I had the worst experience yesterday. I ordered a Happy meal hamburger for my daughter as she loves the toys. I had to wait for ages to get the order. It was practically empty and few people were walking in as it was the festive season but everyone who came after me was served and got their order yet I was still waiting. I then asked for just the chips so that my daughter could eat that and we could leave but they ignored me. I would have rated them a 1 star if it was not for the lady who went to the back to check on the order and asked me to wait a lil bit and later on came with it, even though it took more than the usual time to make. All this time they were busy chitchating with each other and were ignoring me. They need proper customer service training because you dont treat customers like that.

Burgers are very disgusting they have a certain nasty after taste AND not to mention the oreo Mc flurry its disgusting too I had to complain that the ice cream tastes expired or old and the workers told me they have received complaints about it but they still carrying one selling them after so many complaints? And their excuse was that they are also given that kind of ice-cream to sell, what about other branches of Mc Donald's? They taste waaaay better than them, wynberg emainroad Mc Donald's taste like those corner shops fast food DISGUSTING! GIVING PEOPLE GARBAGE FOOD

The place is always busy and that means your orders take long even though they have these very nice touchscreen ordering systems incorporated to not have to speak to some rude and annoyed employee. Very nice COVID-19-inspired tech implementation but still the orders take forever to be fulfilled you might as well use a calendar to plan any meals you want from this place.

My orders are always incorrect (I don't like sauce). Placed an order 15 minutes ago for 2 plain hamburgers and received 2 normal burgers. Had to turn around and make a trip back to the store. Upon asking what happens to the incorrect order (2 normal burgers), I have been informed that it will be thrown in the trash. I asked if the order could instead go to a homeless person but was told that it is policy to THROW AWAY PERFECTLY GOOD FOOD! Your incompetence is remarkably consistant.

So I went in there like I normally do, headed for the bathroom where I was met and stopped by the security guard who rudely informed me that I should buy something first before I will be allowed to use the bathroom. I spoke to the manager about it only then was I allowed to use the loo. The bathroom was then another dissapointment, it reeked of urine and there were no toiletpaper inside. I left with my bladder still full. A really disgusting place

my experience was definitely the worse, the cashier looked so irritated with the world and when she served my brother and i she had so much attitude, i was gonna actually tell her to put her face right. When she served my food she basically the threw the bag at me and she rolled her eyes... and i said no ice in my drink and she just gave me ice anyway. My advice darl, don't tf come to work knowing you tired and give customers like myself bull attitude

I ordered food from Mr Delivery and they collected the doughnuts from your store. Well it was old as hell.. when I bit into it the whole thing just crumbled. I have never had such terrible tasting food!!! The one was plain and the other was dunked in chocolate but tasted just as bad. If somebody contacts me I will send you the pictures. In fact I still have them if anyone is interested in collecting it. MacWynberg your food sucks

Worst service, staff incompetent and rude. Manager gets pushed around by the staff, they are slow, lazy, place forever dirty. One day they dont have cooldrinks, then no sauces, but they never tell you this when you order. You get your order with water then they tell you the cooldrink machine is broken. Food substandard, not like the other Mc Donalds either. Close this Mc donalds or get new management. Disgusting!

Service is super slow, their large chilli cheese fries are way less than advertised. The employees are rude and impatient and communication between customer and employee is cold and cut short. The top floor eating area is covered in leftover bags,boxes and papers and frankly, it looks disgusting and unappetising.

Systems reset at midnight....seems like its a daily occurence. Was waiting to order and nobody answered then went to cashiers window to order. One of assistants was sitting near a door chatting and saw me but didnt acknowledge. Hooted an she just carried on chatting to colleague. Another came past the window by chance after a few minutes and explained they closed.

Ordered food online yesterday.Got the Grand Chicken spicy and Mcfeast.The Chicken burger patty had alot of bones in it which I could not eat and the Mcfeast was just a sloppy mess.We complained Online and someone was going to get back to us but no one did.Poor service.

Absolute horrible service Sindiswa is the manager on duty, Poor child fell because of a wet floor and there was no sign indicating that the floor is wet 2nd to that they didn't even have half of the menu..... The staff at the till are not friendly they have attitude and they think they own the store. Especially when you come with your phone with Mcds daily deals its almost like you loafing at the shop. This is unacceptable they make you fell like you dont wana support Mcds Wynberg anymore. But big ups to all the managers they all friendly.

