Exceptional Service and Remarkable Problem Solving at Manfield Amsterdam I recently had the pleasure of experiencing unparalleled customer service at the Manfield store in Amsterdam at Kalverstraat 161, courtesy of two outstanding managers, Zübeyde & Matthieu. My interaction with them left an indelible mark on me, and I am compelled to share my commendable experience. While shopping at the Manfield store in The Hague, I encountered a minor mishap involving the shoes I purchased, human confusion. However, what truly sets this experience apart is the remarkable dedication and efficiency displayed by the store managers at the Amsterdam branch. Despite the distance and the lack of an original receipt, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Their problem-solving prowess was truly commendable. Not only did they swiftly identify the issue, but they also utilized alternative methods to trace my purchase and rectify the mistake. Their commitment to ensuring my satisfaction was evident in every step they took, demonstrating a level of professionalism and dedication that is truly exemplary. It is not every day that one encounters such a high level of customer-centricity and attention to detail. These two managers exhibited qualities that define exceptional service – patience, resourcefulness, and an unwavering commitment to resolving customer concerns. During my visit to Amsterdam in Nov 2019, I visited this store and bought myself a pair of "no stress" brand shoes from Manfield. It's been almost 2 years and this is shoes has really stood up the test of rigorous use. The insole print is still intact and there isn't even sign of wear and tear in the upper and side leather. This was money well spent and I highly recommend this store for the high quality product and the service I received.

Service by the two ladies working at the store was immaculate. Nothing was too much for them. I ended up buying a pair of black tuxedo shoes and was giving proper instructions and products on how to take care of them to guarantee a long term use. The store in itself is spacious and carries a variety of designs for various fashion styles. Quality and price ratio is on point.

The shoe shop to go to when you're looking for comfortable, affordable shoes. Their quality have always been consistent which is why I like their shoes. Nice collection of both classic and trendy styles. Friendly and efficient staff.

Echt een heel warm welkom. Kreeg alle tijd om rustig aantal verschillende laarzen te proberen. Duidelijke uitleg over een aanbieding die op dat moment gold. Kop thee erbij. Echt een genot om op deze manier je aankopen te doen.

We had a lovely experience shopping for shoes, socks, belt and laces. We were offered tea and water by the store clerks who were always there to help and even stayed back after the store closed to process our purchase.

My sandals, purchased in April, had some sort of defect, went back a couple of months later and they gave me new ones. They really respect their customers. Manfield is my favorite shoes brand.

Fantastisch geholpen in beiden winkels op de Kalverstraat voor nieuwe schoenen voor mijn dochter. Haar maat was in de ene winkel niet beschikbaar, maar gelukkig wel in de andere.

I came all the way from Batavia outlet to buy the shoe of my size. And it’s closed. Adjust your opening hours. Otherwise people spend money and time for nothing.....
