Sure, they are hard-working guys who come and move your things. Here are my issues: there is not one furniture item that has not been scratched or dented. The most frustrating part is that they damaged the baby cot. At first, it looked like just one part was scratched and got displaced. They offered me a small discount. But once I took the cot apart, it turned out the bottom part is busted in two places, a wheel from the bottom drawer got ripped out, one side of the mattress frame is broken, and parts are just missing. I emailed and called, and was told the complaint team would get back to me. A few weeks on, nothing happened, and we had to go and buy a new cot for our baby. So, if you do not mind dents, scratches, and broken furniture, these are your guys to use. After posting this, someone contacted me from the company. From the start, I was told that they are a successful company and the driver who did my job done 80+ jobs for them with no complaints. I was told that I am lying and that I broke the baby cot when I took it apart and I signed the report at the end. I did sign the report, but I told them how was I supposed to know that other parts are broken which are behind panels. I can only go by what I can see with my eyes. Again, I was told I am making this up and trying to scam them for money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told there is none. After a while, I was put on hold and they offered me an additional $150 as compensation. The cot cost $500 and I offered to send them the Ikea receipt for the new one we bought. They said they don’t care, I am lying about it all, I broke the baby cot and then she told me they are closing down soon and not using the drivers anymore??? The verdict is, if you use this company, make sure to disassemble all furniture parts in front of them and note down any damage they have done during the move. Be prepared to be called a liar if you find some damage, because you have to prove there was no damage before or it was done when you took it apart. The complaints lady who spoke to me was speaking very fast and clearly had a well-learned speech ready for complaints.

Can we please start by saying Ricky and Gary were absolutely incredible !! I’d seen All these bad reviews but something said to use this company and I’m so glad I did ! They were efficient , friendly , so careful with my furniture and other items , to be honest we have a very expensive and super heavy sofa and armchair set and the care taken to ensure they were ok was absolutely fantastic ! I will definitely be using them again if we need to move :) Thank you for the most amazing service

3 hours late from agreed time, likely because their truck broke down on the way to meeting point. Other than that everything else ran smoothly, removalists were professional and friendly, furniture and appliances taken good care of while moving, overall good experience but due to lateness gave 4 stars.

In overall very good experience, just one improvement point which is to be more on time. Understand it tends to be delayed, but this is too much as literally came after the time booked. Other than this, everything was good!
