If the reviews to this doctors office weren’t enough of a reason to prove why it shouldn’t be open then here’s another. I went in the other day after a phone call from MCI clinic. They were unable to help due to the doctor in need not being in. They were amazing and referee me to a couple different walk In clinics near by. One of which being the medi Center. The lady actually was able to phone the medi Center directly and spoke with her, then provided me information that medi Center would be happy to see me and figure out my situation. I then called the medi Center… this was their first problem. Whoever they have as their receptionist, needs to not work with people. She is horrible. I’ve Honeslty never met a more stuck up rude lady. Upon the phone call she simply answers the call (3:10pm) and says hi yes we aren’t taking anymore walk ins and goes to hang up. I then proceeded to explain that I was the individual that mci sent over. She then started to speak about my matter rudely and explaining how I’d have to pay and that it wouldn’t be an option without the dr seeing me. I said yes I am aware and just wanted to speak to the dr. She then said you have less than 10 mins to get to the doctors office then if I want help and hung up. I was very upset by the way this was handled especially after the mci clinic was so nice to me. Upon arrival the exact same thing happened. The lady at the front desk started getting angry and mad that I even showed up. But she told me to arrive. I explained I’m not upset I’m unsure why she is and said I don’t mine waiting I just want to see the dr. Then another lady who is a nurse at this clinic decided to walk over. Fortunately, her name is Barb. So long story short the receptionist is lucky I didn’t catch a name. However I’ll be looking into it farther. Barb handled this situation slightly better however still extremely rude. I could hear her from the office in the back speaking with the Dr poorly about me and how MCI clinic is awful. Then barb comes out after speaking with me goes on to explain that they are extremely frustrated with MCI and they chose to refuse to accept patients sent from there. Due to my personal situation. I don’t care they couldn’t help me. But get a new lady to work receptionist. Their role is to talk to people. I don’t know why she was hired if she can’t even do that. As for barb. She could work on her professionalism. Speaking poorly about a patient with the dr in the back to the point where I can hear it. Then getting mad at me cause of her frustration with another clinic. Ridiculous. I would like to speak to someone higher up immediately.
I have been a patient of this clinic since 2015, having a regular doctor is important to me for a number of reasons. A regular doctor means that my medical history is known and there is someone I can rely on to make sound medical decisions on my behalf. Having my own doctor also means I believe they have my back, which brings me to the reason I have left this clinic and my doctor. I went in to have a medical for my drivers license, all was going well until the hearing test my doctor felt I needed more testing and sent me for a hearing test. I was okay with this although having a doctor also meant that they were aware I had been battling ear infections and partly blocked ears which was restricting my hearing. So bear in mind the cost for a drivers medical is already $140.00, when my results came back my hearing had lessened however it was within acceptable limits. Instead of just approving the hearing section of the medical, I was forced to make a new appointment which was cancelled, they said they would squeeze me in the next day which they did in between other patients, all to say that a 20- 30 minute appointment used up over an hour of my time. And to top this all off they charged me another $50.00 on top of the $140.00 I had already paid. I have not given my doctors name because I do not know if this was a clinic policy or my own doctors idea, so much for doctors having your back. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you are looking for a new doctor or just a walk-in medical clinic. I remember when being a doctor was about more than just making money.
I love Dr. Haywood, but I am extremely frustrated with the front desk staff. My daughter has had a cough since October that we were prescribed an inhaler for. The cough still hasn't gone away so I called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment to see Dr. Haywood. The girl at the front desk told me she's fully booked for the next 3 weeks and that I would be better off to come in on the Sunday for the walk in. They told me to be there for 3:30 to register so I can be seen right away. I drag my daughter all the way there that Sunday only to be told that they are closing early and Dr. Haywood isn't in. I explained how I was TOLD by the front desk to come in instead of booking an appointment. I asked if I can book an appointment then so I can get my daughter in, she gave me the same nonsense answer as the last person. Told me to come back next week for the walk in. So we did. I got there at 3:30 to register just like they told me, yet this time I was told it would be a 1.5-2 hour wait. Annoyed, I said fine, my kid needs to be seen. We left to go kill time in walmart since my daughter is only 19 months and sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours isn't ideal. She told us to come back at 5. I came back at 5 and was told by yet ANOTHER girl that it was still going to be at least an hour. I was so fed up, I just walked out. Needless to say, I am in need of a new family doctor.
