I’ve had a dozen dentists across the states over the past 12 years with major work needed from most and it was always like a nightmare for my family and myself. I am so thankful to my previous uneducated grumpy dentist who damaged my son’s teeth which led us to Dr Adeela’s clinic. Dr. Adeela easily gets my recommendation. Few weeks ago she fixed all the mess our previous dentist did and today I had my first appointment with her and I had a fantastic experience! Everyone was super friendly and informative. She explained exactly what she was doing and showed me all of the pictures of my teeth so I understood what areas they were referring to. She cares about her patients and more importantly shows she is so professional, kind, knowledgeable and highly intelligent with attention to detail. I highly recommend her to those who have bad experience with their dentist. Good luck

After visiting 5 dentists in 17 years, I met Rupali Trehan 3 years back. I must say she loves her job with empathy and compassion besides professionalism. Her charges are super reasonable. I just had a tooth extracted by a surgeon and she personally came to clinic despite today being her off day just to comfort me. Words cannot express the gratitude for her humanly approach. Dr Adeela did the extraction and it was without pain. Even if she exercised little pressure, she was kind enough to ensure that it’s not paining and would give unaesthesia immediately Her team is very cool relaxed and caring. Her warm personality brings a personal touch and you feel that you can depend upon her professional services. She is 60 km away from my home but I always go to her when I have a problem. I don't normally write a review but the doctor I've seen today deserve one. I had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Sean Hogan. I must say he is pretty chill, relax and what amaze me is his skills. It only took less than 30mins to remove my wisdom tooth (he even joke that he needs to do it quickly as he needs to move his car and doesn't want to get a ticket.. funny but gave me confident). I went to an oral surgeon in Essendon and they advise me that this one needs to be done via GA which cost me a lot of $$$, I went to this clinic to get a second opinion and Dr. Sean says can be done on a chair. I won't hesitate to recommend this clinic especially Dr. Sean to anyone who requires a dentist. MANY THANKS TO DR SEAN for resolving my tooth problem!

Zero experience, classic dentist who sees wisdom tooth and wants to remove even when it's healthy. They can't even understand proper English. You ask a simple question and they repeat a speech without answering your question. They will only guide you to whatever they can do so they can get more money from you. Edit - to your answer, of course you can not find me, after what you did to my relative, I will not dare go to your shop. Just claiming your clinic is 5-Star shows that you want to define what you are instead of showing the truth from others. If you were really 5-Star you would admit when you do wrong and try to amend it instead of giving excuses and stating that any bad review is not believable.

The staff are pathetic imagine signing for a package at the beginning of March and knowing it's not for them but keeping it and not bothering to respond to emails stating that there has been confirmation that it was signed for and also knowing where the previous tenants are. You are thieves shame on you. Even coming into your office you denied signing for this package but when you were told there are cameras across the road and a day later get a call and you found the package. Low life scrums keeping a package for 22 days Scum bags I hope karma hits you like no tomorrow..

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at any dentist. The clinic is brand new equipped with latest instruments including the inmouth camera. I could see how the treatment was being done at various stages, calming the nerves down. Dr Rupali was very gentle, taking me step by step what was being done and explaining why. She even explained in detail the aftercare instructions. Overall a very good good experience. Highly recommend them. Even worth the 30min travel I had done to get there.

Spent $600 on 9th January 2023 and since then one of the teeth where I got filling it really hurts to eat on. Came back and could only fit me in on 30th January 2023 for a 4:30pm appointment and I went in at 5:00 pm After talking to dentist she said she would fix it I have now been back 3 times and it is still sore. Not going back I think I will need to go pay another dentist. Would NOT recommend this practice.

My appointment at Melbourne Family Dentist was a brilliant Dentist experience. The lovely staff and impressive interior made for a welcoming environment. Dr Rupali Sharma was great. Her gentle approach and informative instructions were very comforting. The equipment they used was brand new and the technology used to x-ray my teeth was extremely impressive. It's nice to know my smile is in good hands.

Dr Rupali and Dr Sean are both very dedicated and professional individuals. Their level of care was exceedingly high. I am generally a nervous dental patient but my experience at Melbourne Family Dentist was made easy and stress free due to the great professionalism expressed by the staff. I cannot reccomend and thank Dr Rupali enough.

I don’t like going to the dentist. I gag and I get very anxious. Today’s experience with Dr Sharma was brilliant. She knew how to avoid my gag reflex triggers and did a brilliant job on my tooth. I was quite calm during the whole process due to their wonderful and professional manner. They get 10 out of 10 from me.

Happy to have them in Glenroy. Dr. Rupali is great, she explains everything very clearly, is very gentle and the place has new technology so you can see your theeth on the screen before and after, also they have very good prices. Normally I don't like going to the dentist, but this time I went out with a smile!

Highly recommend Melbourne Family Dentist. Dr Rupali is gentle, takes the time to explain things through and is great with kids. The clinic itself is modern, set up with state of the art equipment and has ample parking at the rear of the building. A very pleasant experience!

So bloody greedy for money. They all made up the cost and extended the cost to I even ever imagine. This is ridiculous and the service didn’t even took more than 25mins. Will never go and not recommend to anyone I know. Guilt for that waste of money

I highly recommend Melbourne Family Dentist. They are very warm, friendly and most importantly very skilled and professional. My children told me after their first visit that it was the best dentist that they have been to. I would have to agree.

This dentist is a very bad place. So many more better dentists around. Do your research and don’t waste your money!! Higiene is extremely bad. They don’t even clean the glasses they put on you. Don’t go to this dentist!! Extremely bad!!

The best denist i have been to. As an IT professional i really appreciated the hi-tech element. From the real time digital imagery and quick and seemless xray capabilities it provided fantastic experience. Definitely be back :)

My experience at the Melbourne family dentist was one of the best I've had. Dentist Rupali Sharma was fantastic and thorough in explaining how she would take care of my toothache. All the staff were also very professional.

Very poor service. One of my filling fall down after couple of days. very bad service and always greedy for money. Later I found out there are other places which are 1000 x better in service and not money oriented.
