Excellent choice of men's rings for something different. Men are usually forgotten in this area. Cartier, Van Cleef and Arpels, and Tiffany offer only plain men's rings for four times the price. And they are boring. I bought two rings, a $4000 necklace, a diamond watch, and a chained crucifix at Michael Hill. All for $10,000. One single, plain ring from the above mentioned boutiques were $10,000. Its Michael Hill all the way for me.

Went into Sunshine store today for a simple and common request - to exchange a necklace I received for Christmas. Was informed over the phone yesterday that proof of purchase could be found on computer. In store, spoke with manager who was difficult, defensive argumentative and unaccommodating! Left frustrated and without the exchange. Perhaps hire someone who likes to help and is less negative.

The staff there try telling you about after pay then next thing there tried to get finance even if you don't want finance this is going back a few months now highpoint Michel hill was a lot better store I brought a eight k engagement ring from that store very friendly and helpful lighting and everything is not right at sunshine store.

I Tried to exchange an expensive present I received but because i was given it after the exchange period they wouldn't allow it. Super disappointing customer service. I used to spend a lot there, but not any more. All I would like to do is exchange it for something that i like.

Excellent staff! May be because of the location, the collection isn't very extensive. The rating is purely for that. The staff here however, very customer oriented and welcoming. Will definitely recommend if the range can be improved.

I purchased something in highpoint and that item can been returned in any store they said. But one of the guy in this store made a story and didn't have me the refund.