I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I ended of leaving this doctors office in tears. First of all, I called in that morning and asked if I could get a refill on a prescription i needed asap. The receptionist assured me that I could come in after 5 p.m. and have my prescription refilled. I rushed there after work only to find out that Dr. Shawluck is only accepting 10 patients for the evening. I've had this prescription before and the pharmacist next door just needed his SIGNATURE to refill my perscription. The receptionist spoke to Dr. Shawluck who sent her back and told me very loudly in front of everyone that I should probably "see a doctor as soon as possible". That's why I'm there and why I booked an appointment! Keep in mind that the condition for which I needed the prescription for was causing me severe pain and they were fully aware of that when they turned me away. They told me I could come back in four days when my regular doctor returned. By that time I knew the worst of my "condition" would have already passed and there would be no point in refilling my prescription. I suffered through the pain because a doctor couldn't help me by taking 2 minutes to sign a piece of paper. Dr. Mohammed is great but the rest of the doctors and staff here are heartless morons.
Went in with high hopes because my family doctor had no openings for a while. The wait time was as they had predicted when I first came in, so no complaints about that, but the actual time with the doctor was ridiculous. I came in for a swollen eye I had dealt with for over a month, wanting to figure out if it was allergies, a stye, etc. The doctor took a look and said "Well I don't see a stye or anything." To which I asked then why it was swollen, and was told "Well, I don't really see anything. It doesn't look swollen to me." Totally shocked at the lack of help or advice on what to do, he got me to leave. I spent around 5 minutes with him. The next day, I headed to the Walmart pharmacy nearby and asked about it, and the pharmacist suggested a certain type of eye drops and some procedures to do at home to relieve the discomfort, and behold! In 3 days, the swelling was completely gone. I don't recommend this clinic unless it is an absolute emergency, because they obviously aren't too concerned about their patients.
Dr Haywood is awesome. Very personable and patient, she takes the time to listen to your concerns (hard to find sometimes). The reception staff members are so good with my little guy! they always give stickers or bubbles, so cute! The wait times are some of the shortest I have experienced but obviously sometimes they are busy and they're a bit longer. Some of the reviews on here are laughable. Of course you have to wait sometimes, and of course there are going to be times when you have to wait for an appointment. To the people who are saying they feel like they don't matter when they don't get in that very instant: do you think you matter more than everybody else that has scheduled before you? Should everybody else be pushed aside because you need to get in? think about what you're saying for a second. They stop taking more people at certain times (even if they're open longer) to ensure they have time to see the people that are already there and so they're not still seeing people at 2am.
It has been a long time since I have been able to quickly get an appointment with a family physician. Not so with Dr. Maseehuddin Mohammed! I was in dire straits when I was able to quickly get an appointment with Dr Mohammed. Within minutes of sitting in a treatment room, the doctor entered. He patiently listened to me and consoled me with his kind words and amicable personality. Dr. Mohammed sent me for lab tests. From the lab tests some answers were found. Dr Mohammed called me at home, explained the results and put a plan in place to move forward. With each step we consult with each other. His guidance is clear, follow up information is thorough. He provides a safe environment for me to present questions and he happily responds. When in the presence of Dr. Mohammed, or communicating by phone, I feel like I am talking to a friend, and have the freedom to be and express who I am. I have nothing but praise for this gentille soul.
I found the secretary and the nurse at this location extremely kind and helpful. So things were going well at my first visit to a medicentre. But I was shocked with how rude and unprofessional Dr. K. Shwaluk was when it was time to see me. He took a "look" in my mouth to see if there was any signs of infection. He might as well been standing 10ft away from me with binoculars for the 2 seconds that he spent "examining " Then went on to throw medical terms at me for 5 minutes just to tell me I should feel better in 2 to 3 to 10 days ... He also told me I can " go to medical school if I want " If your not feeling well avoid this doctor at all costs. He gave off the feeling that he hates his job, doesn't enjoy working with people, and just wants to show you to the door as fast as he can.
One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. They refused to tell me over the phone if my results were in, forcing me to leave work early to go in and find out that my results weren't even back yet. When I finally got the results back, the doctor contradicted himself while explaining my results, so the diagnosis made no sense. He prescribed antibiotics, ultimately saying that I had strep throat. Once I finally got in to see my family doctor the next week, I found out that the doctor at the Medicentre had my diagnosis wrong. So after everything, I took antibiotics unnecessarily (which ended up being a large problem when I got strep throat a few months later and the antibiotics didn't help) and I continued going to work every day with mono. Would not recommend.
