Marco Joseph is not a good attorney I hired Marco Joseph for a case I was charged for tampering with evidence when they didn't have any proof upon it they charge me for cleaning up blood not only that they charged me for resist of arrest I comply on every charge I didn't do none of the charges they say I did Marco seems like he are working for the law enforcement I know he is very cheap please I really advice you save your money and go somewhere else I request for my documents and never received it Marco answer every called into he received All my money he really not a good attorney I don't get into any trouble if you review my arrested record you can clearly see that I don't get into trouble they will make you look like a bad person up in Tampa bay area

Please consider looking at alternatives before you seek legal help from Marc. We just retained him as a lawyer for my brother last month. We’ve ALREADY retain another lawyer as of today. The moment we provided him with $1500, he showed his true colors. He scheduled a hearing for my brother and my brother stated he barely spoke during the hearing HE ARRANGED. He asked for a copy of proof of my brothers asthma prescription and proceeded to have us run around just to send him a SCANNED COPY even though we sent it through text. Guess what? The prescription was never a argument in court btw. Another con about this lawyer is he is SOOOOO UNRESPONSIVE. There are other reviews stating this as well. Run away if you can. Do not use this money hungry man.

My "attorney" couldnt get the deal i asked for which wasnt alot to ask for and never filed the motion to return my property after he assured me he would. Look just a little longer before hiring Mr. Joseph. All he really does is get you a plea that you dont really want rather than fight the case. I admit my case was a bit of a challenge but i expected more from him!
