I don’t know if it’s only a few people who work there but the customer service is absolutely awful, staff literally avoid answering questions or helping out, and their lack of knowledge about their own products is absolutely outrageous. To any management staff who may see this, rehire new employees who don’t act this way.

I love going to Marks Warehouse or whatever it's called now. I can usually find some good bargains if I'm not looking for anything specific. They have a good variety of sizes. We bought a pair of boots and ruining shoes. But they were on their boxing sale. We saved over $100. Went to lunch with savings. Lol.

South Key's Marks has a good collection of all winter garments and accessories you would need. The staff are really kind and helpful.
