I had a water emergency in my condo on a Saturday night. My ice maker defrosted and leaked badly. I called Drew Powell. He was at a non profit event but was still able to handle my emergency situation. Within very little time, he had helped me locate a restoration company who arrived promptly to begin drying things out.
