We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy. Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted. It's really hard, particularly right now, to get good home repair/service/contractors out for relatively small jobs. I appreciated Massey Plumbing's responsiveness and overall smart customer service.

Highly recommend this plumbing company Very professional service never felt pressured to buy anything. Came out quickly to my house in Charlotte, checked out all my plumbing and gave me options for repairs and upgrades. They fixed a shoddy repair a previous handyman made on my sink. Also pointed out a small leak that could have became disasterous from my water heater in my attic. They will be installing my new one soon.

First thing Mr Reggie was on time he found out the problem in a timely manner. Reggie explained what needs to be done and was helpful with the questions I ask. Shannon and Adam installed a new water heater, a dishwasher, and practically rebuilt my leaking kitchen sink. It was a tedious job and they were the right men for it! I just had these folks do some work for me and they were amazing. Specifically Reggie and Jake- they were quick, did the job done VERY thoroughly and were so friendly. It’s hard to find plumbing contractors that are trustworthy but I finally found them! They will be my go-to people for now on!

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.
