I would not ever make another purchase or recommend Michael Hill Craigieburn to anyone. They offered to rhodium plate my engagement ring in order to make a sale on my wedding band and when I got it back it was damaged and not in the original state I had given it to them in. I had it sent back to their incompetent jeweler to be rectified another TWO TIMES and on the final time I found additional damage, this time an imperfection (dent) to the white gold!!! and told it had been buffed casing it to be completely out of shape. I was promised calls back from Management of the store and regional manager and not once did they instigate the call. This has been going on since November 2016 and following my call today they are still trying to pass off the matter and leave me with a damaged ring. If your jeweler was unable to rhodium plate my ring I should have been contacted right away and I would have taken it to Angus and Coote where the ring was purchased as I intended in the first place. Your assured me you could rhodium plate the ring and should not have proceeded if there was any spec of hesitation. I should have had my ring returned in the original state it was given to your in...NOT ALTERED! This just shows the poor customer service and values the company over all as well as store and staff. An engagement ring is a sentimental and extremely valuable piece of jewelry a girl can own as it marks the most special moment in my life. This moment can not be replaced and now the ring I was proposed to with has been ruined and no one is willing to fix what they damaged. Michael Hill has completely demolished my most valued possession. I am shattered beyond belief that you are not going above and beyond to replace what you have damaged. As not even your regional manager (MICHAEL) is willing to rectify this matter or even pick up the phone......THIS MATTER WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER!. THANKS FOR NOTHING MICHAEL HILL.

Never buy from this Michael Hill. The manager « Gabrielle » is lying in front of you without any shame instead of apologize and trying to find a solution to her mistake. The customer service is miserable. they had to change a diamond in my ring, she told me that it would take 2 weeks... after 2 weeks nothing was made so she told me that she has to send my ring again and it would take 1 week. This period of 1 week was important for me because I had to fly overseas. She kept it more than one month for nothing... nothing was made and the only thing she could say was « you bought the ring like that ».... that’s a shame for this company to have a store manager with this poor level. Never go there.

Truly Professional and welcoming staff....Its alot more better than all other jewellery shops at central because the customer service is above excellence....A special shoutout for girl Nina who works there...She is so professional and so good at her job....I was struggling alot for my husband’s ring but she made it so easy for me....Thanks alot for yourr assistance hunn!! I was looking for an engagement ring and the lady that was avaliable did not offer assistance, I had to ask for help and she was completely distinterested in helping. Also didn't know what a radiant cut was, we asked if there were emerald cut diamond as shown on the website but she said no. Offered no alternatives and wouldn't show us any rings. I am apalled by the lack of service and it impacted negatively on my experience of looking for an engagement ring... Won't ever be returning here.

They went above and beyond for me under circumstances they didnt have to and I cant thank them enough. They are very professional but also care for there customers and make sure there needs and happiness come first. My ring looks as good as new and I couldn't be happier. Thank you ladies.

I had a ring break where it was resized after 5 years, l was so angry and refuse to pay the repair cost....the manager came to a compromise and all the time kept her calm as l was going off like a mad woman ..she had great customer skills and service and handled a angry customer so well l left feeling like a horrible person and for this reason l would go back and shop at Craigiburn.

Friendly staff… BUT, bought a ring for $3k, just over a month later, on sale for $1400 cheaper. “Nothing they can do about it” in other words, it’s been over 1 month since purchase price, and it’s my problem. I can understand a small sale, but $1400 cheaper a month after I purchased it and they can’t price match me, it’s very unfair

Wonderful service by Sara and Diana. They helped my fiancè pick out a lovely engagement ring for me. They make us feel so welcoming and the services they offer have been amazing. I had to get my ring resized and it was promptly returned.
