We hired Texas Blooms and Gifts in January 2021 for our March 27, 2021 wedding. We didn't need much in regards to floral needs, so we weren't sure where to go and what to do. Jenny was extremely helpful, and worked with us to ensure our floral needs were met. We wanted coral peonies (a premium flower, so more expensive), and Jenny informed us that the coral color would not be in season for when we wanted it. She worked with us to ensure we understood what we were asking, and how she could accommodate our needs. Since peonies are huge-yet beautiful flowers, she informed us that they would not be ideal for boutonnieres or wrist corsages. She suggested ranunculus (which are like mini-peonies) and I AM NOW OBSESSED WITH THEM! They are beautiful delicate flowers and they worked for boutonnieres more than I could have even imagined! They perfectly suited our theme! We were also able to get centerpiece rentals through Jenny and Texas Blooms, and it was some of the best money we spent! Not only was it comparable to what you would find online price wise, we don't have to store any of the pieces. We also adjusted the amount of centerpieces to lower than the original projection. Jenny was able to work with us to give smaller flower pieces for our cocktail tables instead of the original amount of centerpieces needed. My daughter just moved to Austin to take a nursing position and I wanted to send a floral arrangement to brighten her first apartment. I searched for Austin florists and selected Texas Blooms after looking at several websites and reading some reviews. I could not be happier with the results. I ended up calling the shop and spoke to Heather because I found out that my daughter would not be there the day of the delivery. Heather was extremely professional and kind as she spoke to this nervous mom. As long as I know someone in Austin, I will be using Texas Blooms! (In the interest of transparency, I did edit the card in the attached picture so as to hide my daughter's personal information. )

Your entire team is excellent. It was very easy to order online. I appreciated the special service call to make sure the recipient would be home, since the temperature made it impossible to leave outside at the front door. The person making the delivery was extra helpful--he called to make sure the address was correct (it wasn't), Meanwhile, he found a neighbor who confirmed the recipient's name and correct address. My friend loves the flower arrangement--says they are gorgeous-- and appreciated that the delivery was postponed until she was home--after two attempts to deliver. Amazing service and caring team.

The flowers are gorgeous, and the customer service is incredible! The recipient initially didn't get the chocolates, so I double checked my receipt and credit card charge and they were on there. I sent a note to the company through their post-delivery survey and within an hour I got a call from an employee letting me know they'd spoken to the delivery driver and he was able to find them in his van and drive back to deliver them. Completely understandable, since this is Easter weekend and easy to lose something that small, but Texas Blooms was so fast to fix the issue.

Very satisfied with the customer service, but most importantly, with how beautiful the arrangement I ordered for my brother’s birthday came out. I’m from out of state and a quick google search led me to this wonderful shop. I ordered in the morning and my brother received his flowers just a few hours later. I asked for a picture prior to delivery and they also sent an update of when it was delivered. (Not many places do this, so I appreciate it immensely) My brother (and I) loved the flowers. My daughter has woken up to fresh flowers on Valentine's Day since she was seven. She recently moved to Austin so I googled flower shops in her area and selected Texas Blooms. I explained to Heather, who was very helpful, that I did not want an arrangement, I wanted a selection of fresh flowers like I used to buy at our local market. They arrived in a paper bag today and my daughter loved them! She said it was a nice variety with some pretty but different flowers...and very fresh. Glad I (we!) made her smile!

When I lived in Austin, Texas Blooms was my GO-TO place for arrangements with the personal touch. Now that I live in CA I called on them this morning to arrange for local delivery of an amaryllis plant. Jenny worked with me to make the design warm and special. I went into the shop the day before I needed the arrangement. They did not have the exact flowers I was requesting but stated that there may be a possibility in the next days shipment.
