This Marshall’s has SUCH a great selection and variety of items that sometimes you don’t always get depending on whichever Marshalls you might be going to, and not to mention it was pretty tidy and well stocked which were definitely perks! (Even though I totally love to sift through, it was nice not having to like dig through piles of random stuff people just tossed somewhere or search high and low for something that wasn’t in the section it was supposed to be, etc etc) The employees were friendly and helpful. The sale/clearance/markdown item section was STACKED by that I mean they had so many great things that were extra marked down to look through, like a whole wall of shelves for the clearance items AND it wasn’t just the products that had been broken or missing pieces, etc etc like you sometimes see (yay!) It’s in a great location, inside the Westwood Village shopping center, with a variety of shops, restaurants, etc, pretty much all within a nice walking distance from each other. The bathrooms here are available to use upon request while you shop (this was new to me, and not something you see at every retail store like this, which I thought was cool because well, it’s nice to have that available especially considering how long one can find themselves in there looking at all the good finds with such killer prices, but also because they actually were fairly CLEAN like, clean!!! anyway, great shop with low prices and actually really good quality products stocked —for those who know & love to shop TJX stores, but sometimes the store is just kinda lacking or you can’t really ever find that item you usually could always find but then it just stopped being available for sale etc etc, well, MY FRIENDS, this one has the good stuff. Stuff I’d forgot I used to use regularly and loooved but forgot about because I would buy it at a Ross or Marshall’s and it stopped being in stock so as time went on I forgot about it completely —wellp found some of those again during my visit at this Marshall’s in Westwood and YAY!! Plus it’s always fun to see what new stuff comes in:) Would recommend for the low prices and great selection!

The reason for four stars was because other shopper's were very inconsiderate as to following the guidelines of social distancing. They weren't keeping six feet apart or seem to care about anybody else but themselves. They would walk right up on you then blame you for not following the social distancing or the restricted guidelines. I swear people like that are ruining what little shopping experience we are allowed to do and I think people like that should be banned from the store till after the New Year's. The store and employees did a really good job they had people on each side of the doors wiping down carts with disinfectant and had plenty of hand sanitizer and checking people to make sure the had masks on as they entered the store not to mention there were no lines and fast and efficient checking you out. They could have had someone in the store to make sure that others follow the guidelines

Everything and everyone is Great! Except!!! Well not all the workers were great! They're was some of them who really need to mind there own business! And stop following people around he store! And stop judging by the cover! NOT everyone steals! I think and know ALL the workers from a lot of stores and places really really need to back off a little and start minding they're own business and just do their job! The one that they are actually getting paid to do do so! NOT to be following people and harassing them as well. It just looks terrible.all bad!.. give these people a chance, a lot of them aren't even stealing! They actually have money to buy there items!! It's crazy now in Days, in this messed up world now.. SIGHS...

I’m only giving it 4 stars because of the grumpy cows in the check out. I detected some shade from the two mules on the side (I would have roasted both in their face miss haggard and line backer with the discolored lace on that front ☺️ ) but my cashier she was aight even tho she was bugging me bout signing up for a card like 4 times (maybe they get a commission off of that and plus I already have one that I did not use uh). Uh and I know the carts do not go outside sweetie. I been to TJ max , Marshall’s millions of times ...now the store/ products itself I love. The older woman in the dressing room was a doll and I believe the stock woman with dark hair. Get more employees like those two #TeamIntersexd

This is a good place to shop for everyday clothing. Designer brands are priced reasonably, the staff are always pleasant and professional. If you want to find good deals, you must visit frequently. Although these products probably have minor imperfections, you would never know unless you spend a lot of time scrutinizing it or unless you are a seamstress or a tailor by trade. There is a lot of free parking, probably the best part of shopping there. I live in Downtown Seattle and I do not mind the drive to Westwood Village. The area is clean and the store is nicely organized.

Marshalls is the first place I go when i need something at a great price! They have everything here! Shoes, pots and pans, decor, books, toys, and even food! I tend to spend a good amount of time when I go there to rummage through the clothing which kinda sucks, but everything else is pretty easy to find. They are in a face uplift phase and things are starting to look more organized there. Friendly staff, but sometimes I cannot understand them because English is not their first language. But they are always helpful when I need help. Thanks Marshalls for the great deals!

I love the store and the prices however at this particular location its always painfully clear who is working their loss prevention and regardless of the fact that the people they choose to "stalk" have never stolen a piece of paper from them they are still followed and made to feel uncomfortable while trying to shop. Most of the time the customer ends up leaving with purchasing anything. That's defeating the purpose of having loss prevention. This particular department could greatly benefit from better and further training in this area.

The store is clean and employees are more than willing to help. Prices are, well it's Marshalls so yes they are good. The selection of men's and young men's clothing is less and less to choose from as the years go by. I have seen the men's section shrink over the last few years to a small space where before it took up the right side by the wall all the way to the back. I think now the store serves mostly women and with good cause, it is where the money is spent but men need clothing too. Smaller selection then years past.

The managers here are super...genuinely friendly, courteous, personal, professional, personable and accommodating. I have had the pleasure of speaking to three of them personally when they helped me out w a return and when looking for a particular piece of furniture. It seems Marshalls changed their decor, reorganized their business, so the selection seems a little limited as of lately, but this location is a nice one compared to others around the 10-15 mile radius of West Seattke/Seattle.

