never using this service again... nothing but stuff around. someone came to look at the car and said they will send someone in the morning as they already had a car on the truck. morning came, different driver and was told that they couldn't collect the car as the driveway was too narrow for their truck (to which it wasn't) driver drove off then came back and said they were waiting for 2 other people to come and help with the car, they will be here in 30 mins. 30 mins came and the tow truck driver drove off. tried calling the company and they're ignoring my calls
