Just that there's no zero star; these guys deserve that! My 3yr old nephew was admitted in this filthy building, poor staff coordination. How does a doctor just leave abruptly without handing over patients to the next. They're only generous with drips, I'm so mad. Dr. Mercy was a pathetic one, checking on patients 5hours after reporting to work. Dr. Irene admitted my nephew, and 'disappeared' without proper handing over. And then I wonder what keeps those quarks on ground floor, so that the patient should go around looking for them. Receptionist opened the patient's file when they requested for a discharge. This kibandaski should just be shut down ‼️
Shame on you Melchizedek hospital . The receptionist is a disgrace. I have not encountered such poor service. Medical board needs to intervene. The doctor who performed surgery on a friend of mine and did not have the common sense of informing the family on the outcome. They were discarded back to the ward and the Dr left without a word. Gosh.. What carelessness for human life. No one volunteered any information. The patient was left in pain without medications through the night. I urge anyone who needs medical service to look elsewhere.
have been visiting since 25/7/2017 ....the services are good despite a few Areas of improvement 1. waiting time at reception should be observed strictly 1 minute as stated in the token number. 2.Doctors to alert their colleagues whenever they leave at the end of shift comes as this tends to inconvenience the patience. *A BIG SALUTE TO THE SECURITY AT reception they are so professional and friendly... CLEANERS are doing fantastic and outstanding job...facility is so clean .
Dr mungai was the best have ever met.kudos.but there is a guy at billing office just a disgrace he feels he has made it in life very poor service, he is very rude, he doesn't want to be asked anything he forgets his salary comes from patients whom he needs to serve with respect thanks to the other guy who came for my rescue by the name Reuben if am not wrong. Lastly ur charges are habit exergerated too high considered to the services lendered

Very bad experience, this is far from a hospital rather its just a money minting business. No professionalism, doctors and lab staff didn't even wear gloves when attending to my little one. They were also so quick to recommend admission for something treatable in outpatient. Just after money, period.

The hospital lacks staff coordination.unfriendly receptionist.I only stayed because I lacked options. I spent the whole day waiting for admission .there is a general lack of care from the staff .KMPDU should investigate such negligence.
I have never had a good experience here. Poor customer service, long wait times which is weird because the hospital is never full, I have seen them turn away people severally because they don't take nhif for people who are not civil …

The worst hospital you can think of taking your loved one. Go there at own risk, if need be carry your doctors,nurses,and food for your patient........its not an hospital but a money making business. PATHETIC
Substandard services. Looks like the staff do not even understand what they are doing. Very unprofessional. All that is done is gambling with peoples lives and making diagnoses based on assumptions.
Nice hospital, excellent services. My wife had cs here n it was good. Except for the night shift staff they respond slowly especially nurse Betty who did not handle us in a humane way.
Serene hospital in a serene location (Lavington Valley). Operating below its actual potential, but fairly good. Management can do better in bringing 'life' to the place.

Excellent hospital with experienced and friendly staff. I took my sick baby there and she was treated well and recovered tremendously.
