Went to this McDonalds around 8pm tonight, walked in with my partner and stood near registers but didnt approach registers completely like we usually would. While thinking of what to order, one staff member asked us if we were ready to order we said kindly no. After choosing what to get, ORD #82 -CSO #6- 28/01/2019 20:09:05 - 1 Mcvalue Dinner Box 1 Family Size Fries 3 Sml Coke 1 Lrg Mocha Full Cream Milk 1 Cheeseburger NO PICKLES 1 Cheeseburger XTRA Beef 10:1 1 Big Mac 1 Quarter Pounder NO PICKLES we went to approach registers but staff member redirected us towards the self order machines. She helped us with our order (even tho it was a big order for self order), made sure everything we wanted was on the end list. After finalizing that at self order, we had to walk back to the registers anyways to pay because I was paying in cash. We than waited about five minutes or so than we left to go home and have our McDonalds. Got home to realize that not only did they disappoint on one burger, they gave three wrong burgers. Was not meant to have pickles, still did. Was meant to have an extra beef patties, did not. I can not stand the taste of the pickles, dont want to sound more rude than I already do but thats why I asked for no pickles on the burgers in the first place. Straight after realizing the order was wrong called the McDonald's to let them know that they got our order wrong, the girl I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, gave her the details on the receipt but she couldn't found our order, so I asked what they could do and said to me that i would be able to come in to get a free Cheeseburger with an extra beef pattie. Asked if I could come in another time and she said yeah, but thought she was gunna take my name and number? Told me I had to give a specific date and time on when I next would be at McDonalds? Like seriously, she could of just took and name and number and checked ID on my next visit? But all good, tonight was the worst customer service we're ever gotten at this place.

Went here the other day and ordered a McFamily Box, worker tried to tell me a cheese burger is counted as a big burger, it isn’t. They then got my drinks wrong and when I was telling them the drinks were wrong the worker constantly spoke over me and wouldn’t let me speak, when they eventually let me talk they rudely replied with “we don’t do sprite here”, well you do because it’s literally an option when you order in store and on the app so I don’t understand why they had to lie. Once I received my order a burger was missing so I went back in AGAIN and the same worker tried to tell me it only comes with 4 burgers not the amount it comes with, which is meant to be 6. After asking 4 times for my order to be done correctly she rudely told me to get out the drive thru and leave, with food missing from the order I paid for. From what I could see on the name tag the workers name was Mary Jane or something like that, avoid this maccas as much as you can and management needs to sort out their employees and train them to not be rude to customers and not give them their full order, won’t be back back here. Would give 0/5 if I could but I can’t so I give you a 1.

The Paralowie Maccas is my local and I use it every few days for a quick breakfast or the occasional dinner. The big issue for this store is inconsistency with the quality and order accuracy. If the staff aren't missing items from the order, they don't take down the order correctly. Given that they don't give receipts unless you ask, and given half the equipment they have to display your order isn't working half the time; your chances of getting what you want are 50/50 at best. Also, I know these stores are run on teenage labour, but management need to do a better job at teaching "customer service" to staff. Most visits to the delivery window in drive-thru sound more like kids conversing during recess than focused on getting orders out. For all the fancy tech and automation, this store should be doing a lot better. If there was a more convenient Maccas to where I work, I'd be long gone from here.

We wanted 58 happy meals for our Christmas party. Was quoted a per meal price, which was not too bad. We tried numerous times to contact paralowie store manager to place the orders and get an update, phone calls unanswered and emails were not replied to. On the day of party we attended the store to place order and was told that they wouldn't honour the quoted price and that there was no way they could manage our order. The staff were very rude to us on the day We went to SALISBURY and the manager there went above and beyond to help us out. We were treated with respect, SALISBURY honoured the quoted price and we even received a discount. We have approximately 120 happy meals for a Christmas breakup each year and will never go back to paralowie but will take our business to salisbury thankyou so much all the staff at Salisbury McDonalds you saved our day and we will be forever grateful.

I actually have a complaint today not even 1/2 an hour after my experience today. I go in put my order through the screen, prints a ticket to give to the girl at the counter. So I give it to her. She's very quiet so I cannot hear much of what she's saying. Another gentleman comes and fiddles with the till. Then she runs off to finish some orders. However I stood there a while without my order even being put through. As someone who works in customer service, I would at least expected my order to be taken, told that it might be a while as there's a line up in the drive thru, let me know there's a problem with the till so she had to get help. Nothing was explained to me, so I had no idea what was going on. I ended up leaving with my cash still in my hand and no order was even placed.

Love the fact that the sanitisers are available, clean tidy environment, although not much customer in dinning, but the drive through is very busy. Understand the food bit delayed, but the staff apologies politely. The food came hot and fresh made! Good portion size. Thank you! I observed that staffs in this McDonald's are at younger age, they are learning and exploring the society, as a McDonald's regular customer, I suppose no harm giving them opportunities and more understanding. At the same time company could have given them the chance and proper training and support when viewing the their reviews. So that new staff could learn and trained.

Mcdonalds Paralowie. Treated myself and my kids to a caramel sundae in drive through, and was handed the sloppiest icecreams with more topping on the outside than the inside! I saw how awful they looked and commented that we need a cup tray which the girl didnt look happy about, and I wasn't offered any serviettes so I mentioned we'll need some with how messy they looked and she just walked away! sat there and waited while they walked around did other things and eventually a girl asked if I was waiting for something. when I finally got the serviettes I said how terrible the sundaes were made and she ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED AWAY!!!!! whoever the manager is needs to teach their staff some customer service and how to SMILE!

