"I'm sorry to give these low scores because I have eaten in superman's on o Connell Street in Dublin many times and if I was rating that one it would all be 5 stars but I went into the one on Talbot Street and, omg, the food was discusting, chips were brown and hard and the chicken was well overcooked, I asked where the toilets were and this member of staff was at the back where the cooking would be done and he barely answered me as he was on his phone so I had to ask him a second time as there was a number code for the door so he said he'd open it, well it was 1 toilet, the bowl itself was clean but there was tissue all over the floor and some rubber gloves, obvs left there by who ever cleaned it last, there was soap in the dispenser"
"Absolutely shocking !! I ordered food from here waited over an hour and a half someone calls me from the restaurant saying delivery driver is outside he was not he kept saying he was, he couldn’t speak a blade of English he then marks my food that’s been payed for as delivered turns off the signal on the tracking map and that’s it no food after paying for it and then no way to contact back the delivery man who was supposedly outside I then call the restaurant and the woman who awenser the phone was very cheeky and rude Telling me I have my food when I did not and that nothing she can do ? First off all get some delivery drivers who know how to do there job and don’t steal paying customers food second of all train ur staff to have a bit of manners while at work absolutely shocking service will never order from here again !

Anyway only I had my granddaughter with me and had to catch a train home with her, I would have demanded my money back. Oh my partner had the fish, which is normally served on a plate but it wasn't in there, was really disappointed with the food, and the toilet, needs a visit from somebody to check it out.

Worst Supermacs in Dulin. Dropped in last night 18th October .Young Asian lady who was quite rude and abrupt when I asked why my order was taking so long? I wouldn't mind but the place was virtually empty. Now I know why. I asked for a snack box meal with breast but they had no chicken breast left lol so changed it to a Burger meal instead. I have no issues with that but please try and be courteous to your customer. Waiting 12mins for an order is a bit excessive and I am not trying to tell you how to do your job. I woud never INSTRUCT someone on HOW TO DO THEIR JOB as that is the HEIGHT of BAD MANNERS imo. .

Nice food if looking for something quick and cheapish. Not going to blow your mind but it's alright. Notable standouts for me as a sweet tooth are the Moozie Ice Creams and Milkshakes at Supermacs, however for whatever reason last time I was in this one they just used milk with a syrup whereas normally they are a thick shake. Always a bit of gamble though as with anything here it depends on who prepares your food and what effort went in if any.

Only went in as its right beside Connolly Train Station, as usually avoid Supermacs. Its like PaddyPower or Ryanair, cheap, not so great Irish versions of better foreign brands...…with CEOs who are well, lol....... Ordered 4 family meals for the kids...…with burgers/chicken nuggets and chips with orange juice and, for myself, a beef burger. To be fair, my burger was very good, nice and tasty...….and the kids enjoyed the food.... Manager was kind and polite and gave the kids a few gifts (Dvd and Books) which was very generous of him.
Have given up on this place. Since they reopened after lockdown, the food is never fresh, whether it's cold fries, old hard fried chicken that felt like it was cooked yesterday, etc. Even the sodas taste off. Dont think it's busy enough to have adequate throughput of food to guarantee freshness. Have got lunch twice here in the last 4 weeks and both times 60-70% of it ended up in the bin. Waste of money. Better off going to the chipper around the corner, star pizza or one of the many other options in the area.
Only ever been in this outlet 3 times. And 3 times I've been impressed. Food was flavoursome, hot and tasty. Regular cleaning. Booths cleaned immediately after being vacated. Covid passports being checked for sit in customers. Staff pleasant. Had a seat that gave a great view of a guy making pizzas. Mightily impressed by the speed and care he took making up his orders. And the skill in prepping the fresh dough. We just needed somewhere quick to refuel before catching a train home. This place is 5 star.
There will be to sections of this, first the Supermac’s and then the Papa John’s. The Supermac’s was pretty good especially as a tourist because it was really convenient and pretty good. I got a burger and they got everything right on it. So I’d give it a 4/5. Papa John’s wasn’t good, we ordered cookies and they were really burnt, they were literally black. The pizza wasn’t very good either, it felt soggy and it was really droopy. So I’d give it a 2. Basically, avoid Papa John’s, go to Supermac’s.
Absolutely filthy dirty!!!! I went in with the intention of ordering food and asked to use the bathroom first. After asking one member of staff and being referred to the manager for him to tell me "customers only"!!! I have eaten there several times in the last month but have yet to use the bathroom. After experiencing the loos in supermacs on talbot street, I will never eat there again!! Absolutely manky dirty and turned me off ordering anything
As per most Supermacs’ in the country… this was not good. Service was extremely slow… the bottom bun of my burger (which took ages to come) was burnt. I didn’t bother complaining because I knew it would be another 20 mins before I got anything back. Just not a great atmosphere there either. But Pat McDonagh needs to focus on speed and quality instead of opening more service stations.

