I was at work when my deceased grandma’s piano made it’s way around the bay from mt Martha to Geelong. But my own dealings with the company through the quoting, booking and logistics were flawless. I had several online quotes. Quick Pick we’re not the cheapest, but it was close! But they took the time to introduce themselves and even sent a copy of their insurance with the quote. So I had full confidence in putting my treasured family heirloom in their hands. The pickup went without a hitch, as did the delivery where they addressed my partner by name when he met them at the door. I love professionalism like that! Old school stuff you don’t see so much anymore! Ian was so impressed with them he wanted to ring the company and give his feedback. But in this instance, such glowing praise needs to be out there!!! So when I asked him for a contribution to the review based on his experience, he said it had to include the following words: punctual, polite, friendly, expert, well-equipped, attentive and happy to help. So there it is!! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We booked this company based on Google reviews, so it's just fair to put down some notes after using them ourselves. Booking is uncomplicated and quick, an advance is taken (fully deducted after completion), reminder message is sent prior to moving day, truck arrived ahead of schedule. Movers are courteous, helpful young men and communicate well. They were respectful with our furniture and boxes of breakable stuff. Since all our things fitted into the truck, I can say that the space requirement estimation worked too. Will recommend to friends.

Fantastic movers whom I would highly recommend. Phoned a little before arriving which was nice. Got straight to work without any prompting and didn’t stop until all safely and securely in the truck. The gentleman were very polite and easy to talk to. Unloading at our newly built home was just the same, very careful of the walls and floor. Not one scratch or scrap. Super happy with our move! The guys were careful and efficient, while also being fun and friendly! Only thing I was disappointed with was the terms relating to the booking deposit - we had to move our date and lost our initial deposit. If we were cancelling I would understand but we just moved our date. That was the only thing. Everything else was exceptional!

Easiest and most efficient company I've used. Very professional, great communicators and they respect all your belongings and ensure nothing is damaged. I would recommend this company over any other. They were the only company willing to take the job as the move was much smaller and a short distance. All other companies I tried refused.
