I spent $88. Something dollar's on our order on May 25,2022 but we had certificates for our order's.The Cashier Raven asks me for my phone number and my name than I gave him the certificates and he was like I never saw certificates like this it's so amazing we started laughing so we continued with our order than Raven the Cashier says our total then we turn to Raven and say the food is FREE them his response was huh we start to laugh so than we say look on the certificates it says on each of the certificates we have an amount of $55.00 dollar's of FREE FOOD then Raven the work is pike wait now I'm REALLY LOST AND SAYS NOW I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WE STARTED LAUGHING but the works kindly asked me if I could wait for 10 minutes for the manager I was okay with that because I wanted them to get it right so they don't get fired or in trouble so the G.M. comes up to the counter and her name is Candice so she reads the certificate than goes and calls the owner and they explains to her that it's ok the food is free and Candice turns to me and says that is so cool to get something like that I said yes cause I javelin to many months to feed lol.. My children liked this place not anymore. The pizza from the store can be really good sometimes, but it's a hit and miss. Me, it's good when they are consistent with quality. A lot of times, the pizza lately is overcooked with the cheese and crust burnt black or undercooked with a sticky, soggy crust. I figured I get what I paid for. I don't get why people think it's ok to send something like that when people pay their money. I learned it's always delivery when I have this issue so if I go there I can have them keep it if it's a mess. A couple of times, I had to do that. Sometimes the pizza is just right, and those are the days I like! The delivery divers are so sweet and nice. It's just that the pizza is never consistent in look or in taste. Especially when you spent your last to feed the kids something, and know they can do better and give them chance cause that's all your money allows at that moment and get it burnt and taste it.. you be feeling some way to. It's like it costs more to prepare a meal than buy out, so if it's a deal or not, you want what is being advertised. Then regret the money wasted and burt after taste to make you feel worse. But I was hungry so.

Usually Marcos pizza is our go to but our last couple times has been disappointing to say the least. Our last order was placed at 1:30. We waited till 2:15 and called to check on the status and was told that they were down a driver and they had a large 39 pizza order to a school and our order is on the way. I stated my concern that the pizza has been sitting there in the store. The young lady said that she would look and check to see if it looked fresh. If my order was on the way I don’t know how she would do that. I asked her to remake the order and send it fresh. She stated the driver left and can’t get a hold of them to turn around. I suggested to call them. She said that our order would be priority and our ASAP. AT 3:08 I called and once again checked on the status. She stated the driver left 7 minutes ago and was guaranteed it was hot and fresh. Finally it shows up at 3:21. The pizza was not hot was not fresh in fact the lack of taste and quality was absent from the entire order. This location has gone down hill which leaves us on the search for better quality pizza I have tried to use the tellmarcos link and it takes me to an order screen. I’ve tried calling and reaching out and still have not had this resolved.

Update: Just spoke with the regional manager following up on my feedback. She offered an apology and advice that I should do better to confirm my order when ordering online. She said she couldn't justify giving me my two pizzas since I received two inaccurately made pizzas. She again offered $5. My daughter wanted us to try Marco's because she had it at school and liked it and me wanting to get away from mainstream pizzas thought this might be something good. But regrettably I'll never know because this regional chose frugality over ROI. I'm sure her logic was "if I do it for you, I have to do it for everyone", but a resolution that costs the company next to nothing, is worth much more than a well made pizza...it creates brand loyalty. Horrible app and worse customer service! I received two pizzas with no toppings on them because their trash app messed up my order and their solution? A $5 credit. I tipped 25% and paid $40 for two cheese pizzas! First and last time I ever order from this horrible company!

Well just like other big hotshot, marcos started off being courteous, and trying to make a network of customers . And it did good. But now that they're bigger and expanded to several locations now. And they got money. They don't have no more time for peasants like us anymore. And they're online app or ordering online is a bug infested nightmare with all its Aggressive codes and all. Not 1 time has it been successful just a bunch of frustration and after all that wasted time you end up calling it in anyway. AND of course you don't get the deals or specials now because your not ordering online . And the food is getting skimpy and skimpier....meaning less food then when they 1st opened. I'm done.. anybody know of a good pizzeria place to go?