I saw Dr Haywood before in the beginning of November. She was really nice and seemed to care about my issues. She quickly solved it. She told me that if it happened again to contact the office and I would get in right away. I had the problem again and decided to call in this morning. I spoke with a lady named Rebecca, who was very passive aggressive. She took my personal health care number and I told her what the problem was. I told her that I had the same problem in November and Dr Haywood said if it happens again to call in and I would be seen to right away. The soonest I can get in is in 13 days! 13 days! As nice as Dr Haywood is, I am going somewhere else to see a doctor when I have something wrong. I don’t like feeling like I don’t matter.
Had my son into a different doctors office the previous day and was told his fever and rash was fine and its nothing to worry about...the doctor spent most of the time looking at his computer and about 10 seconds looking at my son. We decided to bring him to Medicentre the following day as it's right near our house. There were about 7 people in the waiting room ahead of us and within the hour we were brought in. Dr. Stephanie Dueck looked over him very throughly, correctly diagnosed his illness and prescribed us the proper antibiotic. The next day my son is feeling much better, his fever has gone down and he is back to his normal playful self. Great job by Dr. Dueck and an overall good experience at Medicentre.
Doctor does not have any patients still they are not accepting any more walking patients.. would never come at this location if their other location has not advertised that McKenzie location opens untill 10pm. Will never come here again. Before displaying any signs it would be better if you honour your own hours. It is not fault of receptioninst it the fault of Doctors and management. I was told 2 other patients are coming i asked can i wait if they do not show up. I was literally told NO, doctor will not accept. Super annoyed when you are sick and you have to roam around the city to see doctor.. I hope this will help Management to improve their self.. (date july 25 2018 time 8:00clock to track )
Went in there March 13, 2023 saw a doctor told him I was not having any urinary tract infection symptoms, as I get those often. He said yes I do cause there was blood in my urine, I knew it was not, obviously did not test my urine and gave me a prescriptions! He said ‘’even if it was a kidney problem that prescription would resolve it.’’ Googled the prescription which said will not work for kidney problems. Called the Heath Link explained everything to her she said go into the hospital right away. Went to the hospital had all test done, turns out, it’s a kidney stone. Will not ever go to this place again do not recommend it for anybody. That doctor should be reviewed.
Worst clinic ever! don't go there! the receptionist by the name Mary has zero emphaty for the people walking in. I was the first person walking into the clinic and NOBODY was there when she said it is a 3 hours wait! She said that the doctor is always busy that he don't see walkins. Then she said Medicentre is not a walking clinic (but your door sign, internet and etc said that you are) another patient walked in and she said we are busy go to emergency! but I was the only patient in the waiting area. Mary doesn't have any training on how to do her job and she is representing Medicentre. Go to another clinic so you can be treated like a human being.
We went in with our one year old on Saturday because she had a bad cough, really stuffy nose and pink eye. The doctor barely looked in her ears (literally maybe a second). He gave us a prescription for drops and sent us on our way. Her cough and nose still continued and began to get progressively worse. I was able to get her in to see a doctor at our family clinic today (Tuesday) turns out she has an ear infection. If this doctor had looked in her ear for more than a second she could be almost half way through her antibiotics by now. I don’t think we will be going back there.
Receptionist (belive her name was Marci) just hung up on me when I was still talking kindly asking for assistance on how to cancel an appointment, I was trying to cancel online but the website comes up with an error. She did say that they can't cancel appointment and just hung up insted of offer another solution. As I can see from the reviews about this place and reviews about the receptionist. You think something would of been addressed by now. Please fix ur website so people are able to cancel appointments so if free up time or for other people.
Dr Haywood is amazing. The problem is whoever does their bookings has no idea what they're doing. Every appointment that I have made has been messed up in one way or another. I have 2 children and often have to rebook appointments because the proper amount of time was not booked. While I was pregnant I had to rebook at least 2 appointments due to the wrong type of booking being made- this meant taking another afternoon off of work. Very frustrating. I would not recommend anyone go to a Medicentre clinic.
Went there with kidney pain , the doctor took a sample and confirmed blood in it and told me I had a UTI . Gave me some meds and sent me on my way. I have had UTIs in the past and told him this felt nothing like they have before. He insisted. Two days later I am in urgent care all day long with IVs, and a serious kidney infection!! The meds he gave me wouldn’t have helped me at all. Will never go again. Thank god for the wonderful doctors that figured out why I was in so much pain !!!
