditions? I’m absolutely disappointed with my service this afternoon. But I would love to give a shout-out to our server Cook for trying his best to take care of my family and everyone here because as someone who is a server I would have walked out and left under these conditions.

My boyfriend and I brought our friends from out of town to Main Event last night and it was an absolute blast. I’m so glad we decided bring them here to bowl and play some arcade games. The employees were funny and friendly and Stephen (or Stefen I can’t remember) hooked us up with a great bowling alley and timed cards for all the arcade games. He made our experience spectacular and that’s why we’ll be coming back very soon. We even had some beers and cocktails and the service at the bowling lane was awesome. Very clean, fun, and modern atmosphere! Would reccomend for birthday parties, date night, and everything in between. Thank you Main Event and your staff for making our night one to remember!

Great evening with the family. Restraunt and the entree game combo was the reason for the star deduction. You can only buy the entree & food combo while you are sitting at the table! There should be a way to purchase the combo from the front desk and just recieve a entree card valid for that day only. Especially considering we had a 30 min wait to be seated in the near empty restaurant. However once we were seated, our server was amazing. She was over loaded and seemed to be the only server so she was slow, to no fault of her own. The rest of the staff seemed to be unorganized as most of them seemed to be standing around at the kitchens edge for our while visit. Food was hot, delicious and quick. We will certainly be back. Hopefully, they will have their staff in order and resolve theire entree & food combo issues.
Service is extremely slow. Waiters are not attentive at all. Waited for over 10 minutes at one table, moved closer to the bar, hoping to get better service after being told to sit wherever. Dirty tables slow bar service. Never received appetizers. Drinks took over 10 minutes. The manager on duty obviously saw our table without drinks for over 10 minutes and did nothing. Alcohol drinks sat at bar and walked by waiter for 10 plus minutes never brought to the table. Needs better management and waiters need to be reminded what their job is.

We had an birthday party there for the first time. My expectation of this place, from what others have told me about this place was an absolute complete fail. The host didn't seem to want to be there and instead of staying with the birthday child, host was M.I.A and we had to track the host down since it was our first time there. It's overwhelming enough, but I was told that the host would help decorate the area or even decorate the area for us so we wouldn't have to leave our party guest unattended. Well host again M.I.A... so we had to decorate this lil wall that were given due to poor communication.

Got to the alley at 4:30. Was told to do a walk-in reservation when I called TWICE to confirm on 8-10 people coming and that I could book a time at 6:00. I booked two lanes as I was told. I reserved a time available at 6:00 for two lanes. Manager told be 6:00 is open and we are on the list. Waited until the time came, no lanes. Asked when they would be ready, they forgot about my reservation and said not til 7:00. She said if we wanted to extend the time as well, we could once we started to bowl. Finally got our lanes, started to bowl and wanted to extend an hour. We couldn’t. Not only was their service a mess, they don’t tell you exactly what to do, what you’ll get, how to pay, or know what they’re taking about. I’ll never deal with that drama again. Not worth the headache
Its a great place to bring your kids. However, if you come as a large group with adults who drink, this might not be the spot for you. The food came out late and the waitress struggled with the bills. The wait staff was no older than 16. They didnt come back to clean our area when we got done. Also, they tag a 18 percent tip to each person tab. We did a reservation for two lanes and we ended up using one lane. They gave us a hard time to get our money back saying we need it to tell them 24 hours in advanced when we did it five hours before our event.

Came in to bowl for an hour got there everything was smooth until we got to our lane people bowling next to us a party of at least 12 and a bunch of kids , running on our side and the parents not saying a word also no lane conditioning lanes super dry no oil and no waiter no waitress ever came to where we was and offered food nor drinks I bowled 3 frames and quit because how sorry the lane conditions were, went to a man sitting in a podium behind the lanes and asked about the lane conditions and he did not know what I was talking about. We left 29 minutes on the timer went to the front told the person their about our situation and he has no concerns, I will never be back to this establishment.

