Our order was put in incorrectly and we didn't realize until back at out hotel. Called the store and after listening to a lengthy discussion while they tried to figure out who had done what, was told tough, they may have messed up the order but we were charged correctly. So basically sorry for your luck. The pizza bowls we did receive were so salty it literally was burning my mouth, could not eat. A lot of people staying here, as we are, for Mayo procedures, I suppose they can serve whatever and still have customers since people are constantly coming and going here. If not in a bind would never have gone here and will definitely not go back again.

We moved to Florida 20 years ago from Philadelphia and haven't had a good pizza since...until I bought one from Marcos unfortunately for us we're in Jacksonville for a few days and there's no Marcos pizza in our area maybe they can FedEx them to us in South Florida my wife told me they had one in Bradenton but it closed down... and I did notice how clean it was and the staff was the best

I love this Marcos!!! They are always so extremely friendly and helpful!!! At work, we order from them at least once a month if not, more!! And this is our go to lunch for celebrating our employees birthdays!!! They have something for everyone, including super tasty salads! I highly recommend the Greek salad, and the family size definitely feeds 4 people, or more! Their white pizza is my absolute favorite, it’s hands down the best white pizza I’ve ever had in my life (I do without the onions for personal preference) if you haven’t had Marcos before, just try it already, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Hands down, THE BEST pizza! Uncle Johns is expensive. Jabba the Hut, I mean, Pizza Hut delivers wet supreme pizza with no flavor. The former I can eat 2 slices. The latter, I can only eat 1 slice. I'm not a pizza lover, so I don't eat pizza often, but when I do get a taste for pizza, it's MARCO'S !!! It's always piping hot when I pick it up. It's the only place where I can eat the whole pie! Side note; the restaurant and bathroom is always clean.

We have been looking for a great pizza delivery place in the area for a while now and tonight we decided to try Marco's. Right off the bat the staff is very friendly and polite and it was very easy to order online. The prices are great too!! We got the 2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each deal and they were absolutely delicious! The old world pepperoni are yummy! We also got the regular size greek salad and it was big! Plenty for two and a great accompaniment to their yummy pizza! We will absolutely order from Marco's again!!

Great Service + Food Ordered a thick crust pepperoni pizza. They accidentally made a cheese pizza and gave us that one for free in addition to the pepperoni pizza we ordered. It was delicious. The sauce was robust & tangy, cheese was gooey, and the crust was cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere inside with high tops and booth available. Indoor and outdoor seating available too. Bathrooms were clean with a baby changing table inside. Priced well too. This is my new favorite pizza place in Jax.

This place is awesome, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend eating here, the restaurant is always clean and tidy. Definitely the spot to get good pizza, the marcos here always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

First time eating at a Marco's Pizza today. My husband and I ordered a small deluxe pizza and regular Greek salad and split both between us. It was just the right amount of food for us. No leftovers and fully satisfying meal. I really like the daily fresh made crust. I was amazed at how quickly the order came out to our table. Everything was delicious so we will be back again.

Marcos is ALWAYS a hit for pizza! I don’t even bother keeping the other pizza places coupons anymore because I know I’m only going to order from Marcos. They’re always so fast, so delicious and the service is top-notch. It’s a little more expensive, but there’s always great coupons offered. But even if there weren’t, it’s worth it to know I’m getting fresh, tasty food. Highly recommend adding the Old World pepperoni to literally anything.

Stopped by this pizzeria for a quick bite & was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff. I ordered a medium thin crust pizza with jalapeños & olives with free garlic sauce as crust topper. The pizza was hot , great taste and had good amount of heat to my liking. I definitely over-ate ! Whole family loved the pepperoni and pepperoni with spinach pizzas. Delivered on time and hot. Greek salad needs some improvement.... way too many pepperoncini and red onions; had no beets; no grape tomatoes; had black olives instead of Greek olives; too little feta cheese; not enough lettace; and the dressing was a little strong. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

We enjoy going to Marco's. Its conveniently located and our go to place for a quick lunch. The food is made to order so its fresh and the portions are large. The staff is so friendly and personable. This location offers both indoor and outside dining areas. This location is in a strip mall so its a little loud eating outside so we dine inside and its very clean.

I’ve purchased pizza here a dozen times and it’s fine. Not great but it’s fine. My wife ordered two mediums which is what we get She was charged double from what the price I get... when I pick up she tells me my wife didn’t ask for the same price I usually get... tells me basically sorry.. but not sorry.. Amyria cost all our future business and our neighbors.

Had the supreme pizza on thin and crispy crust and garden salad. The pizza was splendid. The salad was very good. The ingredients were fresh and well presented. The only minor quibble I had a chance I was that the croutons, although tasty, seemed less.crunchy than I preferred. This was a takeout order.

The workers were nice, the pizza was good. The kitchen was pretty clean; for reference, I work at a Chipotle and this place was SPOTLESS in comparison. Clean dish pit, barely any dishes. Swept, organized, quiet environment.

Tried to call to place an order. Was hung up on twice. And the third time they answered and rudely said we are closed for the evening and hung up again. A little bit of customer service would go a long way…love the pizza here but after that kind of treatment not sure I want to keep them employed…

Marco's Pizza off Hodges Rd in JAX makes the best tasting Pizza and covers their crust with yummy toppings. Not that their crusts need covering. They are delicious! Friendly and fast staff, inside dining or delivery. I highly recommend this location! I stop in every time I am passing through.

Honestly, this had the be the most plain and bland pizza I've ever had. I had it before on one side of town so I thought I would try it here. Uh uh. Horrible. No flavor. No seasoning. Sauce was tasteless. I could have just purchased a frozen pizza.

Shame on the driver tonight who almost hit the back of my car exiting JTB East and on top of that, did not pull over when a fire truck was trying to get through. Another reason I will not eat here if these are the kinds of drivers they are hiring.

The other day was the first time ordering from there.The lady on phone helped me I told her it was my first time. She was very nice. The food and delivery time was awesome. I will eat there again.

Ordering system seems to need a bit of work (my order was "lost" for a few minutes) but there is no denying the high quality of the pizza itself. I definitely recommend this pizza joint.

My kids, wife and I love Marcos! This one in particular I’ve found to be really good and my go to for delicious pizza! The Owners are really nice and very accommodating.

Had Marco's today for the first time and it was awesome. The Pizza was wonderful.and so was the salad and Cinna Squares. Looking forward to the next time we have them.

Too greasy, meat was over baked, and seasoned TOO HEAVY. Cheezy bread was TOO SALTY. For what I paid for, it wasn't worth it. I won't go back. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Marcos has good pizza, but their boxes might be the worst on the planet. Second time a slice fell right out of the box while trying to carryout myself

Pizza was hot delicious. The pepperoni was a little oily. And they always have deals going on. Inside is dine in, where you can come sit for lunch.
