Andrew was excellent in pointing out the pros and cons of different styles and advising us on how to choose the best fabric and make the most of the space available in our apartment. Jessica was fantastic in keeping us updated on how the couch manufacturing process was going through to delivery and ensured everything went smoothly, even throughout the Melbourne lockdowns. The best couches ever, we got about 5 custom couches made. They were a good price and comparable to the 20k + couches at the fancy stores, we think they are actually better as we got exactly what we wanted in terms of style, leather etc. Jess is simply the best to work with and was 10/10 though the whole process. Jess provided outstanding service! Cannot be happier with the help to get a rug I really wanted even if I'm not based in Victoria. In the initial stages, she provided options and colour board images to preview what the colour combo would look like in my living room. She offered a very attractive rate too.
