The ring that he created was even more beautiful than I had hoped for, and one of a kind. And we could actually afford it! Then when we needed wedding rings in a hurry (long story...) Frank and his team were so helpful and professional and created the rings at such short notice. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and their range is so unique and beautiful. I took my gold chain to Frank when the links wore through and it snapped. Frank told me two and a half years earlier when he repaired the clasp that the links were getting thin and in about two years it would wear through. He was exactly right. After discussing options on fixing it I decided to get it melted down add more gold and remake it. I was so glad I did, he did a exceptional job and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Frank for any jewellery needs. He’s quality workmanship is excellent, very reasonably priced and completed very quickly. I’m so happy I have finally found such a good jeweller I will definitely be a long time customer. My husband and I met Frank about two years ago. We loved the shop as Frank and his staff are very welcoming and easy to talk too. Over the time we have purchased a number of items which we have been very happy with and we were compelled to go back and purchase more interesting pieces as he has a diverse collection to offer. Frank and my my husband talked at length about an exquisite pendant that Frank made up to perfection for my 60th Birthday and it is exactly what I wanted. Frank truly is a Master Jeweler too. I would always go back to Frank and his Staff as they are very knowledgeable as well. He work is finish with precision and dedicated workmanship and beautifully presented.

I have been an extremely happy customer for the last 6 or 7 years. Frank & all of his staff are very helpful & knowledgeable in all of the different types of crystal jewellery & other types like Mariana & Von Treskow. My 90 year old mother damaged her engagement ring, I thought beyond repair so I bought it in to see if Frank could fix it. He replaced all of the damaged claws & reset the diamond that had fallen out. Wow, it looked like it was brand new once he finished with it. I have seen other pieces he has either repaired or made & they're awesome. Frank will always give you his honest & professional opinion even if it's not what you want to hear.

Beware, this jewler refuses to replace or refund faulty items. I requested a simple watch band repair while I attended an appointment next door. When I returned I was told the band was un-able to be repaired so the jewler had selected and installed (without my consent) a new band at a cost of $52. Two weeks later the new watch band failed. When I returned to the store I dealt with a different jewler who refused to replace the band or provide a refund. After debating with the man he finally agreed to try and repair the new watch band. The temporary repair lasted for a month. Will never use this jewler again

Not to sure on this store. I went in and had an inquiry on having a past present future ring with a 1 carat diamond in the centre and a half a carat either side of the one carat diamond. I was told that they would look in to it and give me a call with a price and time frame, unfortunately I'm still waiting for that call which I went in to the store in early December. Unfortunately for them they missed out on a sale and future sales. I was disappointed in the way i was treated. I went in dressed in jeans and a Harley Davidson shirt and I took 20 minutes to initially be served.

I went to Master Jewellers very stressed. I proposed on the weekend but the ring was way too big and needed to go down 6 sizes. Challenging in itself. But to make matters worse it was chanel set diamonds which covered over half of the circumference of the ring. I have no doubt mist jewellers would have turned me away. Frank however explained all the complications with the resize and took on the task. I got a phone call 5 hours later to say it was completed. It looks amazing, I couldn't be happier with the service and would definately recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I ordered some gorgeous Mariana Jewellery on Friday and it was delivered to my door on the Far Sourh Coast of New South Wales on Monday...just amazing service and the jewellery pieces I ordered more than lived up to expectations. Living in a remote rural area, I have to rely on on-line shopping a fair bit and Master's Jewellers website was easy to use and the photos of the pieces very accurate. Really like the jewellery but ended up leaving the store (without purchase) due to poor customer service from jeweler. Seemed very unwelcoming & disinterested which made it hard to look at & try on jewelry in locked cabinets. Have previously bought earrings as a gift from a female staff member who was lovely & helpful & let me take time to decide on purchase. Was looking forward to a return trip & was unfortunately disappointed.

Frank has been a Jeweller for 30 years. Very experienced and excellent workmanship. My jewellery was repaired very promptly and professionally and looks fantastic. You should see the jewellery he has made and so beautifully displayed in his store. With fantastic jewellers so hard to find I can highly recommend Frank and Master Jewellers. My husband bought me a beautiful ring on our first cruise this year. Unfortunately I had to send it back to Florida for resizing. I didn't feel comfortable doing that. I was told to take it to Master Jewellery in Knox Shopping Centre. They were amazing. He said it was a challenge but he could do it. I picked it up in a few days. They did a fabulous job I'm so pleased.

Wow has this man got talent!! Frank spent a lot of time talking with us about making a special solid gold necklace for my birthday. When I saw the finished necklace, tears of joy came straight away. They do not stand behind anything you buy from them. I even wanted to pay for a new stone for one that broke in a ring I bought there but he said tough luck I can’t get you one. So I said I have a very expensive broken piece of jewellery you can’t fix he said yes. Never go here what a horrible owner and an awful experience.

Weired! Wow male jeweler needs customer service classes. Asked him to tell me my ring size - No was the answer not unless you buy the ring, reason being I will go on internet to buy ring Hehe! Yeah right; heard the word trust. Turned me off buying anything. Jewellers few shops up told me my ring size without hassle