The place was clean and the pizza is decent, but they take too long (30 minutes in my case) and the prize has gone way too up in the past year. 15€ for a 3-ingredients 10" inch pizza + chips with strictly one ketchup sachet and a medium drink. They also got one of the three ingredients wrong. There are much better options to eat elsewhere at that prize. Will not be rushing back.

We love Papa John's. But after spending 45 euros on pizza we had to beg to get some water. So lame! We ordered the double pepperoni. They didn't spread out the pepperoni at all. It was in piles. We ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ham and bacon. The bacon was completely uncooked. Just thrown on there uncooked. SO strange. We've had plenty of bacon pizza before and it's always cooked crispy first. Would definitely not eat here again.
Sad soggy bun, grey tasteless meat-like texture patty, sour sauce on the paper wrapper (some made it in to the sandwich too) and some mushy leftower pickled vegetables. Might have been the worst burger I have ever had. Only go if you have no other options. Really was revolting, but I paid 7€ so forced myself to eat it.

On April 21st at lunch the manager on duty should really stop being overly critical and barking at his staff in front of customers. Manager persistently arguing with staff. It's not a good look for what's supposed to be a family fast food restaurant.

Twice tried to order in this street and the man who does the pizza is very rude and all times screamed without any reasons. Today I was looking on the menu near to the placehewas doing the pizza and he screamed why I stay there, and gave me a dirty big plastic menu to look at, and to go away. Never come again.
What can I say? Supermacs is McDonald's sloppy second cousin who was never really invited to the wedding but showed up anyway. Basically, you're not willingly putting it in your mouth until you've had more than a few drinks. When you do, it hits the spot but you'll definitely regret it the next morning.
Easily the worst burger and chips ever to cross my lips.... The place was a kip... 2 junkies hurling food trays at the staff.. No security... Absolutely rank and Dublin should be ashamed

Staff are very friendly but the prices are rediculous for the food you receive which is little to none. Was waiting also 10 mins after paying for my food and the place was very dirty and had a bad smell inside which you couldnt even get a smell of what you would want of food
Always feed myself here on the way home on the train. Food is always good. And staff are nice and polite. I like that the manager is so friendly and helpful also. Better than super macs o connell St for sure also dined in and took food away

Very considerate and generous people. My girlfriend dropped chips and the manager kindly brought over first a jay cloth then a full refill of chips. Such kindness and tolerance is rare and the staff were also friendly so Supermac's fully deserve a high rating).
My wifey loves the burger meal at lunchtime and for myself the pizza.... Food always hot and fast service.. now just to be exact it's always around 12.30 on a Saturday afternoon and have visited it numerous times. So I can't fault anything. 10/10
Absolutely amazing , as a tourist this place was extremely convenient for fast . 1 location was open till 3am. Service was great and employees were very friendly. Everything was clean. Extremely fast service. Great place and extremely convenient.

Got the wrong order, asked for taco chips they tricked me by giving me regular chips in a taco chips box. Also Patrick told me to say his burger wasn't great. Also there was a big puddle of puke outside the door, very off putting
The food was basic fast food but open late. The shift manager really could not deal with the stress of a few people in late and was pretty much falling to pieces in front of the customers. It was hilarious and one of the holiday
Pretty grim. Very untidy outside the shop, not enough staff, Took ages to prepare a luke warm burger. Chips were excellent however! Not up to the usual Supermac standard.

Decent food for not too much money. Was my first time here and I enjoyed my food however there was a bit of a mix up on my order so I ended up with a side of garlic fries that I didn't ask for. Wasn't a huge issue.
It is a nice fast food center with Papa John's in the same premise. Staff is quite helpful and friendly. This place can get very busy during lunch time. They also have nice special offers on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I enjoy visiting this place even though it's crowded every time I go. I particularly love their beef burger. The manager girl is always smiling and helpful. The friendly staff and the place is clean. More
Twice having to bring back a burger. I asked several times just a plain 5oz burger. And the wait time is ridiculous. And they left chicken in cooker not even fresh. I am raging I did not go to Mc Donald's
I went to Suppermac's Talbot Street and the service was excellent. The cleanliness was superb ane the food is to die for. Everyone should give it a try. Also it's wheelchair friendly. Top marks …

Brilliant manager tonight, had minor issue with an item, who was above and beyond with solution, excellent customer service. Delicious food and great service! Taco fries are the best!
Always excellent pizza and burgers! Even when the staff is stretched to the limit, they will make sure everyone gets their food as soon as possible. Best place for takeaway in Dublin

Please explain why online shows open till 12 that at 10.45 im told only take away. There is weather warning around ireland and i told if i want food eat outside …
Same old stuff, slightly dearer than usual. Dead on for a bit of quick stodge before or after the train, bit nothing to get excited about. Pleasant staff and very clean, though.
It's okay if you are hungry but what you see on the picture is not what you get. Great service and nice people working there... Probably the only good there are the chips
There's no vegetarian and vegan options. They need to get into the future like everywhere else. The fact that even the chips are fried in beef fat is what I find odd.