Ordered the pepperoni magnifico online. Apparently the garlic sauce crust is automatically added, because I did not specify. I did not want the crust soaked in grease. I arrived at the restaurant and the person that walked up to the register barely looked at me and did not respond when I said, “hi, how’s it going?” A few moments passed while she tapped on the screen in front of her and she said, “dine in or carry out?” without looking up. I was able to pay and get my order. The pizza I received is the greasiest, most rubbery, inedible pie I’ve ever seen. I tried to eat a bite but couldn’t get any further. Waste of $20 bucks. Will not return. Hard to find good pizza in this town, especially up here in the corner. This was especially bad.

Update 7/18/22: I’m disappointed that I’m forced to change my original review. Pizza continues to be delicious and have been back a few times! However, on today’s order, there was a misunderstanding when Marco’s called me to substitute an order I placed for an alternative. When I picked up the pizzas, I realized there was a miscommunication and addressed my concerns. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I would have been easily appeased but felt there was a “don’t care” attitude. Too bad. Original Post: Amazing pizza! Tried it for the first time and was really impressed. My wife tried the gluten free pizza and she was very happy with hers too. Generous toppings and great flavor. Definitely will order again!

This store is where I normally order my pizza's from, online via my phone, I always pick-up and never usually have a problem. Today I ordered a pizza went to pick it up at the allotted time and was told the pizza had not been made yet. He walked over and ripped the ticket from the printer and said he was on a lengthy call and didn't get it made (I think there were only two workers there). I asked him for a refund and he tried several times on the register and said he couldn't figure it out, he was then going to call someone, I told him to make the pizza and I would be back. Long story short, the pizza was good (didn't offer anything for free to make up for their mistake), just bad service that day.

Very disappointed in this location and the one on Ann Road. We called to order an all meat calzone and asked for extra pepperoni… even asked what they would charge to add extra pepperoni. Both locations refused to add extra pepperoni… even if we paid extra for it! They just flat out refused. Now, if these were Pre made perhaps … but they are not. We’ve had the calzone many times… and they make them up fresh. So what is the issue… do you refuse to add extra pepperoni on a pizza as well (when the customer offers to pay for extra?) Seems to me that after slow business during the pandemic Marco’s would be happy to make a couple extra bucks… I’m sure there are plenty of other pizza places that would.

First time at this location. As I entered for my carryout order, the staff greeted me. The staff were polite and used their manners. The store was clean. Staff were working as expected and not standing around on their cellphones. This location has seating inside. While it’s not a lot of seating, it is more than I’ve seen at some locations. This location is in Centennial. It’s easy to get here via US 95 or 215. When I was given the food, I was thanked for my order. You can order online via their website or app. To the owner, thank you for training your staff properly. After going to several establishments in the area in the last 5 months, your staff has been the best.

We were dissatisfied because the pizza I had was from the heated turntable and it wasn’t very fresh. My friend had a crustless all meat and wasn’t impressed at all. Maybe it was a one-off but I also think the kitchen looked a mess—huge bottles of sauce which takes away any authentic look and feel of this establishment. My friend said the taste was bland—that she could make better pizza at home & on a scale of 1-10 she’d give it a 5. We dined in but from what I understand this is the only sit down location. We were the only people there—they should promote more of the sit down area as it’s a great space and should be utilized.

My wife and I have been ordering from this Marcos since they opened. The last several times we've ordered from the Oso Blanca location our food has been at least 20 minutes later than the "promised time" and the pizza was luke warm at best. I would call the store to complain but the kids that work there couldnt care less. Marcos is my wifes favorite pizza, but unfortunately for her I refuse to pay $30 plus for luke warm pizza, so we wont be ordering from here again.

Most disappointing pizza experience I have ever had by far. The girl behind the counter wouldn’t say one word to me she didn’t greet me she didn’t say hello and she didn’t say goodbye so she did not say one word. When I asked her question she ignored me and she would not even look at me so most likely I’ll never go back to that store again yes I’ll continue to buy pizza from Marco pizza because it’s some of the best pizza. but it definitely will not be that store again they need to do some training on customer service skills. First time trying this place and thought oh good, they sell slices of cheese or pepperoni and I thought that's a good way to try a place we've never tried before. Well, we got one slice of pepperoni and it was the NASTIEST pizza I've ever tasted, you could tell it was OLD, so who knows how long the slices sit there before they just toss them out instead of selling them. This location has sent several drivers to my house on various dates not wearing masks, and when I called to complain I was harassed and threatened by the franchise owner "Tim". Seemed to have no more than a high school education, didnt even listen to my complaint. This is the type of place that can make a lot of people sick very quickly, please think twice about ordering from here. You can and should refuse the order if it isnt being delivered safely!

