To update my review because I can't reply. I understand avoiding scams, many businesses have online payments such as Harvey Norman. It would make it a lot easier for yourself and customers. The piece was delivered in 24 hours after I had to argue for it to be, you wanted to wait till Sunday to fix an error on your part, after I paid almost 2k for a product. In regards to the long drive, that's why I paid a $150 delivery fee. If you dont want to spend that far driving, just dont deliver so far out. Do it right the first time, and you wouldn't have to spend the extra time and money on fuel fixing it as a business. I don't recommend this business because you may be stuffed around what should be a simple process, and I think you future you should ensure you have the correct stock to avoid situations like this, as it's not on me as the customer, but the business. Perhaps implementing a few simple business strategies would allow for a better customer experience and process, and I mean that as genuine constructive criticism

Melbourne Discounted Furniture Warehouse was easy to find in HoppersCrossing and Jag gave us all the info we needed and demonstrated a Recliner couch for us. It has been excellent, communication was timely and friendly throughout all phases of the purchase, The delivery was on time and well managed very professional and speedy. It's functional, excellent quality, discreet and also fun! The Recliners are incredibly comfortable, an unexpected bonus. All in all a great experience with many thanks to Jag at the Melbourne Discounted Furniture Warehouse.

Recently brought a couch from this company. While the couch is fine, the process is messy and unreliable. The website doesn't allow you to pay online. When the couch was delivered one piece was the wrong piece from a different couch and different colour. They then tried to say they couldnt fix it for multiple days which is unacceptable. Only giving 2 stars as the couch itself is fine and we ended up with the right piece the next day after some debate.

I found the required sofa set in their website and called them in the evening. Jagdeep responded and asked me to visit the warehouse the next day. I went to the warehouse and finalised the deal then and there. The sofa was delivered on the same day. What a fast and wonderful service !!!! Can't ask for more.

Unwelcoming, unprofessional, not knowledgeable people. They have no idea what are they selling at all . Asked them for size and fabric type. Received no greeting at all and received a reply saying “normal fabric”. Shop elsewhere, don’t even waste your time.
