I visit the McDonald's on Putney High St on a regular basis-this site is a very busy place+I imagine they have a high customer footfall on a weekly basis!--if you time it right you can generally always get a seat as there is an additional seating area upstairs-the team working here are very efficient+you can see that the Management team have everything under control which is reassuring!-what I like about McDonald's is that there is always new additions to the menu so there is always something new to try!-i also appreciate it when the staff call out your number for your food order+that is then followed by a"please!"-i completely get that McDonald's is fast-,paced but that small politeness goes a long way+this particular branch are very good at this-i have to give a special mention to your Customer Host Joseph-he mostly works in the evenings+he is always a welcoming presence on the floor-he is always available for the time that McDonald's offer their table service+then present on the floor after that time-i appreciate his genuine+kind customer service so thankyou to Joseph+to the team@Mcdonalds Putney!⭐⭐

I do not usually eat McDonalds, but i decided to give it a try because i had a bad experience with the KFC in Putney. But, i have decided i will not return to this McDonalds again. I have been to this McDonalds a few times a couple years ago but every-time it is bad. I even remember when I ordered online through Deliveroo with this McDonalds branch, they forgot two of my items, the McFlurry was spilled, coke was flat and the fries where cold. I only ordered chicken selects, but it took a while to receive my food. I ordered with the self-payment tills but i did not receive a receipt because the machine didn’t have any paper in it. The whole time i felt like it was a long and uncomfortable wait, it becomes too hot in-store. There was also 5-7 teenage boys who all ordered separately for some reason. The Deliveroo drivers get priority over the customers too. Eventually i got what I ordered, i did enjoy but it wasn’t worth the unpleasant experience. This time i did not sit upstairs and took a takeaway, because i know that this Mcdonalds is extremely dirty, especially the seats upstairs. The toliets are also displeasing. You can see from the other reviews that they don’t complete orders correctly so double check you get what you payed for

I would normally never review a McDonald’s because it’s usually all the same boring dry, same old same old!! but I feel I have to tell ppl & give five stars to this 1. As we entered, we were greeted by Desmond, who proceeded to show us available seats. When using the self-service screen it was not responsive, before we even said anything Desmond was there immediately to help, he even bought the food over to us and asked if we required any condiments. it started to feel like a 5 star restaurant, even the burger tasted better . The restaurant was very clean, even the toilets were spotless. We Sat there eating & watching Desmond, who was wiping the tables, cleaning the floors, taking customers orders over to tables & giving every customer the same outstanding treatment. I’m not really sure what job title he has but Desmond should be training all McDonald’s staff customer service skills.

It's McDonald's so you know it will be cheap and in a room filled with unhappy customers with kids, or uber eats drivers. Is it just me though, or did they remove the till order system and replaced it with app order or screen order to provide more staff in the restaurant to prepare the food so waiting times were faster? But now they are soooooo slow. On average ten mins for 'fast food', probably completely due to uber eats drivers collecting 100s of bags a time. I mean most of mcd's fresh food is already cold even when cooked in front of you so who would order it for delivery. Must taste like utter cold cardboard on arrival lol Focus on speeding up the service, and stop making mcflurries ten mins before the burgers so they don't come as melted milk and I'd score higher

I think everyone loves McDonald's from kids to adults. I love how they have vegetarian options and fruit sides. Another thing that I liked about them was the calorie information labels per food which was good for people watching their calorie intake (like me) and wants to have their cheat day.

It was a very disappointing day and bad reputation for McDonald when I just got treated different from others in McDonald’s I order my food with my college after a very long day of work, the restaurant close they door and we was seat and eating our food. We been many times requested to leave the restaurant because they want to go home, we had to speed eating and not ever finish because they was repeating and repeat to us leave. - No one tell us about no eating in - If they want to finish in time, them must not let anyone in from such time - the manager should learn we was not wrong and control her behaviour Was not necessary escalate the conversation to that point, when I the client spoke polite and in my rights, I do believe she wanted to prove her position in front of her work colleagues.

Over the last 6 months we have ordered food from here 3 times and there has been a problem each time: 1. (via Ubereats) food never arrived and we received a refund after an hour and half wait 2. Ordered in store to take away - it took them 45 minutes to complete the order by which time milkshakes and mcflurries had melted and fries were cold etc. Also all dips missing. 3. (via Deliveroo) food arrived quickly enough but missing both happy meal toys, one milkshake, all four dips for nuggets, and a chicken bacon burger. Never again! If you are eating in, check your order before walking away from the counter, and if you are ordering different products, split your order up so one product doesn't go cold / melt whilst you wait. If you have the option of travelling go to another McDonald's!

