This is my third time buying from Malina’s Flower Shop and I can only sing her and her team praises for how accommodating they’ve been when I’ve placed last minute orders. The arrangements I have ordered have always been beautiful and long lasting, not to mention how fragrant the flowers are, you can even smell them as soon as they are nearby, it’s truly amazing. Every time I’ve ordered, the flowers have been for my mother and every time she has been overjoyed to receive such beautiful gift. Today was my first time using their delivery service and I was very pleased with it, they were delivered carefully and quickly. I called Malina’s Flowers after an internet search for a local florist close to my daughter’s office. I live in NC and wanted to send a bouquet to a special and strong young woman. I could have used one of the many delivery services that advertise all the time, but after being disappointed more than once with flowers from these services, decided to do a little research for myself and find someone locally. I am so glad I did! The response to my very late afternoon call to Malina’s Flowers for a delivery the next day was better than I expected. I was sent a picture (text) of what Marina could make that met my budget. The picture was beautiful, but I was a little skeptical that the arrangement would be as nice as the picture. I needn’t have worried! My daughter called me and was so very happy to receive such a lovely and artfully arranged bouquet that she immediately sent me a picture. Simply beautiful! You made our day! Malina Flowers was an easy choice when ordering flowers for my friend that lives in the north Austin area. When I saw they had five stars, I knew it was because they were good. Once I got on the phone to order, you could just tell they love what they do and they're there to help customers. I ordered online and followed up on the phone, the gentleman that helped me was great and confirmed the information. Their prices at first might seem high compared to some online shops, but it includes delivery (at least in my case) and they don't have hidden fees. Happy to support small business during these times. Glad they helped me in getting what I needed. Btw - My friend loved the flowers!

I first came across Malina Flowers back in December 2019 on Tik Tok and I haven’t stopped ordering from her since then. Her flower arrangements are beautiful and last a long time. My bf always buys me flowers from her and I continue to order from her for my bfs mother and for my friends. Her same day delivery is great for last minute gifts! She was very kind and made 2 flower bouquets last minute, for birthday gifts that came out perfect. She recently opened a shop and I plan on visiting there more often. Process to order flowers was good. Ordered at noon and was told my arrangement would be delivered to the place I asked by the end of the Buisness day. Was then called at 7pm stating that it didn’t get delivered. They then delivered by 8 pm to another location and left outside of the house I asked to be delivered since they didn’t answer. Very disappointed, flowers should not be left outside. REVISED: Malina Flowers reached out for inconvenience of my order. They made things right and apologized for not getting the flowers delivered to the first location. Great customer service and response to the situation. Thank you Malina Flowers.

Recently, I had occasion to send a bouquet as a gift to my friend. I asked Marina (known as "Malina Flowers") for her help in this. I have known Marina for a long time. I visited her flower masterclasses twice and was greatly impressed. In the attached picture is the bouquet Marina prepared for my friend. The flowers were delivered in time, the postcard with my wishes was attached. I admire Marina's talent and skills in bouquet assembly. I send you many thanks, Marina, for your attitude to my wishes. I would definitely recommend Marina as a great specialist and one of the best florists in Austin.

Occasionally I order flowers on behalf of my office for different reasons and whenever I can, I always prefer to give the designers creative freedom. Malina's Flowers had very reasonable pricing for my occasion today as my budget wasn't as big as it generally tends to be, and I still was able to have them create something fresh and beautiful. I think the colors are perfect for celebrating the life of a fur baby who passed, and the mother is grieving the loss greatly! Plus, they were delivered in only a few hours after I placed my order online. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
