I would leave them 0 stars if I could. They don't even deserve 1 star. I am very sorry for anyone that saw the previous 5 stars that I left in 2021.That was only to get a $50.00 credit, when I first hired them to help me with my divorce. The only reason they have a 4.5 is because they bribe you for a $50.00 credit, if you leave them 5 stars. You read that right, you HAVE to leave 5 stars, otherwise they will not discount the $50.00. I highly encourage you to read all the low star reviews prior to making your decision. Those are the honest reviews, the high star reviews were paid and false. This firm has no concern/sympathy for you or your case. They only want their money, which is why they don't even work off a retainer amount. Their accounting team will be the only one calling you every two weeks to collect payment. Expect for you to be emailing and calling to see what is next, how your case is going. I have yet to hear from anyone, as they responded to this review below. I am also still waiting for a reply to an email that I sent MAY 3rd, over two weeks ago. Please note - if your attorney is pregnant, no other attorney will really be there to cover while she is out. You will be transferred to someone, but you will wasting your time. They will do nothing with that information. Then when your attorney returns from ML - you will show up to court unprepared and your attorney hearing of things that you emailed them about over 3 months ago. Do yourself a big favor and hire another attorney/firm. That is unless you have over 11 months to wait for a very simple divorce - the best luck to you. I am still waiting for mine to finalize. They have already been paid in full since last year 2021.

they need better communication and more explaining for those clients that don’t understand the process. I contracted them two times for criminal and immigration when It came to my immigration case that’s when I realized after they received my money they started to lack a lot. With communication, leaving messages receiving a call back two days later.. Waist of my money. Paid a lot for my immigration case for the attorney to tell me my case was denied they had a-sure me my case was going to be a success once they took my money that’s when I noticed they weren’t helping me as much as they said they would. Their was times when the attorney wouldn’t show up to the court days. They would send someone else or video chat or reschedule the court. My case got switch twice to new attorneys I’m not sure the reason why which they really never explain. For the amount of money they charged. Is not worth it. And to also have an attitude coming from the attorney is not right. (Andrea) always had a attitude and was rude when you would ask her questions regarding the case. Which is so unprofessional when I am paying tons of money to someone to help/represent me. Not catch an attitude and get mad about the questions being ask.. I recommend to do your re search before contracting them or any one else for your case find out the percentage of won cases and the experience the attorney haves.. before letting go thousands of dollars..

It’s important to read the reviews before wasting your time and going here. 1. The attorney was late to my appointment 2. The attorney English was so bad I couldn’t understand him. His assistant had to help translate what he was saying. 3. The attorney didn’t seem interested in helping me at all because he didn’t answer half of my questions and he suggested that I go to the courthouse for help. If I remember correctly the courthouse doesn’t offer legal advice. 4. The attorney said it would cost me 10 thousand dollars for him to work on my small claims case. I think the attorney didn’t want to work with me because I am not Hispanic. A divorce attorney doesn’t even cost 10 thousand dollars. If I’m going to pay 10 thousand my attorney needs to be professional, speak proper English so I can understand him, and be honest with his fees. The assistant gave better advice than the attorney. I was able to get legal advice somewhere else for a cheaper price.

I came in for my appointment today without a mask they promptly handed me one at the door. Which was absurd. They don't even know my health or if I have any health issues after being called into the office by one of the paralegals not the attorney who was supposed to take the case, she was more concerned about me pulling my mask up over my nose than listening to my case. She then stood up an aggressive manner and proceeded to go get back up LOL I told her that the Mandate was going to be lifted within an hour anyway and that I have breathing problems. To no avail. Very rude and very unprofessional would not recommend if they had a negative star I would give that..... and it was " less than an hour later" when Greg Abbott the governor made his announcement that the mask restrictions were lifted. I think you need to get more professional people that work in your office

The worst service you can get. My case supposed to be super easy, in-force for my ex husband to comply with the divorce decree… I started the case last year in June till last month when I have fired them I was still on step one.. no one can’t not believe it. When I asked for money refund they have denied me, just like that. I will definitely report this law firm to Better Business Bureau, they took more then 3500$ and have not done for 10 months nothing regarding my case. This is shameful law firm and believe me only time when they will contact you is when you supposed to be making a payment. Do not trust these people and don’t think this is only happening to me, use your money wisely and choose who ever just not this law firm to represent you!

After reading the reviews..I chose this particular law firm but quickly was very disappointed. I was misinformed, tried to reach out to my assigned attorney and couldn't since not only was her voicemail full but so was assistant, called back a 3rd time to let receptionist know and she said she would let them know to call me but never asked me my name or nor nor my concern. Waited days and finally called back but made the decision to cancel my contract because if I was already going through this what kind of service could I expect further along. Very disappointed. Mr Diaz may never know or better yet may not even care that he lost me as a client but happy that others have had such great experiences.

Waited for for over 45 mins in a freezing environment I guess they are saving money on their electric bill. A lawyer finally showed up and said you have a case but you don't and you can take it somewhere else but I can't help you. I was furious but at the same time saw it coming after reading their reviews. I left and went somewhere else for a second opinion and immediately saw a difference. The lawyer listened, reviewed my case and said I got this you have a case that you will win! Huge shout out to FLG for taking my case! Will never ever come back to this firm ever again. If you do go you need to bring blankets and hand warmers so you don't catch pneumonia!

Long story short. My attorney Rebeccah Tejada made a deal with the prosecutor to get my case dismissed. I went for my disposition and she never showed up. She was no longer with the firm. The prosecutor claimed he didnt see any notes about the agreement. She was the only person who could defend me and attempt to keep the agreement in tact. Instead they sent Christopher Roach. He was unaware of any agreements made. Unfortunately this law firm was unable to hold their end of the bargain. And I lost with fees to pay and 10 months probation. I feel used and discarded. Do your research and dont choose this firm.

I don’t even know how this attorney’s office has good reviews. My dad Miguel Mendoza hired this attorneys office to defend him in a case. When my dad and the attorney went to court, the attorney showed up empty handed. He didn’t seemed prepared, he didn’t have paperwork, pictures, nothing to back up my dad. They have the nerve to charge my dad thousands of dollars for what?? My dad was better off going to court alone and defending himself. They didn’t even help my dad win the case. Horrible place to go too. Don’t even THINK of working with them. Very unorganized, unprofessional, overpriced!!

Definitely don't recommend. My aunt was involved in a accident. Manuel took on the case and as soon as he saw he wasn't going to make a profit, dropped it. My aunt is an elderly Hispanic woman. She was taken advantage by her insurance, and this lawyer. He told her he wasn't even able to pull a police report. That's obscene what lawyer can't pull a police report. She's now barely able to move after being aggressively hit by another car. She's without help and in search of a new lawyer. A honest one. DO NOT GO TO HIM. He takes advantage of people who are not able to defend themselves.
