VERY BAD !!! The women at the checkout was RUDE!! Very accusatory of someone "throwing" their ID at her and she could see that the man was struggling with his ID as she was rushing him and it fell on the counter. She's lucky the person still bought something the way she yelled out about it 3x in the store even AFTER the man picked up the ID and apologized - she still was fussing about it THE WHOLE STORE COULD HEAR- such a good area BUT POOR staff beware of the evil lady behind the counter, she needs to be replaced - DONT GO THERE !!!

I felt weird asking for help because everyone was working on separate projects of their own and not really manning the floor. When I walked in I got a "Hi" from all the staff, but it was very low energy, no one looked up to offer help, and everyone just seemed really drained.

Would have given 5 stars if not for the staff. But deserves zero stars, only for the staff. Great selection of liquors, great. Asked for some favorite whiskey selections and what preferred top shelf rye would be...I literally had 2 beers 2

Wow! That is a high class ABC store! It is beautiful. It was remodeled and redesigned. The floor are gorgeous and the displays and signage make finding what you need a snap. Excellent customer service. Lots of parking. Easily accessible.

I felt like this place was home. Now I know a liquor store shouldn't be home, but the customer service felt like family and the setting was homely. A little difficult turning in because of traffic, but once I got there I was pleased

Clean. Affordable. Hate they never have shots of liquor though. I like to buy an assortment of goods especially during the holiday. Friendly staff. Definitely need to stock up. But over all great brands and an organized store.

This is a state liquor store, so there are Mask Nazis as required by the state. It is disquieting to walk in the door of a business with a smile, only to be scolded because you don't have a diaper on your face.

this store is a joke. you guys might want to fix your credit card terminals, telling people you cant run a visa card as a credit and forcing debit pins is insane not to mention illegal. thanks for nothing.

Looking for a particular bourbon and visited three different stores and Mecklenburg county. This one by far had a better choice than the other two but still was not able to find where I was looking for.

Something needs to be done about people parking in front of the liquor store blocking traffic there's ample parking spaces why can't police be present there like liquor stores in minority communities?

The black woman at the counter is trash. Very petty and rude a guy in front of me didn’t get carded but she hounded me for mines. I’m 42 years old makes no since. Will not go back here.

Wonderful as always! Need to raise the sign at the street and make it taller. the trees have grown tall and will cover the ABC sign when the leaves come back in the spring...