It's ok for a quick meal, food is not really tasty. The manager who was in charge of the pizza orders was really attentive and leads other guys very well.
Nice shop Very courteous and friendly staff. Very prompt processing our order . Food quality was very good and tasty. Will definitely visit here again.
The burger was good and chargrilled. Had a small one and can compare the size and flavour to McDonalds eurosaver menu. Just a bit more expencieve.
Supermac's tasted so much nicer than McDonald's, food was fresh and piping hot will definitely be going there again, wish we had one in England
I have always enjoyed this Supermac's, use it whenever am in Dublin. Quick service and is always what I have ordered. Food taste fresh cooked.
It takes like forever to wait, had to leave without getting the food but paid 18€ It should be FAST FOOD, but I waited 20 min and got nothing
Great service, lovely clean spot, unfortunately missing subs menu which was a shame as I passed by the O'Connell Street branch to go there
Friendly staff but can't cook a fish supper. Frier oil is too hot and burns the outside of the food whilst the inside is under cooked.
They made me wait 30 minutes for one burger, and in the end forgot about me and the burger. Money back please - i'm off to Macdonalds!
A very tasty fast food restaurant. Tasty and cheap, clean and good costumer service. Good for kids, teenagers and adults alike. 5/5
Good pizza and hamburgers. In the end Its Fast food with a better quality standard, so dont expect gourmet stuff for these prices.
Chilled staff, good grubb, but pestered by junkies late at night swapping change etc. Best thing to happen to Talbot St in years..
Fast and efficient service..food tasty reasonable price and spotless toilets.. Enjoyed my visit will be back again when in Dublin
I absolutely love supermacs because it just isn't supermacs it comes the whole way from ballinasloe could. Galway and I love it
I bought chicken family box with chips. It was very good. The muffin with ice-cream is delicious. They served very quickly.
Quite tasty food for a take away. Great as a snack after a night out or for a lazy Sunday (if you do like junk food)
The lady who served me was very friendly. She seemed very enthusiastic. She had an Australian or New Zealand accent.
Actually surprised to enjoy the food here, it has its place and is delicious with well mannered, well trained staff
Excellent burger. Top notch. Proper beefy burger much better than the bigger chains will definitely come back !!
It is at the end intersección of busy streets such as Talbot place, Talbot square, Heuston station etc...

I'm not a fan of Supermac's food, but place looks nice and clean. Friendly staff. And nice ice creams.
Good fast food restaurant. Clean. Good service. Better than average burgers for a chain restaurant.
Super surprised, first visit there. Burgers very good, beef and chicken. Fries were good as well.
Nice fast food, reasonable enough. Love there chicken wraps and burgers. Staff very friendly.
Convenient place for a snack while in the city or waiting on a train. There was WiFi there
Mad slow and extremely over priced + the toilets look like prison cells never eating again
Very slow to get your food ready and if you ask them not to do something they just do it
How long does it take to make a single chicken burger. Slow service.

Really lovely staff, obviously fantastic Irish fast food. Pity they don't open late.
Terrible food for a big chain , regret not just sending it back for something fresh
No stars was an absolute joke poor service worse food.nothing like other supermacs
Excellent food fast service as always, very handy for a meal before Train travel.
Food us not great despite it being more expensive than other fast food joints
Friendly staff and restaurant was very clean. Food was served hot and tasty.
It's ok staff need to be less in their own world and more customer friendly
It was very delicious, food was fresh and pipping hot... worths the money.
Good food at a reasonable price. It's just too busy and dirty sometimes.
Nice place to grab a quick unhealthy bite! Good service and fair prices.
The best Vegetarian or Chicken pizza in Dublin ...for spicy taste buds
Standard super macs, not very busy when I was there but service slow
Excellent great value and are the most helpful and coined staff
Nice pizzas and combo offers but felt they are slightly costly
It's okay, portions are a little small unless you go for large
Can't beat super macs great Irish produce and staff friendly
The burgers are not that great for the price you are paying.
I really love pizzas in papa John's very tasty and delicious
Food was OK but it wasn't busy and took ages to get the food
Same in all supermarkets burgers and pizza not a bad price