Great entertainment venue. The first server (Cook) we had on our bowling lanes was amazing!! However, when we got our 2nd set of lanes for our next reservation we were placed on new lanes with a new server (Elena). After receiving our food, she never checked on us. Then when we received our bill she told us she couldn't give us a printed receipt until we completed payment on the tablet, which we did with a $12 tip due to poor service. However, there were issues "processing" the tip on the tablet due to the poor "service." So she had to go to the bar. When we received our receipt the tip had been doubled to $24. When we questioned her about the tip, she said that's what we entered.....which was a bold face lie!

Noisy, but still a great place for a fun night out! This may have been the first time we went without! kids for some adult time. Bowling was fun, but be sure to book ahead since otherwise wait times can be VERY long. I still find the lane seating area to be a bit crammed, if were management I might consider putting in smaller tables or taking them out entirely, having did and drink behind the seating area (which already exists with countertops and tables) We then channeled our inner kids with some arcade fun. We ran out of energy before visiting the dining area, shuffle board and pool tables (which had been the original idea for our visit)
We've visited Main Event before, but not at this location. This one seems very run-down, and does not have the ropes course like other locations. They still charge the same price, though. The bowling shoes are extremely worn, and our lane was consistently glitchy. It kept knocking down pins and marking fault when we were nowhere near the line. Laser tag was fun, but this course was just okay. The shuffleboard had little sand, and the pool tables were pretty stained. Plus, the gentleman at the front desk left a little to be desired.

We came here to play bowling the place was nice and cool , we got food which was delicious BUT the service took an hour just to receive food plus NOBODY checked on us . We then went to get bowling spots but the wait was 4 hours long and the place was half empty.. we were confused . So we decided to get arcade cards instead and that was malfunctioning and we couldn't play ANY of the games we went for a refund which they did not want to provide us with very unpleasant experience.

Games were fun, except the service was not all that. While our first waiter, Trey, was awesome, everyone after that was mediocre at best. Lazer tag guy was cool too, but everyone associated with the bowling sucked. Everyone was standing around, socializing and ignoring customers, instead of doing their jobs. I expect a lot more for the hundreds of dollars that we dropped to have fun.

For start we ask for beef nachos waited couple of minutes around 20 when we ask they informed us that they run out of beef so we changed it to chicken and waited another 10 to 15 minutes. The biggest problem was the RESTROOMS. When I went to use the restroom they were SUPER DIRTY, the smell were terrible the toilets nasty. The floor full of toilet papers, toilets were dirty. They need a better cleaning system or team.

This use to be the happening place. Times have changed. At night, if your with your family and children just don't be surprised there can be some adults outside who is not supposed to be doing what they are doing. However high five to the manager for going beyond and making my daughter's bday a special one. He gave her some toy from the vending machine. He also gave us extra tickets for making an error on our purchase. Overall He was awesome and made our trip great. Food was so so. But we enjoyed ours.

Really fun place! Bowling has fair prices and well as laser tag. Arcade games are a little steep. We did the game play and entree combo and that seemed to make it more worth the money since we were going to eat anyway. Great service and employees! Very kind and professional. The place is very clean and they have sanitizer stations everywhere. They seemed to be watching as we used each game in order to sanitize when finished. We weren't really worried about that though. Really enjoyed our experience and we will be back!
Went there for a company event. Started at 7:00 they said they weren't bringing out food (pizza) until 8:00. About 100 people were there they brought out enough food for about 40. They brought out hot sweet tea and water and didn't bring out ice until we complained. The armbands don't include any games that you can win anything and are only good for an hour. At $30 a person that place is just not worth it. Bad management bad service will not ever book a party there.

Celebrated my daughters 10th birthday here. Love main event, but the party hosts were terrible and had me doing all of the work. I had to ask them to bring the girls drinks and they kept disappearing and acted like we were a bother to them. Party hosts are usually fun and interactive. Everyone seemed irritated that we were there. My daughter and her friends had fun, but for the price, I would expect competent party hosts.