They seem to have zero interest in selling men's shoes there was one part of one aisle dedicated to men's shoes all of the rest was women and toddler shoes I bought a pair of hiking boots here a few years ago and it seems that they don't even sell them anymore. Asked a couple people to help and of three people the one that could actually speak fluent English just brought me back to the men's shoes and pointed to a pair of sneakers

I love this Marshall's because it's very clean and the staff is patient and friendly. Unfortunately, TJX has a "no chase" policy, and every booster in Seattle knows this. I watched not one, but TWO people walk out carrying armloads of stolen goods -and nobody could do anything about it. What happens if the rest of us decide we don't want to pay either? Oh wait, I know... Nothing.

Very Nice Staff But VERY Limited Selections For Men's Shoes And Clothing! Super Frustrating Because Between This Location And Ross's Dress For Less Within The Same Area On Oppisite Ends Of West Village Which Is Just A 5 Minute Drive From My Place, I STILL Have To Drive Waaay Out To Different Locations To Get The FULL Arrray Of Options For Men's Items! SUXXXX!

Oh my ....was driving by one day on my way out from shopping at Qfc. A large trailer was stopped & had to wait. So made kinda look to see what the hold up was. Two young people with both their hands full of clothes still on the hanger were jumping in the back door. Took me a minute to realize they were stealing. I did park & go in.

Best place shopping in style, the sad why not 5 stars are the cartors of employees helping customers make money for the place. Always on their smartphone, hidden for service, and js not caring enough for the items of profit. Seen potential customers, and a lot of people tend to get everything m. With no service of greeters to enjoy the shopping here

This store has EVERYTHING! Nice & clean store, with friendly, helpful employees to make your shopping pleasurable. No pressure to buy things and I spent alot of time just browsing the whole store; even went back a second day in a row. Returns are stress free with receipts, and no hassles or questions asked. I will go back again!

Good bargains if you have the time to look around. Usually don't walk out with just what I went for. Tonight went for two shaker bottles for smoothies on the go. Came out with five extra items. Would've been six or seven if I had time to look for tennis shoes and sandals. Customer service can be hit or miss. Tonight it was hit.

I enjoy the store but it is quite messy. The selection of sizes for women's clothing is great if you wear a size 12 or lower. Associates are friendly and will basically leave you alone if you want to just look at stuff. Personally if I had to choose one of their sister stores or Marshall's I would probably choose TJ Maxx.

I got a very good experience with the cashier girl. She saw the line and she opened another cashier to attend costumers, so it was my turn and she was very nice to me, smiling all the time, it feels so good when someone like her is working for your store, so I asked her name: Jordan, it was today July 27th. We went here to return a purse and to our pleasant surprise it was fast and easy we were in and out quick with no hassle. The costumer service was great in your looking for a new outfit, purse, or mabye even a new mat for your bath this is the place to go me and my family highly recommend Marshalls.

I have only been there twice. Both times I discovered what I was looking for & the prices were good. Do realize that ALL prices have gone up on items whether clothing, groceries or whatever. Some a couple of dollars others more. Know your prices & you won't be surprised wherever you shop.

I was immediately greeted with kindness. Everyone was following Covid-19 safety rules. Not a lot of customer interaction going on, and a lot of merchandise seemed to be out of stock. However, I was able to find great deals on many items and left the store satisfied with my purchases.

Great place to find discounted clothes. I've found some of my favorite sweaters and sweatpants here. Fun snacks, nice candles, blankets, pillows, they've got it all. I've even bought a couple pans here for my kitchen. Definitely stop in when you're in need of a marked down item.

They did a hard check of my credit after the clerk repeatedly stated that they do not perform hard checks when applying for store credit. this I learned later was false. My credit score shot down as I was in the process of rebuilding it after being a victim of Identity Theft.

Marshall definitely has perspective on it outlooks, I was always drawn to their design and art. Its much appreciated in positivity of pictures frames today. The variety is also what make it pleasantly to visit with the intended to purchase the fitted wardrobe or essentials.

Great selection of many items. Except for men's underwear. They only have boxer briefs and I was looking for bikini briefs. But wonderful selection of clothing for everyone. There was a long line for check-out but they had 8 registers open so the line moved quickly!

The store is well maintained unlike what I have seen in Ross, even the section the bra's are at are nice and neat. Woman know what I mean when they are all tangled up. I was a bit disappointed in the change in prices every thing has gone up at least $10 it seems.

This particular Marshalls has a great selection, especially on Tuesdays after they've restocked post-weekend. You never wait more than 5 minutes in line to check out. The store is always clean. Highly recommend this location!

Marshalls is the quintessential American store. It is everywhere in and around major cities. It's merchandise run the gamut of very affordable to designer priced. The quality of goods are invariably very good.

Fall and spring are good times to shop at Marshalls. Stock for the coming season is arriving. They also have a lot of name brands at bargain prices. Their checkout line is a lot faster now a days.

Good selection on variety of quality products. Great prices on brand name clothing. Rack shopping can make for close quarters between guests, but floors and rows were clean of clutter.

This is the only Marshall’s I ever been to that can’t pull your receipt from your card. And then tells me for a $17 return I need show ID to use a gift card. Go to hell!!

The building looks large, but this is a smaller store compared to others. I didn't find much this visit, but the store was decently organized and shelves were stocked

Decent store. It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes they have great stuff, other times its. Bland. Employees are friendly for the most part. Weekends get busy in here.