Ordered via Uber Eats for delivery. The fries arrived (although cartons rather empty - see photo) but the burgers did not. Not sure if this was the fault of McDonald's or Uber Eats, although I do seem to have issues with Uber Eats every time I use them. Why isn't McDonald on Deliveroo!!! They did refund the missing burgers but this kind of misses the point, I still had to pay for fries and delivery. If we had known the burgers weren't being sent I would have just cancelled the order, no one wants just fries and an extortionate delivery charge with no burgers! It's like ordering curry but they only send the rice - rather have nothing! The Uber Eats customer service is awful, there seems to be no way to report this!

The staff are useless they always get everything wrong and never give straws dips or napkins when you order a delivery even though you CLEARLY ask for them. I hate it. I ask for no pickles so they put 7 of them in my burger. They NEVER pick up the phone and treat customers and staff like scum. I HATE THIS DISGRACE of a McDonald's. You should be disgusted at yourselves and you say you want our experience to be easy and enjoyable, HA!!! Funny!!!! NOT. Vile management there too always on their mobiles and not actually working and then have the cheek to get rude to staff that are helpful and to customers that have issues. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS RATTY PLACE.

You may notice that the food and atmosphere were quite low, however, I gave a five stars overall. This was due to the impeccable service. Kaveen was superb in his service. It is a shame i only have five stars to give. The only downside was his treatment of my friend. In addition to impecable service he would regail me with geopolitical truisms, such as his views on henry kissingers foreign policy.

I have dined at this establishment on occasion and although the staff are pleasent and usually prompt outside of lunch hours, the quality of food is below the standard one would expect from a McDonald's Corporation restaurant. Fries are frequently soggy and the lettuce is usually not on top form. To their credit, this location is usually very clean, however I would still recommend washing ones hands before eating - especially if using any self service machines. Overall 5/10, food quality needs improvement to match McDonald's usual high standards.

My five stars go straight to DESMOND! Honestly, I went yesterday with my girl friend for a quick lunch and I never ever saw someone so genuinely happy and polite as this guy. He was just cleaning the floor next to our table and he greet with a large smile and positive talk. I’m sure that if someone deserve an increase for the fab costumer service is this guy. I want be his friend now Desmond, I don’t know if you’re the manager but you should be!

Staff member doing the table service was clearly doing so against his will. Kept mumbling and when we asked him for ketchup he just looked around mumbled something and walked away. He never returned with the ketchup. Also they let us order milkshakes then after paid said the machine was broken and what drink do you want instead. I’ve had no problems here and food is standard McDonald’s but I’m giving 1 star because of your DELIVERY TRUCK!!!! Every time I see it your delivery truck decides to come at evening rush hour !! Causing HUGE traffic queues on Putney High Street going all the way back to nearly Hammersmith! Please do something about this, is it really necessary to do a delivery at 7:30 PM on a busy weekday? The food is MacDonalds the same everywhere, the service not so good, and if you order a delivery be prepared to the food not arrive, or get wet by lid not closed, or the order is not properly sent missing items, dips free or bought and last time the driver took the order back because the food was wet and the restaurant or driver just set has delivered, and didn't received a refund from just eat. In say 12 deliveries at most 6 arrived well, and the last one was not even refunded by just eat.

Absolutely FREEZING! Why are we having air conditioning literally blasted at us in NOVEMBER?! Nice hot food and friendly staff but was ruined by us feeling so cold and uncomfortable. (If the staff are hot, put some fans in the kitchen area, but please don’t make your customers sit in arctic conditions!). Thanks.

Horrible brunch! It’s frustrating as I always try to eat the food the way I want it and I almost never get it. Yesterday on my birthday I ordered a big mac with nothing more than just beef bread lettuce and bacon, but it came with no lettuce and with cheese. Today I ordered again and it was even more ridiculous as they send me the burger with no beef. I am just disappointed and feeling embarrassed about going there to fix the food every time I place an order for delivery.

One of the dirtiest places I have ever visited in my life, no parking sense, food waste everywhere, flying paper bags, cold burgers, uncleaned tables etc.. Only a handful of staff members are polite!

Staff are pleasant & mean well but TERRIBLE attention to detail means items ordered are frequently missing. Never leave without checking everything you expect is in the bag. During lockdown, via delivery, it's been ridiculous. Ordered a few times and almost every time there's been something missing (even a Big Mac). The food is exactly what you expect (as per brand/advertising) so no point commenting on it.

