Unfortunately I left quite disappointed today. Firstly, the store manager begun to serve me before handing my paperwork over to another staff member who was still working with another customer & proceeded to spend the following 10 minutes finalising everything for them while the store manager served 3 other people and I stood waiting to be served. Secondly, when we purchased the ring we were also told that we were able to do a straight swap as it was purchased a week ago and brand new (I had only tried on once). Instead we were told that it was needing to be sent off & to be resized. The person who needed up finally being able to serve me was very kind though. Wish the store manager treated me the sake, rather than focusing on the customers who had just walked in & purchased items.

Very poor service received at this store! Happy to take your money, but once they have it they won’t help you at all! Will be making formal complaints to their head office. Avoid at all costs! Infact better find another company who are ethical in their business practices ans stay away from Michael Hill all together!

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Made and order, every time we asked where it was we kept a getting fobbed off. “Don’t worry it’ll be here.” Then it was “don’t worry it’ll be here in time” then my wedding day came and my ring still wasn’t there. Love Michael Hill but will never go to this store again.

Worst experience ever. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. Been waiting 3 months for a Ring that was told would be 2 weeks from Head office and no one knows where it is. Manager Robert likes to talk down to everyone including staff and thinks he is gods gift to retail. Will never shop there again.

Always a good experience to shop here - friendly staff & lots of stock varieties. I have been going there since 1990. when I needed something They provide a repairing service also for watches & jewelry.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Taryn recently when I went in with my partner to buy my engagement ring! She listened to my requests and made the whole experience stress free and fun.
