February 27, 2020 During the last three years the cost of our condo insurance has increased by 71.6% with no increase in benefits. This period of time corresponds exactly with the sale of State Farm Canada to Desjardin. Certainly appears as if there is a wish to increase profit at the expense of the policy holder. During this period there has been no information from the company or from the agent about the increase in policy costs and the reason for the increase. An increase in risk is probably one reason but the increase in profits is probably a more important reason. By comparison the increase in cost of the same policy was $20.00 (roughly 10%) over the previous 9 years. Certainly the company must take the major responsibility for the price increase but the agent has a responsibility to the client to present the client's perspective.

This office is a bit of a distance from my house but its worth every klm i drive as i find the entire staff is AMAZING and extremely helpful they guide me in ensuring i always have the best coverage answer all my questions and believe me i have A LOT. Mark Caffrey is amazing and always is there to answer any questions i have reached out in time of need and he always gets back to me in a timely fashion. I hope to keep this office and their whole team for my entire needs of Insurance. i truly am a very SATISFIED customer !!

Only an uninformed client (like we were) would pay their overpriced premiums. Paula was always very good at customer service, but we could never get a hold of Mark the few times we tried. Don't recommend.