Worst service ever. Long story short my time was rushed and received nothing to help me with my week and a half of ongoing coughing (haven't been able to sleep which is why I'm writing this at 3am). I have green flem (meaning infected) coming up and they gave me nothing and said I'll be fine. Also have blockage in my ear and that got looked over as well. I rarely write reviews but please if you read this don't go here. Your better to waste you time anywhere else
Every time a member of my family comes here for walk in the wait is a minimum of 90 minutes, and I'd say an average of 2 hours. On this visit we're up to a 2 hour wait, and my wife is still in the waiting room so who can say how long it's going to go. When she walked in there were exactly three people ahead of her, or so the receptionist told her. Unless each of those people were getting a full physical I simply do not see a reason for this delay.
My family and I have a family Dr at this office. It’s next to impossible to get a appointment within a week or even two. Then when you actually get in to see her she stands with her hand on the door the whole time. The admin staff as well as the employees that answer the phone when you call give misleading information that causes you to drive all the way to the office just to be turned around . Terrible staff and bad communication with patients!
Refused my son who is fully vaccinated because I won’t take him to get a rapid test before seeing the doctor virtually who won’t accept without rapid test. He has strep throat and needs antibiotics , he can’t swallow or get out of bed but wants me to drag him out to get a rapid test. When all he has to do is look at his throat and prescribe antibiotics. I thought NO ONE in this country could be refused medical care, I guess COVID changed that.
INCORRECT HOURS I needed to visit a clinic and it wasn't urgent enough to go to the ER, so after checking and double checking the open hours of this clinic (open until 9pm on a Friday) we drove in from out of town. We arrived at 7pm to a closed clinic with a hand written note stating they closed at 4pm...... How unprofessional to close a medical clinic unexpected earlier and not leave a change notice online or on the clinic's voicemail.
Worst place. Why they advertised is open until 9pm when is not. I went there today around 7:30pm because my baby was sick. The nurse came to the door and said sorry we are closed because we don't have physician available. And I was really how supposed that medical clinic works without physicians?. Also, I told her we called 811 and they send me to this walk-in clinic. Anyways, don't waste your time. 100% NOT recommended place.

The first thing they do when you show up is ask what you’re visiting for, that wouldn’t be a big deal if they weren’t asking you in the lobby. They should be asking in the private rooms as it could be sensitive matters that people are coming in for. Also I have seen them stop talking walk ins as early as 4 when they don’t even close until 9, maybe it’s time to change your signs and put something up that’s more accurate.
Went yesterday because I not feeling well and I don’t have Covid kit at home, I asked for dr.note to show my work because my job is close contact. They charge me 40$ for dr.note. Seriously 40$??? I never get charge from any clinic before very disappointed. After searching for Covid test myself I tested positive. Lucky I not going spread for people at work. Too bad I not work not make money but pay for clinic 40$!!!!!
Went there with my 7 year old in pain, he had a pulsating ear pain. With only one person in front of us that decided to let us ahead it took 1h 10min for us to leave without seeing a doctor to Children's Hospital. The staff was professional and wanted to get us taken care of. The Doctor lacked experience and must have been studying before seeing patients as over an hour per patient seems absurd.
Quickly in and quickly out as they could not do anything with my facial injury. Said they were referring me to a plastic surgeon. That was the end of July. We are now into October. I called 2 weeks ago and they said yes I should have a call any day. Still waiting. Last time I needed referral for my grandson it took 3 days for a non urgent issue. Not impressed with their lack of follow-through
Receptionist just hung up on me when I was still talking kindly asking for a notification if somebody cancel an appointment to get there before, as there are not available appointments for this month. She was very rude interrupting me saying that ".... your appointment is set for Oct 20" and hang up. She could let me finish talking and just explain that they are not able to call us for that.
Doctors are great! Especially Dr Mohammad! Reception staff needs to improve though. I had booked an appointment for 3.30pm, still waiting at 4.08pm. I would appreciate if front desk staff would inform you about long wait times especially if you have an appoinment and are not a walk in. Patients deserve a good customer service, especially if you don't feel good. Thanks
Visited the clinic after phoning over and being told they were accepting patients for another hour and thirty minutes. When we arrived (15 minutes after the call) we were told the doctor was leaving early and they refused to see us. Inexcusable behaviour to arbitrarily chose your own hours and refuse patients that we’re told they’d see a doctor
I visited this location as a walk-in and was greeted with a very warm smile. The front staff was super nice and friendly. There was a very little wait time. The doctor who attended me is one of the best. He listened to my health problem very cautiously and helped me feel much better. I am so satisfied with my visit. This location is the best!!
