Great little bookshop that I did not really know existed - I heard about a book on the local radio and it was during lockdown 2 and this shop was mentioned - Got in touch and the book was out of order but it was ordered and came really quickly and quicker than expected and at no extra charge Agree with other reviews why use a giant order firm that charge you for delivery and I am sure if the book is out of print it will take forever, and are faceless They are well set up for click and collect and orders during lockdown The shop looks a real treasure trove - keep up the good work

Such a wonderful bookshop! Options to buy in store or order online for either collection or delivery which is fantastic for me as I'm no longer local. Very attentive staff, nothing but great customer service each time. Any queries are dealt with promtly; response times are very really quick. MM's is always my go-to when purchasing books... would recommend to anyone!

I went here on the May 2023 Bristol Bookshop crawl. A great idea. I am a book lover and not a dog lover. I had to make a rapid exit as the owner's dog is allowed to roam freely in the shop. There looked to be a good selection of books and I would have made a purchase but I will not be returning because of the dog.

Went in yesterday and picked up a bookshop crawl map, but unfortunately I didn’t see a page about 10% discount that you were supposed to get that day until I’ve left. I did buy a book and was charged a full price and nothing was even mentioned about a discount or the event itself. Really disappointing.

I ordered a book subscription and it is so lovely. My friend received the first book yesterday and it was so perfect for him - they took the time to email me and ask exactly what sort of thing I wanted. It was really nicely wrapped with a bar of choc and a handwritten note. So good!

My children love coming here. Good selection of books for kids of all ages from YA down to early readers. Also my daughter has a book subscription from here and they always send her something interesting, suitable and new. Obviously not just a kids book shop though!

Options... 1) order your book via faceless multinational giant who pay no tax and charge you delivery. 2) order your book via this charming and helpful community retailer and have it ready for collection normally the next day, with zero extra cost. Win/win!!!

I couldn't get in due to Covid restrictions, but the guy in the shop helped me in choosing some books. I was very satisfied with them and how nice the guy was.
