My 2 toddlers (5 & 3) and I got dropped off early to their vision appointment right beside Marshall's. We had about 45 min to kill, so I thought I Love Marshall's, let's go check them out, maybe get a toy. Me and my boys walk in, I'm carrying my 3 year olds booster seat because we were dropped off, and the 3 lady's in the front were giving me the "stank eye" look, almost as if I was poor and couldnt afford anything there. Just kept staring. I felt eyes all over me. Needless to say, we left and i did not purchase anything. I had money and would have purchased a toy for my kids to play with while waiting but the rude looks were unnecessary. Overall the store seemed clean and organized. But staff not so inviting.

We (2 people) walked up, they told us to wait. We decided we were going elsewhere, and just as we turned around a group of 4 women walked up and they let all of them in without anyone else coming out. We will not be returning to this store again. I don’t know what the point of this was, but I don’t like feeling like second best when I’m trying to spend my money somewhere.

I love shopping at Marshalls. They have everything you need clithes, shoes, hair products, jewelry, perfume and cologne, handbags, toys, gifts, home goods like comforters and sheets, pots and pans, even let needs. Pet beds, collars, leashes, food and water bowls..etc. I buy a lot of my home decor at Marshall's because they have beautiful items that are so affordable.

I like Marshals. There is a nice set of clientele that patronize this store. Sadly when I bought a pot to cook gumbo in, they have nice kitchenware, I asked for a senior citizens discount. They said it was only on Fridays. So seniors are only supposed to go there on Friday. I told the clerk I'd bring it back Friday and return it to get my discount. She smiled.

The place to go for a quick black dress! Discount clothing with many sale/clearance sections. I was pleasantly surprised by the options and purchased a black dress and a black pantsuit each under $30. Nice purse selection, shoe racks and home area. The mens section seemed smaller than womens and kids at a glance.

I visited this store and had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful associate. He was a young boy with dark hair, I believe his name badge said Emery. He had excellent service and a terrific personality. Hopefully he stays and gets promoted soon, he could teach the others a thing or two.

You guys don't have anything cute for women who are bigger than a large. Most of your cute stuff stops at a medium. Get more rompers for size large and 1x, for real. It's absolutely disgusting how you don't go any bigger than a large for your dresses and most of your clothing.

You can always find a good deal here. Yiy just havebto be patient and willing to sift through all of the racks and shelves. I usually never leave empty handed because I can't stop myself from getting a good deal on expensive brands taht I wouldn't pay full price for.

I wasn't rewlly impressed with the store. The clothing options were limited and overall selection through out the store was lacking. I did leave room in my opinion because we are still in a pandemic and everyone is doing the best they can to stay safe and clean.

Please excuse me if I spelt the lovey young lady’s name wrong; Tiara, you were amazing!!! You gave amazing customer service. I love seeing young adults with great work ethic. You never see that now. Keep up the amazing work! People like her are recognized!

This is a really good Marshalls! The selection is always good and considering the layout of the store it is typically very organized. I always spend way too much when I come here, especially on beauty, they always have some really good beauty items here.

#lots of Jacksonville Jaguar gear. Not all of the time but occasionally they have really nice Jag sweatshirts and mugs, pillows and throws. This store is very neat and have lots of reasonable prices on housewares, wardrobe and also pet supplies.

I love this store. I would give it more stars but had a bad experience with the lady running the dressing room today—absolutely horrible customer service and made rude comments about my one year old. She’s lucky I chose to walk away.

I went there for comfortable clothes to wear now that we're working from home. Got what I wanted (bike shorts, airy tops, etc.) for great prices. Staff was pleasant, but not overly friendly or anything. Average experience here.

I had a return to make and also a purchase which included several gift cards and other items....both transactions were handle so nice and with such polite courtesy. Also found some unbelievable deals!.. I'm a happy customer!!

I love Marshall's I always can find anything be it gift clothes good olive oil or spices their prices are fantastic and the cashiers are really really nice and their manager as well! I go there all the time and keep going

Typical Marshall's. Plenty of merchandise but too unorganized at this time of year for me. Never found any hairspray I was looking for. Plenty of toys/Christmas stuff. T hff e store was clean and the staff very helpful.

The most clean of all the discount stores. Mostly well stocked and everything has its place. The staff is always willing to help without making you feel you're asking them to work. Burlington n Ross are always messy.

Great selection with decent prices but a lot of pissed-off employees! I guess I wanted someone to say hello without attempting to offer me a credit card or at least smile when they ring me up customer service 101.

Good products and sales , however a huge turnoff the last three times I’m in there employees have a problem overwatching and following people around including myself. Very uncomfortable shopping experience.

This is very quickly becoming one of my wife’s favorite places to shop! Great name brand clothing and reasonable prices. The stores are typically small but they have a plethora of items to choose from.

Typical Marshalls location. The store is well laid out, well stocked, and good product selection for the area. Staff is helpful. The line to checkout was long but moved very quickly and efficiently.

It is similar to Ross and other discount retailers, but more expensive. They also lack a women's plus size section, but have a limited men's big and tall. I left with a set of cooking utensils.

On trend clothing and home decor. Store is clean and items are stocked neatly. Changing rooms and restrooms are clean. Friendly staff. Lots and lots of amazing finds at amazing prices.

Junkie packed with people and the older lady gray hair was very rude my 14yr old grand daughter stated this and she never has much to say. I don't think I'll be returning to this one.

I am plus size. Went to look for a jacket and Jean's. They have like 20 racks of clothes for teen and adults up to large but literally only half of a rack of of plus size clothes

Marshall's as a hold, has always had some hidden treasures but unfortunately sometimes you don't get lucky. Although, this time I was lucky enough to get something I wanted.

They won't open the store at 9:30am. Twice I have been at this store at what is supposed to be opening and they will keep you waiting . Both times past 9:35.

They Had a vast variety of items and I normally do not see them at the Marshalls in Philadelphia they definitely had a lot of items that were very nice there

Always love this location for clothing, decoration, candles, house goods ect. Bathrooms are not clean but the rest 9f the store is well kept and enjoyable.
