I don’t know why I still bother to personalize the burger (no lettuce) and on the other no ketchup.. they never check or just grab the first one that comes into mind.. you give it back and it takes even longer to get fixed terrible service since you tell them and they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about

This is probably the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Time and time again they give me the wrong item or forget part of my order. I’ve witnessed several times where staff get the order wrong of customers or forget their items. I think it’s an absolute joke that this has not improved and keeps happening. More

And when I was served by the manager I made a complaint, he totally ignored me, didn't make eye contact and walked away. Not even an apology. The food overall was good, but the salad was pretty sad. It had one tomato and 5 leaf of greens. I would have expected more. However, the food was still the tasty McDonalds as you would expect. I had the Italian chicken sandwich that is a summer special item - that was very tasty.