Placed order on Uber eats this evening which included two hot chocolates by the time it arrived at our front door both drinks had leaked through the bag forming a puddle and making everything inside the bag soggy and disgusting. It’s bad enough the food is stone cold. Only had to place the order on Uber because their eftpos machine was apparently not working. So the Paralowie store needs to sort something out. I understand when the eftpos machine isn’t working but ensuring the food is fresh and hot drinks being delivered has tabs over the opening of the lids is covered to avoid another issue like the one we experienced tonight would be highly recommend and appreciated by many customers.

This is the 3rd time I've had a problem with this maccas. Tonight, incredibly slow African woman spent 10 minutes taking my order and then another 20 making it before giving me a half-made bigmac literally missing half its ingredients and a burger (how tf?) Then after I drive back to get it remade I have to wait another 20 bloody minutes for 1 burger to be made, and am given nothing to make up for the fact the rest of my meal was either cold or melted. Save yourself the headache and go to KFC or a different maccas. The other day I ordered an apple pie and was asked to wait in the waiting bay for 6 minutes... 25 minutes later I had to knock on the windows of the McDonald's to be let in to sort out my own order. Absolute joke.

went through the drive thru here and the worker who I believe the name was Mary-Jane was ignoring me while giggling with her work mate then after at least 30 seconds of her ignoring me I said a friendly “hello” to let her know I was waiting, she then rolled her eyes at me and gave me my drink (which btw didn’t have the lid on properly) then spilled all over my lap with the ice too which annoyed me so I said something to her she then walked away and never apologised either. She also always puts nuts in my ice cream for some reason even after saying with out the nuts. Wouldn’t say this McDonald’s is bad but the workers there definitely need to be pulled up.

I always come here very disappointed in the service and food I received. Ordered a crispy chicken snack wrap happy meal for my teenager and they said they do not do wraps after 10. When I have gone to this MacDonalds and multiple other stores after 10 and have been able to get one. The bun on my burger was stale and burnt. Meat patty was burnt aswell. I am not happy with this at all. I understand it’s easier to cut half the menu when you are understaffed but as a hospitality worker it’s not hard to make a wrap.

This place needs to be kept clean at all times. Seating in the area had food scraps all over the tables and on the floor and the whole time there, not any of the employees did any cleaning and were just standing around gas bagging, if this is the way the dinning area is left on a morning shift as they weren't that busy and has put me off eating there again.

My 11 year old daughter wanted to get more sauce on her burger due to there being only the tiniest amount out on, she was nervous o ask so I went with her, while we were waiting for the burger to get more sauce out on it, the shift manager and crew were laughing and looking our way Eventually handing us a fresh burger When we went to eat it, it was absolutely drenched with sauce and inedible. Would like to give no stars! Poor customer service, staff are ALWAYS rude, never polite, no manners when serving you. Zero food quality, food is ALWAYS cold, stale, drinks that should be cold are warm or food is missing from order. Number of times I have seen staff members touch their face (nose or mouth) then will grab a ice cream cone or a cup to fill it up with a drink and place the lid on top without washing or using hand sanitizer. THEY ARE HOPELESS ALL THE TIME! Not once, not twice, but SIX TIMES in the last month not adding extras that have been paid for. Aaliyah and raven provided the best costumer service I’ve seen at a McDonald’s franchise, they had provided me with 5 star quality service and deserve a raise. The effort and hard work they provided to ensure the best Maccas meal was outstanding. I would like to personally thank them for brightening up my day, they deserve a raise. Good on you guys for training up such a loving crew.

7 times out of 10 you get put in a parking bay, 8 times out of 10 they get something wrong and 10 times out of 10 your fries are only 3/4 full. Staff are hit and miss, some are lovely and others could do with more customer service training. I feel as though this McDonald's is more concerned with their stats/times, than they are with providing quality service to their customers.

Everytime I’ve been to this McDonald’s at night we wait a ridiculous amount of time. They seem to be understaffed with one person running from the pay window to the food window. The orders always seem to get confused with someone else’s or we end up with missing items or ingredients. Can barely hear through the speakers and the order takers often misunderstand us.

Paralowie maccas used to be decent, this store has become an absolute joke. This place is useless. I don’t even know how many cheeseburgers I’ve gotten from here that have had all of the pickles stacked in one spot. Either that or no pickles at all. Ordered an iced chocolate but when I got it, it looked like a long black because the chocolate was so strong. Definitely talking to the manager next time I go in.

This place ALWAYS give us both drinks as coke with sugar and just press the button down for no sugar but never makes the no sugar drink. This is a huge health issue as my girfriend is diabetic and they're giving it to us saying its no sugar, when they just make the one with sugar.

the service here was absolutely atrocious, the manner of which my burger was handled was disgusting, it seemed to be just thrown in there. I have no words, still waiting for an email from McDonald’s I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s only because this isn’t the first encounter I have had with them but sometimes you got to take the good with the bad.

I’ve come to this McDonalds all the time, great customer service, fresh food and very friendly and kind manners from the workers

Majority of staff are friendly. The service is disappointingly slow and my order was not correct. However my Big Mac meal deal with Caramel Sundae was good. Wheelchair ♿ parking and access is available

Order happy meal and crispy chicken salad with extra chicken and parmesan cheese. Got told to wait at the waiting bay..waited for 20 mins to end up with wrong order and no drinks..

Hands down worst mcdonalds in adelaide. Mr mcdonalds would've flipped his lid at this type of service back in the day

Not great at getting your order right. No care taken in food preparation waited in carpark for 10 minutes for what came in photo. Payed good money for this!!??

This morning we purchased two large coffees through the drive through they tasted burnt and horrible. Usually they are not too bad. Very disappointing.

They gave me diarrhoea, so the food must have been good. Currently, no one dines in at Macca's. Not a single soul.

Nice to see a clean toilet. Thank you. Someone takes pride in their work. Much appreciated.