No toilet paper in the bathrooms. Someone accidentally threw away the rest of our food while I took my 4 year old to the bathroom. They said they weren't able to replace with the same menu items because we already ate some of it, we had to pick cheaper things to replace with and even then some things didn't get replaced.

Absolutely awful service at this branch. Waiting 25 mins for a McMuffin and when I finally get my food its Cold. Wrong coffee order and a member of staff has the gall to tell me otherwise. Manager that’s awfully apathetic. Not one memeber of staff with a smile. Everyone looks so miserable. Horrid place honestly.

Twice l stopped by Mac d wynberg for a quick BBQ burger and the burger is totally different from other places. Really bad service.They have stations where you can pay but then the staff ignore you when you need to hand in your slip.No one is at the counter to recieve this,so you end up standing trapped now when you already paid by card.If you dint bave time to waste then this is not the place for you.

It's not bad at all. The teller's service and store are good. Especially when you have money and are buying something. The issue starts when you don't have money and you want to use their restrooms. They won't allow you. It's like they forgot about your previous purchases or something.

I don't like the new ordering system. It's not very helpful. I feel like there should be an ordering system for the tech savvy and for the people who just want to come and order something and leave without the hassle for figuring how to order on the new system. Just too much hassle.

So on the website aswel on the door it shows they open at 7am. When i arrived there at 0705 the lady tells me they not opening now only later. When i askrd what time she tell me she don't know. Please change ur information on the website as well as on the door as its incorrect.

I enjoy the time just to relax or just enjoy a soda or chips. The restaurant is spacious upstairs and well arranged. The music is mostly for the youngsters and be looked at. Had a few concerns but manageable. The restroom are clean and staff are friendly. Thank you kindly

Not a good experience. I order the pancakes and cappuccino. After I paid and they brought me the pancakes they said no maple syrup. They called the manager and she didn't even explain or apologies to me. She just gave the money the back and left. My order number was 153.

Mcdonalds wynberg is by far the worse. Whenever one goes there for ice cream they never have. Now when i want to order something else on the app then im told the scanner wont scan the barcode. Mcdonalds wynberg you might as well close. The service of staff is pathetic.

Nothing better than a McDonald's breakfast or a couple of Big Mac's on your way home at the end of the day. It is hard to find fault with McDonald's in geeneral and this one is no different. Clean, efficient, friendly and tasty and great breakfasts.

Parking was a slight mission but it's one of the biggest branches with a spacious well decorated upper level. The service is faster and the dinning area is rather private. No drive through but the service and space definitely makes up for it!!

No customer service as they are not even concerned about us,they ran out of lettuce and l asked what they can substitute with then she thought lm being picky and then she went to eat her meal whilst l was left but the pay point...not cool!!!!!

Poor service and the worker are not friendly to the customers, they are always busy chatting each other badly when it comes to Uber drivers as I saw very rude and rough to the drivers and also not having time to double check the food.....

Perhaps their close proximity to KFC has affected the way they routinely treat customers like patrons of a tavern-no softskills and no charisma. They are perhaps not as bad as their customer service who have not responded to my complaint

Same like all other McDonald's. Always only 1 till open. Why have multiple tills and not use them? It's supposed to be fast food, in and out. Self serve kiosks should be rolled out to all restaurants, this place definitely needs one

So 30 mins ago a lady helped me to buy a large big mac burger with the prize of the medium bigmac and i had with it a chicken fold over and this is what i got maybe i am wrong or my eyes needs attention. my order number was 3289

Beautiful,lovely workers,iwas v cold had to have acup of tea,it was quick and perfectly on time...only the muffins seem old ibought achocolate one for my sister,it wasn't fresh at all,,ilove there breakfast so delicious.

The store's trading hours were changed due to Covid-19 and the store is meant to open at 7am, however I have been there twice in the past two weeks and the store was not open after 7am. Staff were chilling and chatting.

Staff seem clueless, orders get mixed up and customers unhappy. I've been here a few times and always the same ... I recommend skipping this branch and going to the one on Rosmead Avenue or further down in Plumstead.

Service is very slow and u wait more that 10mins for your food......they give dry chips with no sauce person must ask for sauce..

Today's cashier wins the award for the worst service. Shift manager was missing in action and this girl gosh. Its my favorite McDonalds and ive always loved their service but today i was disappointed

Staff is unhygienic. Lady at the till scratched openly.., not even shy.., full finger in her nose as she was taking my order. Only to discover that she is the manager. Turned around and walked away.
