Avoid this bakery - clearly ripped me off today. And very very rude . Much better service else where is Cabramatta. From the NSW Government- Businesses in NSW will no longer be able to give customers lightweight plastic bags (35 microns or less) from 1 June or to have them in stock. So why was I handed a light weight plastic bag and charged for a lightweight plastic bag that is banned? This business is not supporting the government by selling banned plastic bags for 10c. So you are breaking the NSW Government law by selling the BANNED plastic bags - you should be reported. Wow , you are making a big statement that I have a problem paying 10c per bag ? - you are selling BANNED plastic bags - do the right thing and follow NSW government rules - stop breaking the law. You don’t know me , I have no issue bringing my own bags and paying for bags you are just cheating the system, looking for an excuse. Also now you are also blaming other businesses for doing the wrong thing you might want to tell them that you are publicly advising that they are selling banned plastic bags as well) I have had no experience with the other company you mentioned. So I cannot comment on what they do. If you require me to send the authorities to your business to explain and fine you for selling banned plastic bags please let me know you already know you are doing the wrong thing. And you will hide the banned bags before the authorities arrive 100%. You will not be honest and tell them you are selling the banned plastic bags for 10c will you? I can comment on what my experience is with your business - your reply is disgusting Manners- You need to say hello, not stand there and roll your eyes at customers, Your reply is excuses. Don’t provide excuses to customers. Provide Solutions. 1. Remove plastic banned bags for sale 2. Handle products with care - don’t throw them in a banned 10c charged bag so they are all squashed. 3. Mask or no mask interact with customers say hello, make conversation, engage. Be happy with your job. Make service your priority. You have potential to be a fantastic business to double your sales but you need to stop with excuses and look for solutions on how to be the best bakery in Cabramatta, not look at accusing customers like you are now.
For quality and taste, all good. My children love the breads from your shop, they are fantastic! And I'm proud of those kids helping you to manage your business, teaching them responsibility. However, please be friendly with customer, smile and engaging. My daughter opened a conversation with one of the girl, she didn't answer at all unless said "pardon?" She repeat her words gently and the girl didn't answer at all despite on how clearly her question was "are you 9years old?" Simple question. Other thing, the big girl open the display thingy in front of my son quite harsh, thankfully it didn't hit his head as he was little. My children always wanted to buy bread from your shop, but I can't bear the way the girls providing the service. No smile or friendly look. I do understand they are still little and it's great they are helping, but please don't treat my little kids that way, I was upset and at the same time I couldn't say anything as the girls were small kids as well. Thank you for the yummy bread.
Ordered a durian cake with extra durian for my mums birthday. The cake was decorated beautifully you can tell they put effort into arranging the fruits artfully and the cake itself was the best durian cake I’ve ever eaten. They use real fresh durian and the cream was light and delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This is a "must try" bakery in Cabramatta. The shop is always so clean and their durian cake is the best one you can find in the area. The whipped cream and generous amount of durian would never be disappointed. Highly recommended

This shop's service was the best and the cake, oh my god it was delicious. That lady and those kids were so cute and responsible as well. Also, the Durian Swiss roll was my top favourite. The cake had a nice texture and the Durian was really fresh.
I love the sausage buns here, they come in a nicely packaged set. The bread is light and isn't bombarded with butter like other bakeries. The durian cake is my fave. There are pieces of the fruit inside so the smell is divine!
This shop provides an excellent assortment of buns and cakes, and should be commended on its delicious hotdog and pineapple buns (my two favourite). The shop itself is clean and tidy, with excellent service.
There is a large variety of cakes and savoury foods that are greatly appetising. Highly recommended
