Brought in a prescription that the was given to me, three days prior. The young lady chemist and I use the word loosely so that she would do what she could for me. I explain to her the situation and just thought that I would visit my local chemist which I had used before. She returns to tell me that I won’t be able to get the prescription for another five days and on top of that changed the date on the script, so the other pharmacist would see that it was changed. I asked her did you change this? She replied. Oh only for my own reference. How dare she? I was treated like fodder, she was rude and unrepentant, hostile and arrogant. I went into the chemist in a good mood and came out and absolutely furious. Not that she didn’t describe me the medication, but that she put her own date on the without telling me!!! I will never ever be going to the chemist. They’ve made the list!

I used to think this is good pharmacy to go to, until tonight at around 6:05pm (4th May). Went in for a script, the pharmacist was talking to a couple about bandaid for a child finger cut. Another staff tried to help me, but it was out side her knowledge, she tried to get the male pharmacist attention, but no luck. They just kept talking about their own kids, about other country’s pharmaceutical issue. Basically chit chatting after the real query. I waited over 10mins, then he didn’t even attend to me until I got his attention. Poor customer service and attention to detail to surround environment and customers. This male pharmacist needs some customer service training (not only attend to one or chit chat with one person/couple, and ignore the rest of the world!) I’m sure he is a well experienced pharmacist and this shouldn’t happen!

The team at Amcal Marden working between 12-2 pm Tuesday 24th April 2018 are absolutely incredible. Matthew was very helpful in assisting me with some pain relief, his knowledge and manner are second to none. A gorgeous woman with awesome hair (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) also gave me great assistance and was just downright lovely. To top it off, I left my phone in the store and they were kind enough to find it for me and hang on to it until I could collect it. Highly recommended! Thanks to all!

This is the best chemist for service I have ever experienced. The pharmacist Matthew is a legend in the Marden area. He is helpful caring full of good advise, but what impresses me most is the way he jumps into assist when an elderly customer has a fall or is not feeling well, very impressive stuff. As for the service it is excellent , everyone of the pharmacists and the floor staff are exceptional.

Quick service. Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to help me take the medicine as quickly as possible. Modern shop, large and clean. Decent amount of parking out the front

All the staff working on Saturdays are very nice and helpful. The shop is small and tidy. The waiting time for prescriptions is not as long as Chemist Warehouse, normally 10 minutes, saving a lot of time.

Always helpful and I agree with most of the other comments about Matthew. He is thorough and knowledgeable. Good to have a trusted relationship with a great pharmacist and the other staff are great.
