If there is a recession I think the manager at the store should be the first person in this world to lose his job, horrible at his service, even customer asking for the basic right a lid for the box of shoes we gonna buy and asking to the representative he is telling me that I am harassing the employee, I thought the only thing he didn't have was hair, but he didn't have even basic decency and knowledge and English knowledge He was being racist just because we as an Indian asked for our right!!

Had a great experience at the cash with Sam. He should be a manager he's so polite and cleaned the shoes for us cuz they were very dirty and the last pair. We asked for a manager to talk about a discount for the condition of the shoes and Ryan walked up, dismissed our question and walked away. Gross. That's a manager? Needless to say we won't be returning and Ryan you should be demoted for not representing your employer with a professional attitude. Sam we wish you all the best!

This store sells old products. Bought cleats from this store with the promise that it is covered by nike 2 year warranty. Cleats had a defect and it turns out that the cleat manufacture date shows that it was already 4 years old when we bought it. I didn’t think to check the manufacture date at the time of purchase. BIG WARNING check manufacture date before buying. Buying from the nike store doesn’t mean you are getting new stuff.

Modestly busy, had a short line to get in the store. The selection did not have much that interested me personally but I had stopped by just in case there were any hidden gems or deals too good to pass up on. The staff are very friendly and though I did not require assistance, I did see plenty of employees helping other shoppers with questions they had regarding products and what they should buy.

I was there today with my family. We bought t-shirts for my daughters. At the cashier I ask the young lady to give me 2 bags for my 2 daughters not only one bag she refused and told me NO the bag is expensive (normal paper bag ). The manager came and gave us one more bag. I hope to have reply from NIKE regarding this racist cas and why it happened only with me ? By the way I paid 300 $.

Store associate was rude and didn’t make us feel like our business was valued. She did not say thank you even after I said thank you and have a nice day. I was very disappointed. The rudeness and lack of respect that this employee showed. She even looked at the other employee and gave a smile. Certainly not something that we have encountered when shopping at your store!

I've generally had positive experiences, but this time I encountered an issue with the charging process. I was incorrectly charged due to the cashier's distraction, impacting customer's satisfaction and causing inconvenience. 3-stars The matter was addressed upon bringing the incident to the person in charge, and a resolution was reached. 5-stars Thank you.

Employees was rude, speaking to each others in their Mics and laughing all around. The cashier was not listening to us and prefer to respond in her mic instead of answering our questions. Not welcoming, no one said hi or offer help. When I was there before was very better but this time it was bad. At least they have good prices.

Have to say..hit up the outlet today. And then the storm hit, power out! Staff was super calm. Someone took charge and safely.moved everyone to back of store for safety. Umbrellas and chairs flying by, windows shaking....staff did an amazing job! Only downside was sadly had a bag to purchase and had to leave it behind

The store is badly organised (very difficult to find stuff) and during sale times (like Black Friday, boxing day) the store is chaos and the lines are hour long. The staff are usually not much help and not very kind either. Products though are good quality but are only worth it if there's a massive discount.

Seems like they hire kids who try to flirt with every female who walks in. The lineup was to the door and these dummies took their sweet time. I left everything I was planning on buying for myself, my wife and daughter and left after the line not moving an inch for over 30 minutes. Will never come back.

I am beyond disappointed in your stores approach for COVID protocol there was a max of 34 people and the stores capacity only had 20 people and it took 2 hours and 30 minutes after that i was disappointed with the supply. They haven’t restocked anything new since last year. Employees were nice though

Change room wasn’t available so was made to try on tech fleece jumper mid store. Some staff attentive. Others were sadly not in best of moods. If I’m dropping $300 on a hoodie and jogging pants at least a smile and place to try it on before I buy would be nice. You guys can do better most certainly.

People working there are not helpful at all… I spent 30 mins trying to find someone who can assist me in choosing running shoes but they were all too busy discussing their life problems with colleagues. I waited and waited and waited… 30 mins after I left without anything. Customer experience 0/5.

Great place to find some nike/I’d that you might not find at other stores in the city. Good selection of apparel and accessories as well. Clearance shoe section usually marked down by 50%. People who work there seem to be knowledgeable about all the products so that’s good

That time of the year again... shoes for back to school. The place was clean, clothes are neatly folded and place on the table by staff with limits of 90 people at a time indoor. Sales in the past seems better, but kids still walked out with two pairs.

Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. Depends on the stock and sales. You have to go back more than once. Service is very meh - kids with very little to no customers service and no smiles. I go for the shoes not the service. Lucky for them I like the product.

Staff were extremely helpful without being pushy/trying to oversell the product. The person serving us was extremely knowledgable and was able to give good advice on how to clean the clothing without ruining the material. Keep up the good work!

Very disappointed with the selection. We went in for men's shoes and the shelves were basically empty. Only one shoe in my son's size (10) and they were too expensive to buy ($175) when I know he will grow out of soon.

Came here looking to replace a running shoe that Nike no longer makes. Walked around the shoe section and past multiple employees who did not even make eye contact. Left disappointed and empty handed. Do not recommend.

Great customer service, especially the Youssef kid (co workers called him yb). Came in the other day and he seemed very busy but still took a lot of effort helping me find what I needed.

I enjoy checking the wall of shoes where there is only one or two pairs of a style. Sometimes you find something unique at a great price.

I would suggest you check the boxes carefully as twice now the wrong shoes were in boxes. Not a great selection for a factory store.
