"Nice park with good play structures for a range of ages"
"Awesome awesome playground and grounds! Great sand box and tons of low trees around the grounds that provide excellent opportunities for kids (and adults) to climb — that’s been hard to find in many of Seattle’s parks - usually the tree "
"We spent time at Meridian Playground, off 50th between Meridian N and Sunnyside N, on an overcast June Saturday in early afternoon"
I'm reluctant to let our secret out. Meridian Playground is really awesome. Great place to take the dog for fetch, take the kids to play in the playground, enjoy all of the wonderful trees, but our favorite is THE FLOWERS. Absolutely love this park.
Also known as Good Shepherd park also features a pea patch and community garden with some rare and exotic plants. There's a lot of greenery and flowers in the park the community volunteers put in a lot of hard work and several houses in the
Nice park with good play structures for a range of ages. My 13 month son loves coming here and walking on the paths, seeing the dogs, and going in the swings. Typically many parents and kids around (there’s an elementary school in the park

We spent time at Meridian Playground, off 50th between Meridian N and Sunnyside N, on an overcast June Saturday in early afternoon. The park was busy with many small groups walking, playing with dogs, enjoying playground toys with kids,
This park used to be much nicer several years ago. However in it's current state, it's not well maintained and heavily littered. I don't feel comfortable looking away from my toddler for even a couple seconds even with my husband also
Great park for kids and adults alike. There is plenty of space for frisbee throwing, basketball hoops, slides, swings, sand pits, and everything else needed for little humans to enjoy their day. A farmer's market is there on Wednesday
It looked like they only trim the trees after a branch destroys a fence. The sections of the park have no continuity, it seems very disorganized. Also for a children's playground someone was not thinking about how kids play. There are
Playgrounds for older and younger kids side by side. Large grassy area where people were playing catch with dogs. Basketball hoops, walking paths. Bathrooms on site but they were closed for the winter when we were there.
I just walked through this park. I did not use the playground. It looked fun. Honestly, it really looked like alot of fun, but I'm a grown person now. I have important obligations. But boy, did it look like fun..
its a nice park. very community hidden spot. seems like people already know people. most kids r small age(0-3yo). lots of green field n picnic table. the public toilet is filthy but has a diaper table.
Great playground for all ages. The whole park itself is well kept and has cute little artistic details and beautiful gardens. There are basketball hoops. Wish we brought our ball!
Very unique urban park in North Seattle. There is an awesome play structure with plenty for kids to do. It has an interesting garden attached to it that you can walk around in.
Good park with a huge field(that has apple trees), basketball hoops one short and one tall and a nice playground with lots of play equipment and great swings.
We go here all the time. It's right down the street from my boyfriends place. Great atmosphere...lots of green space and a perfect park for the little guy.
Amazing experience and wonder here. From good dog carl to the Doctor Seuss inspired playground equipment. Wide fields of apple trees.
I’ve lived in Seattle for over thirty years and just found this hidden gem! Beautiful park, enjoyed my visit and will be back! More
It's lovely there! The playground seems well-kept with no trash or anything. A lot of summer groups for kids use the playground.
