I asked for medium chips, and fish, and they gave me minimum chips instead, I asked what this i said Medium chips, the young girl behind the counter said oh i thought you said minimum of chips. the manager said i have some here if you want the medium of chips, I said thats what i wanted in the first place. he said i have to pay the remaining cost of the chips, and i said no because you are the ones that made the blow. and the manger was yelling at me say if you want them you to pay more, and i said fine you can have the lot back and i have my money back and go somewhere else. the manger didn't even return my money and said i gave you the food take it. I said no you i want my money back right now or the police will be here, for stilling my money and not returning the goods. the manager still didn't return my and then the said I Don't f**** care call the copes. So i did they said there's nothing we can do its, between you and the manager. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE and wouldn't even let anyone i know go there

Great range, well priced and delicious! The chicken is so good. The wings have crispy skin but the meat is tender and flavorful. For the price and taste, there is no point getting your own and spending hours cooking knowing you might never achieve the flavor of Martin's Plaza Takeaway chicken. I used to think chicken knight was great but found Martin's Plaza Takeaway is much better. My only negative feedback is the size of the chips. A small is more like a medium/large and we never finish them.

We were the only customers there and they still managed to screw up the order. I ordered a cheese hotdog, one fish and chips with gravy put aside. What do they do? They mix the gravy with chips (soggy af) and give us a ham and egg burger. When we called back to rectify as we thought we got the wrong order the lady pretty much slammed the phone on me. Zero for customer service. I'll never go back there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

What is it with takeaway places stuffing up orders! It’s really disappointing for the family when you don’t get what you ordered and the kids miss out. They even repeated the order to me, and still got it wrong. Been a customer for 14years. We’ll, no longer shall you have my business. Not sure what’s changed, owners, staff?

This place used to be awesome and we have been customers for many years. But in the past few months, it's gone downhill. Not sure if there's been a change of ownership but does seem like it. Not keen on having my food handled by the same person handling money. That's just unhygienic. This shop has list one long term weekly customer.

The best chicken shop you will ever go to! The owners and staff are absolutely lovely, food is made fresh in front of you, home made sauces and chicken salt. Had a lovely family dinner tonight, thanks for bein hard workin!

new owners have ruined the reputation of the store, food quality is terrible and the staff do not comply with health and safety procedures such as wearing gloves while cooking and preparing food, no hair nets, no beard nets and on one occasion I found a chunk of plastic in my food.

Food always cold or just warm as get left on counter very often and long periods of time even when customer is sitting waiting and orders stuffed up

Whiting fillet is the size of a garfish fillet and comes with the fin attached, when I rang all the owner says is he buys them like this and refused a refund for a spoiled small $7 piece of fish, Soggy chips. Only thing worth getting is the hotdog

The salad here is something else! The addition of preserved lemon in the "greek" salad is a game changer. The burgers are quietly but distinctly lovely....They taste fresh, healthy and somehow "light"??? Highly recommend a visit! …

The customer service was really bad, they actually didn’t know how to talk with the customers and was so rude and I completely felt disrespected in front of other customers. Won’t be going back neither would recommend someone anymore!

Worse chips I have ever tasted, threw most of them out. No idea how you can mess up chips so badly! This was by a person there who was not new and should know how to do his job. I tried them once to see and will never go there again!

They were fantastic until these new owners took over. Food is not cooked well. On two of our orders they stuffed it up. Not happy because now we have to look for another fish and chip shop.