There are some corporate issues that need to be done like upgrading your system so that it will match the party contracts and the kids had fun but need to change the fact that they could win tickets it don’t matter how you pay it should not determine if anyone receives tickets bc my kids couldn’t redeem again it’s corporate policy need to be looked over. Michelle was great our server thilia was Amazing we will be back

Held a party for one of our children here. Lots of entertainment for the kids and adults. Similar to a Dave and Busters but with a few more activities (bowling, laser tag). Disappointed with the birthday experience. We arrive thirty minutes before our party was scheduled to start and were not attended to until 15 minutes after party was supposed to start. Not the best place to watch NFL football as there are no out of market game broadcasts.

What and absolute dump. They should start by using their profits and invest in some new bowling shoes. They are ragged out beyond belief. Crooked lanes, the game of bowling stopped in mid bowl and it dropped down right while ball was rolling down the lane. Service stunk they didn't give us any information. Someone checked on us for drinks 1 time. And here is a picture of the roach on a seat beside us. I will never come back.

Really upset with the lanes , I get one day off a week and I was really excited to come bowl here for the first time. Lanes were not oiled properly ( bone dry ) and a spin I’ve been perfecting for years landed me in the gutter roll after roll. For 32 bucks I was expecting a decent bowling experience. I left without even finishing 1 game. Look at the lanes before you go, lots of deformations in the lanes where all the kids drop the ball hard. Disappointed.
The restaurant has decent bar style food, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and also pizza. It was all good, but the service was very slow. It appeared they were understaffed, and the wait staff was apologetic. The issue was that we had children in our party, so it started to become a problem. Overall I enjoyed my visit but if you have kids that need to eat at a certain time, bring some snacks.

The place was a little busy but only 3 tables full. 2 waitresses and one bartender ( the bar was full) I will never come here again I used to love this place Totally disappointed

If you are serious about being competitive in bowling and having a friendly matchup this is not the place to do it. Lanes are awful. Sometimes players need to do 2 or 3 throws just for the computer to register the play. We used lanes 10-12 all of them with the same problem. That being said. The place is fun and super loud. Food was good and table service very attentive. Arcade is fun too. In general a good family experience
This place has so much potential. We had a corporate event where my employer rented the facility. They didn't staff the bar to accommodate the number of associates attending, and they shut off the bowling alley without letting us finish our games. Other colleagues went on another occasion and they turned off the lights while they were bowling. The parking garage has tons of garbage.

We are from Baltimore and came to check out this Main Event location. The food was great. Our waiter was awesome. There was a very happy vibe. We also spoke with the manager who was very genuine and kind. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a great date night

We attended the Block party this past Sunday at Main Event and it was fun. My son enjoyed the games and said the pizza was pretty good. The games seemed well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. We met Jags cheerleaders and even played a game with Fang from the Icemen hockey team. All the staff I interacted with were warm and friendly as well. We will definitely go back and try the bowling.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've never been to a main event before but I highly recommend this place. The kids loved it and I enjoyed a Maitai drink while they played. I highly recommend the ranch wings and fries from the bar. The pizza is not very good in my opinion. I will say each game is around 7.5 tokens or more.

Went here Friday, July 7. Met sister-in-law, her granddaughter, nephew, and his wife. We had a great time walking around in the arcade games. The bulldozer coin game broke down and they compensated our niece nicely. Very clean very well operated. Would like to go back and do bowling sometime. And the food is great too!

This place is so much fun. I will say there are a lot of options to do. With my son having autism the staff is so helpful to ensure he has a great time. When you go in go straight till you see the deal with the bowling shoes that's where you get your card for the games, bowling or even laser tag. We love coming here.

Wish this place would get more employees my group had to wait 30 minutes for 5 people ahead of us and the place was empty! Only one employee ringing people up and 5 huddled in a corner. The arcade seemed pretty cool but we came for bowling. Rates for the lanes are great food service was nice as well. But they should really reconfigure the table situation.
Had a really nice time with a couple of my coworkers. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and bowling. We played 2 games and after sat and took in the surroundings. Will definitely be back.