The man at the till (I believe Kaveen was his name) was very friendly and helpful during my experience. He provided wonderful service when my order was mistaken and made sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving the Mcdonalds. The fries were of excellent quality in particular

Waited over 20 minutes for my food which I didn't recieve so I asked for a refund no 1 asked why or apologised still did not get a response when I suggested staff should priorities customers in the store rather than delivery drivers that us now the second time I wasted my break from work in this mcdonalds and gone back to work hungry I would highly recommend mcdonalds looking into there customer service

Ordered food through JustEat at 7:38PM with an estimated time of 15-30mins to deliver. It’s now 9PM with the estimated delivery time constantly being pushed back later & later with NO option for me to cancel the order. Why can’t the McDonald’s Putney branch cancel the order if they’re too busy or if there’s no drivers to collect? Tried to call multiple times with no one answering the phone.

Got to speak to the manager himself whilst eating and he was very friendly and discussed about the competition on the highstreet - the quality is in line with other McDonalds and if you order slighlty before online, you will get it served almost immediately however the ice cream machine is broken half the time so I cannot award 5 stars.

The head manager takes advantages on the younger workers to work more and there was one time when this person ask for day offs because of the exams but he rejected them all and ask the person to work still even though the person can't do it. So if you are working there or thinking working at that place, don't because the head manager will take advantages of you.

This putney branch is quite good, clean, tidy, and friendly staff. The ordering tutch screen did not provide me with a receipt as it ran out of paper. I would suggest refilling it more frequently.

Standard McDonald’s, no parking. Messed up my order and short filled my drink, but in all fairness rectified it immediately when I brought it to their attention. So well done for that! There is an upstairs seating area with, what looks like, iPad (or tablet) terminals. You can get a free burger or McFlurry with an NUS student card.

I asked for a quarter pounder meal. They gave me the ticket and he only put through the burger by itself. I said at the collection point, I ordered a meal and was happy to pay the difference. They told me to queue up again which would of resulted in me paying extra. Not my fault the cashier couldn't keep up but apparently it was.

Awful. Not enough staff. Person serving could not add up two simple bills. When food finally arrived, the fries were stale and cold as was the fillet o fish. Didn't receive our drink, had to shout at the staff to pass it across the counter after being ignored for first few minutes. Ruined our fast!

Been in twice when it's dead quiet (less than ten people sitting in) and both times they messed up my order. I gave two stars cause they fixed the issue, but communication between the staff and customers is basically non existent. And by the time the issue got sorted my food was cold slightly.

I Ordered a few Meals using McDelivery and received half of the items. All fries missing, one drink missing and I cannot contact costumer service or get any help with in the app. This is not the first time I have had problems with this restaurant so please read reviews before using it.

I’m pretty sure McDonald hires only stupids and tests them too to be sure. How is it possible to give you the wrong order every single time? Not once or a couple of times that might be understandable. Always.

It's always so crowded and noisy. You have to be extremely lucky to find an empty table. Then again what else did you expect from a McDonald's. However the restrooms are clean and the staff is calm, even though they are bombarded 24/7 with a ton of costumers.

We went in for a Take away treat during lockdown. Don't get me wrong with a 3 star rating, the food is exactly as expected, no disappointment there. Unfortunately covid regulations were not being enforced in this particular store.

Manager took time to fulfill a special request (mayonaise) which other restaurants often dont. Sunday late lunch was good and not too busy. Tables were clean on arrival. All the tablets worked which is always a plus for the kids

Nice store and the time I visited on Sunday it was quite a quick service. On the high street so you have to use car park at the back of Waitrose.

It's just okay if you need a quick bite, but it's normally closed up stairs, so there is often a problem using the toilets. Often messy and noisy too. So not ideal to spend much time at.

Horrible,dirty,cramped. Staff have no social skills,zero customer service skills. Food cold. What a dive,avoid at all costs! Putney has really gone to the dogs! Sad

Waited over 25 minutes for our order. Burgers and fries were cold, Mcflurries had started to melt. Staff appeared disorganised and lacking any urgency. Truly awful.

Like your McDonald's but not much to report if you are by car it's not so easy to get there by foot fine

Even from Mc Donalds I expect at least an edible meal. Hard to get that nowadays. What's advertised compared to what's given couldn't be more different.

Kaveen is very helpful and great. He is kind and the food was so quick because he make sure that it will be delivered to the right customer.

Table service save waiting for the food ... the delivery drivers should take there helmets off 5 standing at the counter in one go

They went the extra mile and added condiments between the patties on the double qp with cheese. Best burger ever.

Very very busy and practically no where to sit other than a packed bench table covered in customers rubbish.

Fast and amazing service. The girl called Layla was really helpful and friendly. I’ll Definitely come back
