I felt like maybe it deserved 4 stars but realized I could not justify taking a star away. My experience was not stellar but it was definitely worth 5 stars for a few reasons. I was the only person in the store when I came in. I knew what I was looking for and the salesman was quick to respond to every question I had and assist with helping me find exactly what worked for me. I wasn't looking for anything more than an ordinary, spring mattress and box spring for under $1000. He pointed out two mattresses. I checked them both out and said I'll take it. He then worked out a deal where I got a platform thrown in to the deal. They had a promotion where they were including them free with the purchase of an $800 mattress but mine was on sale for $700. In order to get this $500 platform with motorized tilting head "free" I had to pay $800 for the mattress. So, I said I'll do it. It saved me from looking for a bedframe because it works as both a pseudo-frame and a box spring. Simple but perfect for what I needed. I was happy to gain $500 in value for only $100 more and I was happy that the customer service was on top of my needs and requests.

I have been putting off going mattress shopping for a few months now because I have had bad experiences with other companies and their salesman. On our way home from work Friday we spontaneously decided to swing into the 7th street location. We were greeted promptly with a smile which was refreshing after the day that I had. The sales person was very knowledgeable and not the slightest bit pushy. She did a great job. The process was so incredibly easy. 30 minutes after we arrived we were on way with a brand new mattress which we love! When my wife tosses and turns sometimes she accidentally hits me in the face. Thanks to mattress firm and the amazing young lady who helped us out I no longer feel like I am sleeping next to an angry Connor Macgregor!

The store on Bedford Euless road was the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life..The employee James Avery was extremely rude and had no common curteousy what so ever..I need assistance securing mattress with twine..I am 53 and just had surgery... The two men there claimed they weren't allowed to assist me. I am recovering tv from a resent surgery and I am not supposed to lift or strain ...I broke all my nails off and cut my hand trying to secure this mattress on to my SUV by myself while two grown able bodied men stood there watching me struggle. I will never recommend it do business with your store again thanks to this stores customer service

Bonnie was Amazing! I brought in my mom who has not had a new mattress in 20 years. My mom is also older and has been hesitant to come out due to her past health and covid. Bonnie made her feel comfortable and safe. She was attentive and asked questions so that my mom got the best mattress possible to go with top quality service. She even worked with us because money was an issue when we came in. My mom left with a grin on her face and could not stop talking about Bonnie and the whole experience. Can we be honest, mattress hunting is a real pain but Megan and her team are the absolute best. We purchased one mattress and just could not live with it. We decided on a major upgrade to the mattress and base and she worked us up a phenomenal deal! Megan and her team took the time to answer elevendy billion questions ( yes, that's a word I just made up).To say we were a pain in her you know what, would be an understatement. We would give 5 stars if delivery service had attached headboard to the new adjustable bed frame as promised. Two sales ladies from the store came out to see what the problem was and partially attached the headboard with material and tools we had on hand The store manager refunded the delivery charge so we can hire a handyman to complete the task. My 101 year old mother loves the comfort provided by the frame and the underbed light that comes on when she gets up

Just bought a bed from Richard Harris, he was very knowledgeable about all the different models and was more than willing to let us try them all. His system of narrowing down our preferences and needs allowed us to find the perfect model. We had only intended to “just look” but felt comfortable making a purchase without looking at any other stores. The bed was delivered just as promised and the delivery crew took away our old bed. Very easy transaction.

This Mattress Firm store has top notch employees. Megan, the store manager, helped my wife and I out as much as she could. We had our mattress blow out of the back of the truck and was severely damaged, so we couldn't sleep on a good mattress that night. We were devastated. The next day we walked into this store, Megan heard us out, and was glad to help us in a time of need. Thanks to Megan, we have a wonderful mattress now. Thank you, Megan!

I walked in with the “I’m just price checking” mindset but also needed a new mattress bad. Megan was there and provided me with options and her honest opinion about the different options. I highly recommend you visit Noah at the West 7th location. He was patient with us helping us figure out which bed was best for us as this was the first time we spent money on a quality bed. He handled our visit with extreme professionalism while also helping others. We left to compare prices with other furniture stores but ultimately circled back to close the deal with Noah.

I recently bought a mattress from Matthew. He went through the whole procedure and helped me find the perfect mattress for me. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to convince me to buy a more expensive model just even though I liked a cheaper one better. I was very pleased with the whole process! Jarrod Walker and Monica Ballinger gave some of the best customer service I have ever had. There was some difficulty with my purchase and they were respectful, calm, collected and handled the situation in the best way possible. I will definitely go back to mattress firm if I need a new mattress because of how they resolved the issue.

I want to give a higher rating because the staff was really nice, and I got a really great price on my bed. But I paid for my bed only to get a call the next day saying that my bed was put on another ticket, so now I just have to wait until they get another one in, and they don't know when that will be.
