We purchased a demo caravan (Viper 16D) last month and advise steering clear of this unprofessional, poorly managed company. Communication has been terrible from the minute they had our deposit and when you do get an answer it is a false promise. 1. Upon viewing/purchase we were told they need 24 hours to have it ready because they wanted to wash it. A week later, a cancelled first trip away and numerous emails and phone calls chasing them it was ready to pick up (unwashed). 2. Annex was missing. Another 2 weeks, another cancelled trip away (needed the annex for one of the kids to sleep in which they knew) and again very hard to contact and a different excuse each time, we picked the annex up (model on the bag is DL so not ours and really hoping all the pieces are there). 3. Noticed two days ago the large rear window piece the silicone seal has disintegrated so it flaps in the wind and would have ripped off when driving. Hubby has fixed at our expense. 4. The roof leaks, hubby has hopefully fixed, also at our expense. 5. The mattress was soaking wet due to the roof leak. We have spent several days communicating with Maverick as we are going away tomorrow and can’t sleep on a wet mattress and Ethan told us we could have another demo (unused but slightly dusty) mattress but had to pick it up ourselves. Spent 2.5 hours driving to do that today and when unloading at home we noticed the mattress has a hole, is covered in mould spots and pubic hairs. Yuck and the outrageous response from Maverick was an offer to air out our original one as the warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic issues. But they had already offered to replace so rather confusing to now say it’s not under warranty. The mattress is wet because the roof leaks which is not cosmetic. 6. Still waiting on the spare set of keys that Ethan said was with the mattress to pick up today. You guessed it… no keys.

We purchased our Ranger Slide from Maverick Campers a little over 6 months ago. During this time, we have used our camper extensively including a 4 week trip with our 2 children. We have found the ease of set up and pack down of this camper to be simply fantastic, the internal space accompanied by the ample sized annex is certainly a great area for the family environment while travelling. We were extremely impressed by the professional service given by Bailey and the team at Maverick Campers during the process of our purchase. The passion and enthusiasm shown by Bailey certainly stands out. The after sales service and follow up has also been fantastic. Dave and the maintenance team have been sensational and have always been happy to assist with queries, along with discussing and reviewing any maintenance issues we have had. We would highly recommend anyone considering the purchase of a new camper trailer to stop and have chat to the team at Maverick Campers.

Received our Viper 16x recently and it has exceeded our expectations so far! Really happy with the product. We had to use the warranty process for a very minor repair and found that Ethan was all over it, no questions asked, quick reply and due to the part being a simple fit and us living remote the part was mailed out, so we didn't have to take it to a service center to complete. It appears some previous concerns with warranty from previous reviews has been rectified. Good work maverick team. Justin in Melbourne was great to deal with when ordering the van and made adjustments prior to delivery to suit our tow vehicle which made getting the van possible. Hand over in Adeliade was thorough and time was taken to explain everything. All in all, really happy with the product and my experience with warranty and after sales service has been very good! Happy camping people!

Bought our maverick raptor in Dec 2018. Been on 4 small trips. 3 caravan parks and 1 outside a shack in Pt. Hughes. Shower and toilet are fantastic!!! Batteries last at least 4 days with the solar panels and electrics didn't miss a beat. Water lasted 6 long showers and numerous toilet flushes (no 1 s only) Absolutely rapped in this unit !!! A few minor teething problems which the friendly and helpful staff at Xtreme have rectified - will bend over backwards to help you out. Buy 1 if you like the off road in luxury. Great towing and fuel consumption for my colorado only decreased with the load towing by about 25% which is a lot less than I expected. Attaching (with a rear view camera) is an absolute breeze ! Very very happy with the performance so far. Looking forward to our month long trip later in the year ! Dave Richardson

First adventure in the Viper 16 DL 2a and 2c and could not be happier. 3 weeks, 7500 ks from Adelaide to Coral Bay WA return trip. 4 nights off grid at Ningaloo Station, a mix between free camps and caravan parks along the way. Everything worked like a dream, pleanty of storage, enough water for the 4 nights off grid for a quick shower and dishes each night, hot water worked great, as did did the lithium battery upgrade. Very thankful for the indoor cooker on those windy West Coast nights. Sleeping spaces were perfect, kids loved the curtains on the bunks. Towed like a dream, didn’t even know it was there. Fuel consumption was 14.4 L per 100 with a 2021 Hylux. Thanks to Matt, Bailey and the team for delivering on time and a great handover. Can’t wait to keep making more memories.

Bailey and Matt have been great throughout the whole process, we purchased the Ranger and are so happy with it. Their sales process and service after delivery has been fantastic. There was a delay with delivery but this was because of Covid restrictions not Maverick Campers. We have been so happy with ours, so have other members of the family, because they have also purchased campers from Maverick. Really recommend these as a very capable off road camper for couples and families. Super easy to put up and pack down and has plenty of storage space for life little luxuries.

I dealt with this mob recently. Not bad pre-sale service but once I took delivery, paid in full, the problems came thick and fast. Their warranty claim process is pathetic, communication is non-existent. Phone conversations are rude and curt. I have stripped all their branding from my caravan in protest. I still have a number of issues that require attention but I will fix them at my expense to avoid having to deal with them. There’s other brands that sell almost the exact same models, but with much better after sales service. Give this mob a miss, I wish I had.

Since we purchased our ranger limited, we have had a lot of issues with it. Starting with the handbrake cable broke, then paint started to peel. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Bailey can lie though is teeth and tell you only what you want hear. As for there customer service for us , it has been a very unpleasant experience with these guys. Would I recommend any to go through what I have been though with this mob no way in the world

I had the absolute privilege of meeting Bailey and his partner at a local cafe near the Prospect store in Adelaide today. He's a lovely guy and has all the time in the world for people. It's often said, 'Never meet your heroes,' but after meeting Bailey today, I can honestly say he's a top bloke. If I had the money to buy a Maverick trailer, I absolutely would. You get a 5-star review from me, mate!

We've had a few hiccups, but Susie was always there to provide help and assistance. She went above and beyond to ensure that we got the right help and support when we needed. Her product knowledge was excellent, and she was very accommodating in making the time to demonstrate how our purchased products worked. Susie is worth her weight in gold, and without her support we would have been lost.

Really love our Ranger Limited it's so comfortable plus we had some things break and the guys at Maverick sorted out under warranty with a pleased to help anyway we can. Plus we finally got our cook top and our inverter put in as well. This was done with an efficiency best to none.

Very professional and organised company selling top class campers and caravans. Pieter was excellent in looking after all our questions. He has exceptional knowledge of the products and is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Maverick for their products and service.
