Just ordered and tried to eat two shawarma platters. They ended up thrown outside for the squirrels - the squirrels had to get their stomachs pumped. It seems that everything had been cooked yesterday, spent the night in the fridge and then warmed up for us. The chicken was so dry that it would break apart when attempting to cut it and the potatoes had certainly seen better days. The rice was very dry and hard - a good characteristic for martinis but not for rice. We ended up spending $30 for garlic breath - the platters were thrown out. All this sarcasm to say that we were not pleased with the meal despite the fact of having good meals and prompt service in the past but this is the second time we have ordered the shawarma and it was way over cooked. If you value your teeth - stay away from the shawarma. I give this meal 0 stars (a technical glitch only allows me to post if I give at least 1 star) but from past experiences with other menu items, an overall rating of 4 stars.

First off, whoever answers the phone is a little rude. Second of all, the menu says $12 for veggie platter and I was charged $14 ($16 with tax) for this platter which is literally mostly garlic sauce and veggies and some very dark potatoes. Worst part being there were bits of bacon, as you can see in the right corner - I do not eat bacon for religious and personal reasons, I'm a vegetarian. Not to mention I kept finding pieces of chicken throughout. Extremely careless food handling and poor quality. Would not recommend this location and will never be back. Lolololol @ the owner's reply - cool bro, maybe it was an old menu but you don't wanna address the more important problems here? This place is trash

We called Sunday around 550pm The man who answered said it would take 1 hour. We waited and called again at 710pm . To our surpise the delivery driver answered and said the pizza was still sitting there. We called again at 735pm and the man who answered the first time said they were busy and the pizza was not ready. I replied I spoke to your delivery guy ...it took him by surprise. The man asked what did the delivery guy tell you. I said my pizza was ready and why isn't it here yet? He was rude and hung up on me. If you don't need the business....you have nothing to worry about. WE WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!

They have very good pizza. U might look at the prices and think they are a bit too much money but it's so worth it. The slices are quite big and personally one piece is enough to fill me. There is a tone of delicious cheese on it and when u ask for different toppings you are totally getting your money's worth. Also you can call ahead of time and place and order and then about a half hour later you can pick it up and it's all ready. I think this is one of the best places to get pizza and I think you should all try it!!!

We have been very happy with Milanos until our last two orders. Both were delivery and ordered on the website The original order shows 45 minutes for delivery however they both took over 1:45 To arrive from time of order. Both times I called and was told they were busy. If delivery takes that long it would be nice to know and I would pick up Even once it arrived it was only like warm. I actually really enjoyed the pizza from here. It was a nice thick CRUST and cooked well done as I asked. The pop curds are also super delicious. I just wasn't a huge fan of the wings. Perhaps if they were well done than I would've enjoyed them much more. However I am sooo picky with my wings. Otherwise every thing else was delicious and if they can stay consistent I will up it to 5 stars. Please keep in mind I have personally only ordered once The delivery driver was very friendly as well.

I have deleted my original review after a personal visit from the owner to rectify a mistake. He refunded me $10 and due to this gesture I no longer wish to share my previous comments. To anyone who saw my first review please be assured that the owner is a very decent and reasonable man and I would fully recommend this business. Had no issues with the food or the service. Due to this I would be happy to order from here again

Whoever served me at the counter, I can only assume was the owner, and if they weren’t, they were very polite and friendly. It was Great, i’m from eastern Canada and this is one of the best Donaire’s I’ve ever had while living in Ottawa.

Called him to order They said all was good An hour later he calls and says that they aren't busy enough to deliver to my home in manotick. I said that doesn't make sense and he said to stop wasting his time and he hung up. It's a younger crowd working there, so stay away unless you want your food tampered with.

Very good pizza, friendly service. The size of the pizzas was good. They did not skimp on the toppings, which the kids thought was great. There is a small patio out front with shade and a good view of Osgoode main street.

The staff are nice and friendly, but the pizza is lacking. We got 2 pizzas and one of them was still uncooked. I think their oven may be broken, since only the bottom and the sides of the pizza were burnt.

Love Milano's Osgoode! They deliver to us often, the delivery guys certainly know our address. Delicious pizza and the BEST gluten free crust. Even my husband prefers it over the regular. So good!

Just had the 40 wing special. Half hot and half salt'n pepper.... fantastic order. Piping hot when it arrived and wings cooked to perfection. Big fan of the zucchini sticks as well.
