Medicare Hospital at Marol Naka, Andheri East is well equipped with all the latest machines and medical accessories. Doctors , nurses and all the staff members are best qualified and good natured . It's well maintained and hygienic. I was operated there twice in the Medicare Hospital. Firstly in November 2014 I had met an accident in Delhi and had severe fractures in my foot and head injuries. The wounds were deep and I was operated after 36 hours of accident. I was very scared for the consequences of late surgery. But the skilled surgeon had assured for the success of operation and fixing implants with rods and screws for joining the crushed bones. I was hospitalized for 7 days. During surgery and post I was taken utmost care under supervision of Dr. Zubair Sorathia, the orthopedic surgeon and owner of the hospital. Operation was successful and within a year I was able to walk properly. I was operated second time in 2018 for removal of the implants fixed. I was there in hospital for two days and successfully rods and screws were removed. I got my reimbursement through Mediclaim policy. Now I'm perfectly alright. Thanks Almighty Allah. Giving one star for a reason. I went there because some muscle in my back got stretched a few days back. 1. Initial experience was that the doctor is not there, hence, OPD has not started yet; even though it was supposed to start 30 minutes ago as I had called them before going. 2. After meeting the doctor, Immediately he prescribed 6 medicines to eliminate the pain without actually prescribing any scans. 3. When I asked him whether X-Ray should be done before prescribing the medicines, he asked me to get X-Ray as well as MRI scan done. And then he added 2 more medicines for some reason. 4. And of course, he referred to a place where they will give ‘discounts’ for the MRI scan. 5. Throughout my time, neither the doctor nor the staff let me see my file. I asked 2-3 times to at least let me see my file. They said, please pay first. Then I offered them my phone to keep (maybe as a token of guarantee that I won’t run away with the file). Only then they gave me the file and asked immediately to pay. So yeah, one-star!

I am really impressed by the service provided by the staff. And my special tanks to the simple and sober Mr Dawood bhai. Who was so Humble and approachable and heard my case and provided and guided me for the correct treatment. I know this person himself is Shifaa who meets him. He is such a sweet person. He is the owner of the hospital ( but simple look and great personality) his son Dr Zubair Sorathia is M S Ortho. Who is also the Director and Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Medicare Hospital. My best wishes and dua for having a good heal to those who visit and treat them self at the hospital. Very few Doctors to find this era who would say dnt worry of the cost ...God willing he gave me this opportunity to heal you....some powerful boost where u know ure on the track to recvery.. Very worst experience would suggest not to visit for physiotherapy. My mom she had got operated in month of March'19, plaster was removed after 2month when it got totally healed from Holy Spirit Hospital,we started with physiotherapy from Medicare hospital as it was nearby to us. There Dr. Chetna Shetty sorry if I say her a Dr. I would say Mrs. Chetna shetty while performing physiotherapy she broke another bone of the same hand due to immense pressure what she had put. (Done on 18th May) she herself suggested to get the x-ray we have all the proof, But this lady is not ready to accept her fault & this is not the first case I have seen in Medicare hospital this type of Doctor they have.They r just there to mint money not to cure the patient. Kindly close the hospital & get into another business where u can mint money.

Medicare hospital, marol Naka , Andheri East, is one the best hospital in the vincity. Today by the Grace of almighty Allah me and my husband are alive and breathing because of Dr. Zubair Sorathia (ortho) and his team for their prompt action and necessary line of treatment. Not only that Dr. Zubair left no stone unturned while treating us. We had met with a major accident on national highway at night, though i had option of big hospital but we opted for Medicare hospital, marol Naka. It was worth because apart from doctor his staff, nurses were very co operative, since it was a painful and long duration they ensured peaceful and comfortable stay during hospitalisation. My one of the reason for taking treatment there was because it is also affordable. I wish Dr. Zubair Sorathia and his staff all the very best.

Poor. Fraud. They have described the hospital where bone surgery and hip replacement are done but when you visit the hospital they say it's a small nursing home and they can't perform the surgery there. And they directly refer the patients to criticare , etc hospital or to any bmc hospital. And they charge 800 Rs. For that . This is a fraud hospital. If u don't have the facilities why do u have a board saying that bone surgery and hip replacement are done here. Just so that you can lure the patient inside and refer them somewhere else and earn 800-1000 just for saying that. We even asked the receptionist if the hip replacement is done there, and she said yes , when she could have directly informed us there. Just a way of earning money without even doing anything.

Medicare Hospital is one of the Best hospitals I have come across when it comes to treatment. Dr. Zubair Sorathia always consult his patients whole heartedly. It is very important that one should provide proper guidance and I have personally experienced appropriate solution here at Medicare Hospital. I will be highly obliged especially to Dr. Zubair Sorathia and Dr. Mahera Sorathia for their valuable efforts in treating my parents whenever they were admitted to hospital. One of the Best Gynaecologist Dr. Archana is available at Medicare Hospital. Even Maushi's , workers and staffs are really helpful. Highly recommended. Last but not the least I am deeply indebted to Dr. Zubair Sorathia and Dr. Mahera Sorathia for their help.

