I would give a zero star if I could, I dropped off my prescription and they said it’s a 20 minute wait I sat and waited 20 minutes and stood in line and waited another 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn they wouldn’t find my receipt job paper for 5 minutes because they don’t communicate with each other and the lady before didn’t tell her where she put the paper. Then finally she figured out my prescription has been ready this entire time and never called my name. It’s time to pay and she only has one of my medications and not the other. Then made me wait 10 minutes again to go print and Copy of the paper. They are very under qualified for this job and they don’t know how to communicate with each other or us. They clearly should not have this job. Very very horrible experience. I would never go back here and would never recommend anyone going.

I was there to picking my medicine which I was taking every month from another pharmacy. The price was too much high here.. I was shocked to hear. I asked her ‘ why price is too much different for the same medicine.? But there is satisfying answer. Just she said every pharmacy is different. First I thought I will not take this medicine but I took because I feel it will gone waste because it prepared on order. But price difference is huge. And this medicine valid for 30 days and I got call after 3 days they prepared medicine so already 27 days left and 3 days waste. this is not our pharmacy anymore.

I absolutely dread going to this pharmacy. When I picked up my prescriptions they would tell me to call ahead, so I would, but they never answer then get mad when you get there and say well you’re supposed to call ahead. They literally look at you almost with disgust in their eyes when picking up, I’ve never met such an unfriendly group of women. I have no choice but to pick up my parcels there, but If you’re looking for a professional, friendly place to pick up your prescriptions, this isn’t it. They really need to brush up on some basic customer service skills, better yet just some human decency.

I wish I could give this review 0. Unfortunately that is not an option. Absolutely worst customer service, arrogant and uneducated people behind the counter. Being a Punjabi myself I’m extremely disappointed with their behaviour. Been a customer for years since the first pharmacy opened. I will never go back and will not recommend to anyone either. I don’t think anyone is looking at this reviews but if they are they better take some steps to rectify the problem before it is too late. They all need training in customer service.

This is a really good pharmacy. The staff is very helpful and cooperating. I've been getting my medication for a while now from this pharmacy. My mom's blister packs come from this pharmacy. Aman's service is really good and everything is always on time. All the other staff provides excellent and fast service to me whenever I come to the pharmacy. I recommend this place to everyone, definitely check it out!

It was evident my business was not needed at this pharmacy. I was totally ignored and I was the only customer in queue. I had to approach them for assistance for a rx which was faxed and just needed pick up. The person who eventually came was ok, and offered discount but the damage had already been done. I will NEVER return.

Very bad experience. Every time we were there we have to wait so long to pick up our medications. We order 1000s worth of medications each month but their rudeness is unbelievable. They don't smile at all. This is not the friendly or professional place. Feel like they don't like to deal with us anymore.

The best thing about this location is that all staff members are very nice and respectful. Ramneek served me last time and I’m impressed with her customer service. She is very polite and friendly. She explained the medication so well. I will definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

I was gonna write out this whole long winded review but it's not worth it, just like the Pharmacy. Some of the staff are great, others aren't. They need a better solution on how they organize their medications for pickup.
