Beautiful community-centered public library with knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful staff. For those who prefer a more DIY, low-interaction experience, that is possible, too. You can easily find what you're looking for online, put it on Hold, duck into the Branch when it's available, and use the self check-out system without having to exchange a single pleasantry. The branch offers many free classes or programs, as well as opportunities to participate in book groups or reading programs. If you are in need of copier, printing, shredding, or FAX services, those are available, too. There is WiFi available in the Branch as well as laptop and desktop computers available for business or personal use.

I love this library and it is so valuable to my local community. My family and I love MCPL and the book transporting service for books you hold online is amazing! It allows my kids and I to pick any book online and place in on hold and then the library will deliver it to your preferred location. This service is so nice and my family and I really appreciate it! They are always having special events and they are very focused on childrens activities and making the library an enjoyable place for all ages! Thank you Blue Ridge Branch and MCPL!

This is our home branch and I think it's great. Even when I'm looking for something specific that isn't available at the moment, by placing holds online the materials get delivered to your desired location for easy pickup. The juvenile lit section is expansive in relation to the size of the facility and it's very inviting. Also the staff members are incredibly helpful, I don't think I have ever walked in and not seen them helping people one on one.

I've been using this facility for 7 years now and have always received professional, friendly and accommodating assistance. I have lived in Branson before here and the library staff there were mediocre when it came to friendliness and more like doing you a favor to go to any lengths of researching something for you, but not at the BR Midcontinental. Thank you folks!

Staff is so nice & helpful. They put up a “spicy” romance section. & have books which are wrapped as a surprise with the level of spice that they are. Loving that addition, bc when I went back in November they didn’t have much of a selection of romance. The fees for a late book are super low. The children’s section is huge. Lovely small little library ❤️

Very kind staff here who helped me with my printing needs. An error occurred when I had printed multiple copies (printing preview suggested it would turn up fine), so they were able to help me with the issue. Already signed up for a library card for myself and my significant other. The staff here convinced me on getting one. :)

Clean and we'll organized shelves. Helpful staff. The staff talks amongst there selves, and the library isn't as quiet as it should be. This seems to be a prevalent problem with mid continent libraries. I am sad to say that. They need to improve.

a very loud place, kids run around un attended. good luck using the computers with out noise canceling headphones, people take phone calls and talk loudly all around you.

Great place to read or find a good book. Go to Community meetings, fun crafts classes, stories from interesting people. Also you can get DVD's and Blue Ray movies.

This is a nice location. The employees are helpful and kind. They always help my teenager get age appropriate interesting reads.

If you need a loud library to visit, you'll find it here. Between some of the guests and some staff members, it's always loud.

This new remodeled library is a great place for those on Blue Ridge or in south KC! Great clean space to read, work, or study!