Food is good, service is nice. But don't expect your online order to be on time. I ordered the night before since I had to be somewhere and arrived 5 minutes after my pick up time and had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Making my order 20 minutes behind and making me late for where I needed to be. Would be 5 stars if not for this. This is seriously irritating as I ordered so far in advance to make sure this didn't happen.

Food was good for a takeout, however service is very poor. Stopped by for a quick bite while on a road trip and kids were very hungry so decided to sit and eat there. Kids were thirsty so asked for water cups, were told that they don't do water cups! The soda fountain clearly had water option. Not giving water to customers is pretty messed up.

TLDR; If you tip in the app, you'll get served like they already have your money. The pizza is always great. We're regular (at least once a month) customers for their delivery team. We both have service industry backgrounds and always give a respectable tip in cash. This most recent delivery was left on our doormat. The only thing different this time is that we tipped in the app. NEVER AGAIN!

Very good pizza with lots of topping, crust, and flavor options. This place gets busy around dinner time, so plan in advance when placing orders. The online ordering works well and keeps you updated as to how long till your food is completed. Their method of keeping pizza warm is a little lacking, we've gotten semi cold pizzas when late pizza when picking them late.

Even though the first thing the website did was get my address and offer delivery Marcos still wasted 25 minutes of my time having me order online, getting an error that told me to call in, then calling in to be told my address (that is only 2.6 miles away and they’ve delivered to before) is not within their delivery area. Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaame.

I love this place now I don’t order Pizza Hut papa John dominoes I just order my pizza from them I love it so much I was smiling happy the cheese was on point

It was delicious and for the first time I actually ate the crust but I worker messed up my order and I asked for pepperoni and jalapenos and instead just gave me jalapenos.I have ordered Marcos pizza and it took under 10 minutes .the nuggets where also delicious it had sensational seasoning and in conclusion this place is good.

Ordered a large pan pizza (it was overcooked & about the same size & quality of a little caesars pan pizza) order of wings (tiny, soggy & had no sauce) & just a basic salad (which they forgot & i had to return for) for $40. Way overpriced for the size & quality, very disappointed & have no interest in returning.

Very good. A little bit on the high price, however, they do send out coupons which make things a bit easier on the wallet. They have a nice clean store, lots of seating. Kind of a fun place, nice lighting and TV screens. Fountain drink area, Pepsi products, would be much better if they had Coke instead.

We ordered delivery from this Marcos tonight for the first time. The young woman I ordered from was very helpful and friendly. The delivery came piping hot, ( rare for delivery pizza), and the young woman who delivered it was also very friendly! Wonderful pizza and salad too! We have a new pizza place!

We stopped in from out of town for lunch. We ordered a 12 in Italiano sub, it was so delicious, baked just right!!

Let me start with the flavor alone would have pulled 4 stars. Now the only problems being they ask for your phone number on order then proceed not to call it when your pizza is done, why ask? They also didn't slice my pie. . . How am I supposed to eat an unsliced pizza?

Marcos Pizza is by far my favorite pizza place. Their pizza is always amazing and so is their appetizers. Their pizza always tastes fanomanal and their appetizers are always hot n fresh and ready to eat. I TRULY recommend trying out Marcos Pizza.

We are usually satisfied with the pizzas from Marco's, but the delivery charges are a deterrent to be sure. It's not that far and there's always a tip. So you're adding a significant sum to every delivery when you order from Marco's.

This has become my favorite place to eat from. I can't speak to the dine-in experience here, but the quality, taste and timeliness of the food and the personable, caring and friend staff... A+++ across the board! "Vero il meglio !!!"

We love this place. It is quick, easy and good food. They have chicken and pizza and a lot of variety. This is a good value. And always excellent service.

This was my first time having this pizza and it was ok. It was to chewy never had pizza that was chewy well maybe a long time ago when I ate cardboard box pizza. Oh and the staff all they did was talk and play around.

Marcos Pizza is flavorful and priced well. I have dined here more than once. It's my go to pizza restaurant.

very dissapointed with the wings. bought two orders. they were really tiny and soggy. just a waste of money.