Dear Medicentres Family, instead of copy and paste same reply to each people, it would be better to find permanent solution in your clinic, as 90% of negative feedback about waiting so long. We all know that doctors like their patient hold in waiting room. Also people already explained their problem here why do they have to call you back?
Dr. Shwaluk is an amazing, compassionate, considerate, understanding and kind doctor. He went out of his way to ensure my recovery was progressing to his satisfaction and even reached out to me on his day off! I will definitely be returning to this clinic just to see him whenever I have any health concerns! I definitely recommend!!
If I could leave a zero rating I would. They quoted us 2 hours ans we waited over 3.5. I was in for strep throat and just meeded a prescription. They made me stand on a scale and take my weight... more nonsense followed. Worst experience yet in Calgary. First review that I have ever written... thats how frustrating this clinic is.
Not a good doctor's office especially when you can never get in to see your doctor you need important medication that your family doctor knows about you can never see your doctor and if you go in as a walk-in you get refused or else they tell you oh yes you can come in as a walk-in and when you get there all of a sudden you can't!
I have been a patient there for more than 6 years. The doctors are amazing and they always address my issues with care and give me time to explain what is going on. Dr. Mohammed also prints out more information that would be useful for my case. Also the staff is amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend going there.
This clinic provides great customer service from their receptionists to Nurses to doctors. Been in and out of this clinic (for some reasons) and how they treated me ever since remains consistent - caring and compassionate! The doctors are thorough and the nurses are amazing! I highly recommend Medicentres 130th ave.!
Terrible clinic. My daughter’s cough didn’t go away for a month, they didn’t go anywhere, when it got worse they decided to try to go to another doctor, but it was horror, the doctor listened to the lungs after two jackets and didn’t really examine it, it’s some kind of nightmare. I don't recommend it to anyone
Had an appointment with Dr Almowllad and she was by far the kindest, most caring and compassionate gynecologist I have ever dealt with. She took her time explaining everything to me and was so reassuring. She made a scary situation tolerable and makes you feel you have an ally with her. Highly recommend!!
Google said this place is open until 9. I arranged a ride (because I don't drive) only to get to this establishment and find a paper sign on the door saying they closed early. Nothing on their website or phone message said they were closed. Change your website/google to reflect your hours.
I have always had a great experience at this Medicentres location. The staff are welcoming and genuinely care. The physicians do an excellent reputation of maintaining a professional reputation with their patients and are very knowledgable. They are a great team of medical professionals!
The staff and physicians at this Medicentres location were kind and pleasant. I really appreciate that the clinic follows-up with their patients and that they are open in the evenings and on weekends. It is evident that the physicians and staff genuinely care about my family's health.
Always have had a pleasant experience at this clinic. The staff is really nice and the Doctors are very thorough and kind. The wait times have not been very long any time I have been there. The clinic waiting room is always very clean. Will definitely recommend this clinic.
I bring my whole family here. My kids are treated well, with respect and patience. I never have to wait more than 15 mins and usually I am in and out within 30 minutes. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend coming here.
I heard a lot about their services. Tried calling them at their published phone number. There was no operator to answer the phone. Moreover it was so comples phone system that it took me in loops and I got frustrated after struggling for almost 15 minutes.
Really good service. I've been here twice and both times they got me in quick, answered all my questions, got me what I needed and listened to my needs. Faster walkin service than the Superstore one, that's for certain. Very highly recommended.
My doctor at this location is amazing. The staff are friendly. My experience has only improved since my doctor has stopped taking new patients--it's much easier to get in to see her now. Very thankful for her flexibility and understanding.
Website said Medicentres was open until 10pm, showed up to see a sign on the door that they’re closed and to go to another (closes at 9pm). Got there by 745pm to be told they’re not seeing anyone. Seriously get your act together, brutal.
We have been to this walk in clinic on several occasions and have always been very pleased with both the wait time and the medical care team. The front office people are generally pleasant and helpful and we have never had to wait long.
I called ahead to confirm availability of walk in and they never answered so I went there. Upon arrival at 9:45am, they already said they were closed for walk ins… they close today at 3pm. Extremely disappointing for a walk in clinic.
The receptionist is very rude!!!! I have to work a bit late so i had to cancel my appointment last time and had to do the same again but the receptionist got mad at me its not my fault i have to pay my bills very rude!!!