Dr. Zubair Soratia is very caring and informative. This being my third experience getting treatment from Dr Zubair. I was once suggested having plates and screws to fix my fractured arm, I referred Dr Zubair who said that line of treatment was really not required and just a plaster followed by exercise after plaster removal would suffice. One of the few doctors I have come across who suggest and explain the situation and does not prescribe unnecessary line of treatment. The latest experience being that of my daughter who suffered Ligament Tear at the ankle, the treatment was well explained and successfully completed. I strongly recommend Dr. Zubair to all

Unprofessional and Irresponsible service. We had an appointment with Dr Zubair at11:30am. It was booked over the website WhatsApp number. The doctor's hours were 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Ramadan). We arrived at 11:10 a.m., and the doctor arrived at 11:20 a.m.- 1 hour 30 mins late After waiting 30 minutes, we asked the receptionist that my appointment time has been passed and we have not been called as yet. And we've been told that there is no appointment system in place; it's only first come, first served service and we'll have to wait another 1 hour. Very disappointing service it was We could not planned our day because of his appointment.

Bad experience, staff not cooperative. Dnt care about the patient who is sitting for last 1 hr with the back pain. Disgusting....Reached at 5pm to meet Dr. Zubair . The receptionist told me he'll be free in 5mins then I can go .Waited for atleast 1hr asked the receptionist again . But she had no answer. So without showing to the doctor I left . Most important thing that irritated me was at the reception pizza party and chit chatt was on . They dnt bloody care about the patients who are sitting there in pain . Dr. Zubair and each and every staff of Medicare Hospital are so friendly and cooperative that even a serious surgery looks a minor cut as they make you feel being at home. I got operated here and was admitted for 4 days and trust me everything went so smoothly that it felt that we were thr for few hours. The best thing about Dr. Zubair is his talks, he literally hypnotise the patients with his talks and smile and simultaneously he operate or do the treatment and we forget about the treatment/operation in midst of his talks. Hii....very good doctor...I knw him fr the last 21 yrs....he operated me back in 2002....for my broken arm with german plates and till date I dnt face any issues with my forearm....and I visited him recently fr back issue....suggested me a few tests and physiotherapy and I feel much better now.....very friendly and straight to the point.....I would definitely recommend everyone with bone issues visit Medicare hospital......but I feel the reception staff needs to be more mannered they keeping gossiping among themselves rather than attending the customers ..

One of the Best Orthopedic Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai. Hospital is really very good with all modern facilities. All doctors and staff are very helpful. Exactly a year ago both parents of mine had been admitted here for a major ortho surgery during Covid period when NO hospitals were ready to carry out surgeries. Dr. Zubair and his team did an excellent job and conducted successful surgeries on both of them. Special thanks to Dr. Zubair Sorathia.

Dr. Archana Mayekar is the best Gynecologist in Marol. Dr. Mahera Sorathia is best for Sonography in Marol. Few staff were a little rude but compared to more positive experience that negative can be negligible. The overall experience was good. I'll recommend this hospital specially for 1st baby delivery because they assure you 90% chances of normal delivery which is quite different compared to other hospitals.

Since we have a manufacturing unit we have had medical emergencies a couple of times and everytime we have rushed to Medicare as the doctors n staff believe in attending the person on priority and Dr.Zubair not only attends to their physical wounds but also counsels them so that their trauma from the accident is minimized . Medicare is a multispecialily hospital with all excellent doctors under one roof.

Hospital staff is good. But Some doctors behaviour is not coperative. My father had brain stroke but doctor even does not recognise and gave us wrong medication after that senior doctor shifted our patient after 12 hrs of admission. Even for medical reimbursement we had not received any help from hospital doctor. If your patient has any emergency please dont visit this hospital.

We visited hospital last week for severe back pain, since one year I was under orthopaedics medication but no relief, I almost lost hope then my friend suggested to visit physio Dr. Chetna at Medicare . Mobilisation and back specific exercises suggested by her gave me immediate relief in just few days.

It is a nice little bone and joint treatment point. Nice service and not very expensive treatment. It is neat, however, small in size to be called a hospital. It is located right next to HP petrol station near Mahol Naka metro station. Overall, it is a nice treatment point with affordable prices.

Pathetic experience. They are thiefs. They will give you huge list to bring medicines,IV, injections from outside,once you bring it,they will steal some of those IV, injection etc in our absence. Highly unprofessional and rude staff,specially the nurses are very arrogant. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
