My husband and I visited Micheli Jewellery over 2 years ago to enquire about engagement rings and the team were just so welcoming, patient, and never put any pressure on us to make any purchase decisions. The process of learning about diamonds was really fun and enjoyable and ultimately, we decided to ask Micheli Jewellery to create my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Fast forward to now, we tied the knot in November last year and absolutely adore our rings! Bryn helped us with our wedding bands and was so knowledgeable and down-to-earth. I also go into the store every so often to get my ring cleaned and the team are always very accommodating. My ring always comes out looking brand new! I had a fastanstic experience with Marc & team in the custom design of a ring. I inherited several pieces of jewellery which were sitting in a drawer as they weren't my personal style. His consideration of the style of my existing jewelry and the seamless translation of my ideas into both hand-drawn and CAD designs demonstrate a remarkable level of craftsmanship. He gave me all the time in the world to think about the designs and made the minor adjustments I requested which speaks volumes about his dedication to customer satisfaction. It was quiet an emotional process and Marc held the space for me to experience "all the feels" which was a huge gift. Wearing a beautiful ring with diamonds from my mum, nanna and great aunt is so special and a daily reminder of them. Highly recommend!

The team and Micheli Malvern Central have been incredibly helpful, reliable and friendly from when we first visited the store to look at wedding rings. Marc helped us select timeless and beautiful rings that we absolutely love. When they arrived, my husband's ring was a bit too small but they were completely understanding and immediately organised for it to get stretched out. It too a couple of goes to get the size right and they never made us feel like we were being difficult. We're so glad we got our rings here, thanks team!

I had a ring that was in the shop custom made to my specifications (the quality and size of diamonds and the shape of the base). I was a bit nervous when picking it up but I couldn’t be happier when I saw it. It is exactly as I requested and the ring is sensational.