The food was good but we paid for unlimited bowling all afternoon for our family only to be kicked off after an hour. We were told we have to give up our lane bc they had a wait list and we had to rejoin the waitlist after already waiting for 1 hour and 45mins. Go bowling somewhere else.

It was fun. My only complaint is we had to wait about 10-15min to purchase laser tag tickets and a video game card. With all the staff that they had, they should have a better system for the main counter. They all have headsets as well, so once we notified the first person, we shouldn't have had to wait an additional 8+ min for service.
Went on a Monday. Staff provided good service. Prices are a bit high. Bathroom wreaked with urine. Overall, a cool place to have some family fun. I recommend visiting. You'll have fun. I also recommend better sanitation for the restrooms. They were very very nasty.

The dining experience was not the best. We were not provided utensils, plates or napkins when we were seated. We had to ask once the food came. Drinks took longer than normal. My kids still enjoyed themselves. They don't care about the dining part. Now waiting to see if my waitress will return to give me boxes. Crazy.
We came here on a hot summer night in Jacksonville and really enjoyed ourselves at the bowling lanes as well as with some of the games. I love the fact that they have so many brightly-colored lighted features that it really transports you into another fun place.

Visited main event for a corporate event. Great place for coworkers or families to bond. The private lunch was over cooked , (baked chicken, squash) corn bread was delicious, I ordered rum and cranberry (had to order an extra cranberry) to each its own. Bowling, laser tag and games… Overall a great day.
Always have such a great time here. They have everything you could want. Bowling, laser tag, pool, all kinds of games, food, and a bar. Really fun place to go on a date or with a group of adult friends. I have never gone with kids but I’m sure they would love it as well.

The bathrooms were nasty. They were out of a lot of things (food wise) but our waitress was phenomenal. Such a gem.

Came to Florida during a little cold snap beginning of February. Needed to take the 9 grandkids out for some fun. This place is the spot. Had lunch there and Jordan gave great service. Played the arcade. Then bowling. Most modern bowling setup I've been to. Great day
My daughter's and I love this place. Trey and Ernest the Managers were so nice and fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our experience there so much more fun & special. They have a great variety of games there, on Monday they have
The bowling itself with family was fun but there are long wait times (even with reserving), mediocre-to-subpar food taste/quality, and trash service. On a former visit, we spent an hour waiting on our food to come out (when there were only
Went to eat and bowl, unfortunately they only had only a pizza option for people before us, but I guess ran out or stopped serving it when we got there. Checked in to bowl, they have you pay upfront for a waitlist charged an hour lane for
I'm literally sitting here with my family. Trying to get food. We have. Been sitting here on a Sunday afternoon for almost an hour... Zero drinks to the table.... One server... 8 different tables.. poor girl it's not her fault... But we
I went here for a friend's birthday party and they bought the birthday package so we got 1 hour of laser tag but we were only able to play 2 short games at that time and we also got arcade cards and there was a lot of fun games at the
DO NOT come here to play Pool, $7.50 per half hour, OR $10/person for unlimited time, which sounds like a deal right? Until you get to the billiard tables and see the condition they’re in. The felt in all of the tables are stained and
BEWARE!!!! my boyfriend and I visited for the first time and highly disappointed and will never return. First of we got there around 1030 and was told they were closed but hours of operation are until midnight. Had to call management
So we booked a noon birthday party for our 9 yr old. It was superbowl sunday and and not busy at all. I imagine on friday or saturday nights this place may have a waiting list. But there really are plenty of things to do from dining,
This spot is always so much fun! Especially on Monday nights when they usually have the all play pass for like $12.99! Had a blast bowling!

This place is awesome, fun for everyone in the family, from bowling, laser tag to the arcade. Food and adult beverages as well. Had a great time
We came here to kill some time before going to the airport, having done this before in KC we thought we try again and it was worth it.
I took 4 early 20's boys for a BD celebration. They had a blast during the 6+ go we were there.
