Being a customer over three years. I am sure they are professional and know my skin even better than I do. I almost tried all of their services and found they were mostly helpful. My skin is oily this needs more often skincare and treatments. They always provide decent advice, not just about to letting me purchase, but to suggest my daily attentions. Go with them for a couple of services and you should see an improvement gradually. Just my personal experience. People are aging, and at least to keep the current skin quality is better than getting things bad without taking care of it. Also skin types are different from each other. Not necessarily to purchase packages, but talk to them and you’ll definitely get some knowledge about your skin if you did not know much. They are way better than just google how and what. If you’re satisfied with the consultation, it is really worth trying to have some treatments with them.

I had such a great experience at Me Spa. The staff are incredibly courteous and welcoming. I was greeted by Eunice and she is so knowledgable about the services. She made recommendations to the treatments based on what I wanted to improve. I purchase a package that was offered during their holiday promo. I am so happy with the experience so far. I’ve read such great reviews about their facials and I now understand why. I would definitely book more facials in the future here. I also had picosure done by Jason, and I was very confident in his expertise and how much client education he provided. It was very thorough and informative. The Microneedling and aqua facial was done by Hannah and she has magical hands! I really enjoyed my overall experience here and I look forward to booking more.

I've been going to this Spa at this location (Yonge) as well as the Bloor location for over 10 years. Even after different managements, this place is amazing!! My face used to be horrible. I had a lot of acne and sensitive dry skin but they really helped me with that over the years. My skin is now almost flawless and I'm more confident now going out without makeup. They have other services other than different facial treatments and I'm looking forward to try out their full body massages soon. I actually live over an hour away from both locations but to me it's worth the travel. I recommended a lot of my friends and family (guys included) to come here previously and they all love and enjoy it. Try this place out even for a day for yourself to relax or a date with a friend.

3/5: I received the "Velvet" Treatment ($145, 75 minutes). I didn't notice any visible results from this treatment right after nor any visible results a few days after. Aka, there was no typical facial "glow", extra moisture or softness. During the treatment, my face was steamed and cleaned and then a face mask that felt like a large sheet mask was applied. I was given a neck and shoulder massage which was extremely relaxing. Then, I waited there with the face mask for ~10 minutes by myself. I likely wouldn't recommend this service again as the results were the same as me doing a Korean sheet mask at home. 5/5 Service: The receptionist and esthetician were extremely welcoming and nice! They explained each facial well and recommended a facial for my skin type.

Me and my wife have been with them for many years here before they changed their name. We are overall satisfied with their service quality and their friendly manners of all time. Cannot understand why there suddenly pops up many similar ghostwriters leaving subjective biased words. Imo it's okay to comment on their services and attitudes either in a good or bad way, but it is not so appropriate to just vent their resentments. Staff there are welcoming, professional, supportive and easy to negotiate with. If you do want immediate results after one treatment, please find some genuine plastic surgery. This place helps to manage the skin quality and to protect our faces and bodies. Rome is not built in one day. :)

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Bloor St. location today. I had a Snow White facial, and it was truly a luxurious experience. The esthetician, Hanah was gentle and attentive, making sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. The treatments were top-notch and left my skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated. Overall, I would highly recommend Me spa to anyone looking for a pampering and rejuvenating experience. The staff is professional. Sojin is the best with costumer service. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various treatments and products that they offer, the atmosphere is inviting. I can't wait to return for my next appointment!

Update to their reply: the receptionist showed me pictures of before and immediately after different treatments offered here. I am just very disappointed that I thought I had a $300 problem and then was told I have a $1500 problem. That’s very substantial and I was under the impression (because of pictures of results) that I would be benefiting a LOT more. Original:This is what $300 gets you - absolutely nothing. They have you pay in advance so that when you go in for your appointment they can tell you that it’ll actually take 5 $300 appointments for you to see change. I did the skin rejuvenation + pore control + lifting treatment. If you have $300 spend it on a dermatologist don’t come here.

I have been going there monthly for the past year and a half. This is by far the best place. The treatment and massage are fantastic, and compared with other places, they don't put a mask on your face and leave you alone for a while. This is a full, non-stop hour and half treatment. The place is also very pretty and modern. It is truly a relaxing place and no door banging if you have experienced it like me in another place. You can't get better than Korean facial treatments at this location.

Had been coming here for over a decade and seen the service deteriorate dramatically in the last 2 years under new management. They have significantly cut down steps in their facial treatments. Increased their facial treatment prices dramatically. Its a joke they even surviving doing the bare minimum they are doing. Creams used during facials are out of giveaway sample sachets. Sadly its been reduced to a money making machine with inexperienced aestheticians. Beware!

I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm pretty happy with this place. Spa is always clean, staff are very nice. Plus they always recommend me products or treatments based on my skin concerns. I've gotten facials in Korea before and this place is just as good, if not better. Just recently tried their newest treatments (skin rejuvenation, pore control and lifting). They said it'll take some time. I'm feeling my skin is getting healthier.

Had an amazing service at Me Spa. The receptionist was very hospitable. Was treated by Dr. Helen and Hannah. Very professional. Had an initial consultation and then a very relaxing treatment. They seem to have authentic Korean cosmetic products and felt very good on the skin. No irritation at all. Think I fell asleep in between. Reasonable prices. Will surely recommend for some much needed self care for everyone these days.

My best friend and I have been coming to this spa for many years now, just to have our occasional facial bestie pampering! ‍♀️ The receptionist is very friendly and we usually select the facial packages. The facial ladies are very gentle and they will also do a bit of a shoulder and scalp massage during it. We always find ourselves coming out so relaxed with glowing skin. I have been getting facials here for at least 5 years getting facial treatments every 3-4 weeks. Missed them a lot during Covid times and happy to be back. The attention of detail, quality of massage, high quality cosmetics - and, most importantly, results are amazing. Every time I walked out, my face is toned and the skin is glowing.