Had to use the walk in clinic and the staff and dr I saw were excellent. Very friendly and professional. I had an indicent there and Tashi was amazing. Made sure I was ok before I left the office to go home. Thanks again
A very good clinic... Dr. Mohammed is the best I've seen in Canada... very dedicated in his duties.. very good in his follow up....giving excellent advice and direction to the patient.. Thank you very much Harith Alwan
Family doctor is on vacation for 3 months was never told this and no other doctor besides a walkin doctor will see me. 3hr wait. Thought the whole point of a family doc was to be seen in a timely manner. So frustrated.
I find it really unprofessional for the receptionist to ask someone “what brings them to see the doctor” in front of Everybody in the waiting room. Who wants everyone to know what brings them to see the doctor.
Pathetic front desk, They never pick the call. They will drop your call they will hang up on you but never pick the call. There are certain specific words would like to choose but just out of respect will not.
I just had a Pap test done and the dr made me feel VERY uncomfortable I got no communication with me about the test whatsoever. Definitely never coming back. I’m still uncomfortable just thinking about it.
Had an appointment with Dr. Almowllad. The best doctor I have ever met. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me a lot with my problem. I was very satisfied with my visit. 5 stars ⭐️ Dr. Almowllad.
When calling patients at home the receptionist speaks too quickly and not loudly enough to be heard. SPEAK UP and SLOW DOWN. I have a hearing issue and could not hear or understand a word they said.
Friendly staff, friendly and understanding doctors. But these wait times will mimic that of going to the hospital. On top of that, they seem pretty understaffed for weekends. 1 doctor? Yikes.
I take my son to this clinic to see Dr Daud and Dr Mohammed. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The doctors are thorough and I have never had issues booking appointments.
Absolute joke of a place. Do NOT come to this place unless you want to be rushed through like cattle. What a joke. How do places like this even exist ?? Needs to be shut down ASAP !
Booked me in for an appointment today, Dec 16 at 1:15pm. 30 minute drive due to me being stuck in the plaza, but that's not their fault, at least I was going to see a doctor.
DO NOT GO HERE. They are 100% useless. A “walk in clinic” that doesn’t accept walk-ins. Reception rude. Doctors condescending. They do not care about you. Go ELSEWHERE!
Very rude receptionist (female) but Dr Mohammed is great...I really love his service but the receptionist makes it very difficult to want to stay at this clinic.
I have always had a great experience here! Friendly staff and knowledgable physicians. Would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a family doctor.
I chooses this clinic after several good experiences as family-doctor. Short waiting times. Friendly staff. Flexible schedules. I trust my doc :-)
Went in on a Tuesday afternoon. Waited 5 minutes and saw a doctor right away. Quick assessment and got prescription needed. Good experience.
The receptionist is very rude!!!! Just hang up once I told her that the time doesn’t work for me. She is like ok bye bye and hang up!!!
Excellent treatment, support from the staff and doctor at this location. I highly recommend and will be returning in future. Thank you!
Had my stitches removed here, fast friendly service and I can't that enough, I was in and out so fast and everyone rocks here!
Haven’t made it into the clinic and it’s a one star. I had a referral for a Dr. here, the receptionist is rude and unhelpful.
Used as walk in.. I found staff to be genuine and kind. The doctor was also informative and took time to explain things to me
The doctors here are not great They don’t cAll you with results. Jsut awful. I’d rather go to the walk in by London drugs.
We like this medicentre, the doctors always take the time to understand our concerns and they’re good with children.
I've always had a great experience at this clinic. Front staff, nurses, and doctors are attentive and helpful
Do not bother to go if you have emergency. Better call them first if they have spot for walk-in.
The staff are very accommodating. Dr. Mohammed is AMAZING! So kind, caring and intelligent.
Staff have always been super friendly and helpful. Great doctors, never a crazy wait.
Dr. Abukhadir was friendly, quick and met my needs. Front staff was friendly as well
Absolute joke. The doctors here don't know how to make a appointment or read a clock
WHY CANT THIS CLINIC HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS BE EASIER TO SEMD DOCS OVER BY EMAIL
A walk in……. That doesn’t take walk ins, absolute joke. They are a disgrace
Zero respect for my time and others time. Along with being unprofessional
Always a 3+ hour wait, regardless of how little patients there are
Receptionist was helpful and the doctor was great also. Thank you
If you don’t accept walk-ins, you are not a walk-in clinic!
Super fast, very short wait. Friendly staff
