Posting on behalf of my girlfriend Jacqueline's car sale experience. Ive had experience in dealing with the sales manager for previous vehicle purchases and this one went pretty straight forward. We felt as though Jaimie gave us a good price on the 2018 Audi Q3 we purchased. Vehicle was low km, impeccable interior and free of accidents or major service visits. High quality vehicle sold to us. Prices on extended warranty right now are high as well as are financing rates so thats always difficult. If there was one area for improvement it would be having a better system for test driving vehicles. Waiting 20min because of not being able to find the right screw for a D plate or not having enough fuel in the vehicle to test drive. Very minor and would not deter us from ever buying a vehicle here. Our business in the finance office was quick and we weren't pushed to purchase anything extra that we didnt need. This was appreciated. 4.5* rating from us. Would happily go back for another vehicle purchase. Extra credit given here for allowing us to do our down payment in an effort free manner!

Well I have waited 8 months to write this because I thought I would give them a chance. I bought a Ford Edge in March and part of the deal was that I get the part for the door handle that was missing and that the slight shake in the steering be fixed with an alignment. This car was safetied. When I took it in for the alignment the part for the door was not ordered, the seals were falling off the doors, the shake was from the tires being so bad and bald they all needed replacing. The battery had to be replaced because even leaving the car door open for 5 min kills it this I had to find out the hard way after my 90 day warranty was up. Basically take the car you are considering buying somewhere before you buy it because their safety is not worth the paper it is written on. I wouldn’t even have written this if they got me the part for my door after I called 5 or 6 times. Not to mention they kept me at the dealership for almost 8 hours when I was purchasing because it was months end. The manager of the shop/service Center at mcnaught is the only person I would trust there.

Purchased 2016 hyundai Tucson on June 22, 2022, when purchasing the vehicle i was promised that there will services done on the car such as Acceleration lagging, blind spots not working and sounds coming underneath the steering, but once I purchased i was told to see a hyundai dealership to get it fixed, i mean whats the point of promising for a services then, they have this 160+ safety inspection but after i took the car the lifting jack was found broken, the vehicle had transmission issue and after 1 year driving the vehicle the transmission was ceased , taking it to a local mechanic they said the transmission was rebuild which means before purchasing it the vehicle had this issue and just to sell it out they just somehow managed to turn down the engine check light. To be honest i am upset with there honesty. Charging high price and providing broken vehicle doesn’t make sense, recommend not to purchase from this outlet

I was recently in need of a car to replace my 19 year old Chrysler 300M and thought I would give McNaught Auto Outlet a try, having seen on a billboard that they have 500 cars in stock. I had one special requirement...the car would need to be suitable for my wife to ingress/egress without difficultly, as she's developed mobility problems. Sales rep. Angeleka and manager John both did an awesome job of trying to come up with a suitable fit, and were polite and patient with me during the process. In the end, I took home a 2020 Nissan Kicks which both my wife and I are most happy with. Based on this experience, I highly recommend McNaught Auto Outlet as a most pleasant and helpful place to shop for a car.

My parents were the victims of vandals who completely torched and totaled their car. They are in their v80s. A few days later, my father who was very ill died. We needed to get my mom a cat and thought we had found it in the many ads of this vehicle being sold by this dealership. We text with the salesperson and explained our circumstances and that we did not have much time as we are dealing with alot of other things and asked to have carfax etc ready and were told it would be. We get there and are told the car is not even there it was sold already. Classic bait and switch. Walked out very upset. Unbelievable that we would not be told it was sold and that it is still advertised despite this.

This is an updated review after originally detailing a negative experience. The sales manager Jaimie has since reached out to us and offered to make things right for us. Mistakes happen and I am happy to see that Jaime is willing to do what it takes to make his customers happy with their experience at McNaught. Our salesman, Chen, was awesome to deal with. He was honest and knowledgeable about the vehicles we tested. We were extremely happy with the price we paid for our new vehicle as well as the trade in value we received. We have only had our vehicle for a few days but so far we love it!

Bought a car here is December 2022. Sales experience was good but the after sale interactions have been awful. Dealership was notified right away that a tire was missing after they changed over to winter tires for me. Multiple follow ups including an in person visit all I got was a list of excuses as to why they hadn't "sourced" a winter tire for my car. The most simplistic task of ordering a tire has turned into 3 months of wasted time and effort for a tire they didn't return to me, unbelievable. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. It has a terrific atmosphere and a great sales team to boot. Phillip R. was the sales person that I had the pleasure of dealing with and he made for a very comfortable experience. He guided me in both seeing what I would get for my old car and helping me find what kind of vehicle would be the best fit for me in the current market. I'll be visiting Phillip at McNaught for all my future pre-owned vehicle needs.

He was amazingly respectful, kind, and thoughtful throughout the process, he went above and beyond in providing options that not only help me get a vehicle but also will help me improve my credit history. The experience at McNaught Auto Outlet dealership was outstanding! Best costumer service I’ve ever had before! The guys here are honest and very helpful, Ben , Mike - top guys, made a great deal and now we are driving the vehicle we love!
