Carrie really cared to make sure I was selecting the correct products for my specific family's needs and sleep positions, health, etc. She provided excellent customer service and took time with me to make the best informed decision--even though I was only looking to purchase 2 pillows at this time. She had a thorough understanding of the variety of pillows and what is best suited for my wellbeing and health challenges. I will definitely return to this store for Carrie's assistance when I am ready to purchase beds. I absolutely love my Tempur-pedic pillows--who knew a pillow could make such a difference in your life? I sleep so peacefully every night now --dreaming about one day soon having the whole Tempur-pedic sleeping experience!

Purchased an adjustable bed from this location and the salesman was fantastic. He did not try to push the most expensive stuff; instead he went over the various options and discussed what we needed and wanted. He ultimately recommended one of the less expensive frames. I came back after the bed was delivered to get pillows and sheets and the saleswoman who was there this time was equally helpful with all the pillow options they have. Overall the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, and I never felt like they were trying to push anything on us. These beds are expensive but the staff was great and there was no pressure to buy anything.

Jason and Reggie were very helpful and knowledgeable. Presidio location was very clean. They had masks, wore gloves, and had disposable covers for customers to use as they shop. I used their text system to schedule my appointments and sent questions before and after my visits. It was quick, easy, and always received responses timely. I made my purchase and expected it to be delivered within a week or so, but received a call the next day to schedule delivery - that’s 2 days after purchase! Now I’m enjoying Zero G, staying cool, and learning how to sleep better with Sleeptracker.

Searching for the right mattress and we liked the tempur-pedic pro adapt and went to multiple stores and thankful we walked in to this store. We were greeted by rep Jason who went above and beyond to make sure all COVID safety precautions were taken and we were very comfortable with our experience there. As a healthcare worker I appreciate all the extra steps they took and the offers they gave. I am excited to enjoy our mattress and highly recommend the Presidio location for anyone in the market for a new mattress!!

Went to the Tempur-Pedic at Presidio Town Crossing. James Westbrook was our salesmen and he was awesome. He took his time explaining and showing us the different products. He answered all our questions and even asked us some questions we hadn’t thought about. We bought a new mattress with sheets and pillows. He told us about the 90 day sleep exchange in case it’s not what we wanted. I went back a week later and bought a mattress cover and again a great experience. I would highly recommend this location and James.

I did an extensive amount of research, before deciding to purchase a Tempurpedic set at the Flagship Store at Presidio in Fort Worth. I chose Tempurpedic, because it is the best quality product on the market and service is World Class! I highly recommend Tempurpedic, the Presidio location and Carrie!

Clayton sold us our firm king bed. The delivery was late 3 times then they delivered a soft bed. Then it took them 2 weeks to come get and the delivery of our firm was changed 5 times. We were told by Clayton we would receive free set of sheets for our inconvenience and he has not picked up the phone or returned any of our calls to get our sheets. We are about to return the mattress and go to another company if we don't get what we were promised from the beginning.

I ordered a Tempur pedic mattress and the rep said it will take 7-10 business days to get it delivered. I received the mattress after almost a month waiting. I kept calling the store too many times and finally the manager said sorry it was just sitting in the warehouse not sure why, we will get it right away. I’m very disappointed with the service. I didn’t expect that to come from a professional mattress firm like Tempur pedic.

We had researched everything that we had wanted beforehand and Nestor was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. He made the experience so easy and was not pushy, but showed us plenty of options for things we weren’t anticipating. The promotions at the time was a great thing to take advantage of as well. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience and will gladly recommend this location to friends and family.

I had the most wonderful experience with Carrie Dugan at this location. She walked me through all of my options after listening to my sleep needs. She did not waste my time trying to sale me on anything, but rather explained what Tempur-Pedic has to offer that would meet my needs. The company/brand also has an amazing return policy if the bed does not meet your needs. Money well spent!

My wife and I had a great experience in the store. Jason and Erick were very helpful, friendly, and very informative. They answered any doubts we had and made the overall experience easy. Jason also helped carry some of the items to our truck. They both went above and beyond and provided great customer service. The store was also very clean and they wore masks throughout our visit.

My wife and I went to store just to look and get an idea for the new products they have. We ended the day with buying a brand new set and an adjustable base. Everyone was great. Manager Reggie was never pushy and listened to us. He didn’t push us on something more expensive. Everyone in the store was great. The representative that worked the morning we visited was super knowledgeable and helpful. Made us feel welcome, and was easy to talk to. Though I personally feel the products are overpriced, the store itself was very clean and organized. They offered free cloths to use while laying down in the bed, in the event you'd like extra sanitation. Great store!

I bought my bed about 3 weeks ago. My mattress that they order came right away. However, I still have not heard from the installers to bring my base. Apparently the store cannot call the installer. They can only send emails. This is not a good experience.
